With regard to the store manager making the final decision on Returns without inspecting the merchandise or meeting the customer and having the customer call 800-Walmart corporate office to tell customer they dont really have a say on store manager decisions I would say the store structure is really fucked up. This store is usually well-stocked and clean. As long as you don't require assistance from the staff, it's great! If you want to purchase something that is locked up (an increasing amount of items), expect to wait at least twenty minutes for help. If you need to call the store...forget it. I went to grab a few things on Wednesday 6/9, I got into the self check out line & was harassed & racially profiled by another customer for wearing a BLM mask. As this man continues to harass me, Walmart associates don't say or do anything. After I completed my transaction as to which this man continued to make vulgar comments, I approached a African American lady who was also checking out & said apparently this man has an issue with black people & my wearing this BLM mask, she asked the man what his issues was, he continues to call me a terrorist & says she's part of ANTIFA & tells the lady I don't have a problem with you, I have a problem with her, F*** you, F*** you, this lady goes to tell the gal at the door about this man's behavior, she calls Hugo (Coach) & says they're having a problem, instead of asking us what the issue was, he tells us we need to leave & stop antagonizing this man, instead of telling this man to leave, but you're a coach! Walmart needs to get there act together, especially this store. Unprofessional! Already contacted Corporate & have yet to hear from the store manager. I will be contacting the ethics line next week. Most unprofessional shopping experience that I've had in a long time. I ordered online pickup. I waited over 30 min for someone to come help me. There was no one around, despite almost 10 workers in plain view chatting and doing nothing the entire time I was waiting. When someone finally came, they had just come from their lunch break, so apparently this store is so poorly managed that they can't have someone working the Pickup table while a worker is on break. I don't like going to Walmart because of all the people 24/7. With that being said, this super store always has everything I need at very low prices. I always find what I came for and so much more. I was greeted when I entered the gardening entrance. They have a good selection of succulents and other types of plants and gardening items. I need some car was supplies, and the automotive section had exactly what I needed. The store in general was very messy. I'm sure it is hard to keep up with all the go backs and messes people make. The floors were dirty and so were the bathrooms. The clothing area was in disarray and needed much attention. The food area was clean and well kept. My main concern was that in my one hour there , I saw two people arrested for shoplifting and think I heard a fight. No joke. I heard crash boom bang and obscenities being yelled. I went in the opposite direction. When I checked out. The lady was super nice and put my plants in a box so they wouldn't get ruined in my car. Very thoughtful of her. Updated review i signed up for this service but I canceled before my 30 days (about 5 deliveries) I didn't realize that Walmart contracts out with a 3rd party delivery service & after each order we need to leave a tip that usually ranges from $5,$7,$10 each delivery & for that reason I cancelled my delivery. (UNFAIR TO DELIVERY DRIVERS) Bad horrible they are not fair at all to delivery drivers except spark ! If you're not a spark driver you can't use the self checkout and you have to wait in the long line, (elderly lady employee) in charge of self checkout was very rude and said "ok? When I paid and later checked my receipt they were $1.00 I asked the employee in the self checkout that there was an error. He said he could not give me a refund. I'm an Army veteran so I've been all.over the the US and this is by far the worst Walmart I've ever shopped at. Why have 14+ registers when you never have more than 4 cashiers at one time??? They have lines backed up all the way to the middle of the store on a daily basis. And then it doesn't help that the cashiers are slowing things down by telling every customer in line their life story. Please open up more registers and retrain your associates. I work retail myself so I know what I'm taking about. Be courteous to each customer but get them rung up and out! read more

This is specifically for the photo center. I came in at 1800 on 04-25-19. The sweetest girl I believe her name was Hailey (Tall,Blonde,Pretty eyes) I tried to glance at the name tag. Worst Walmart ever! I went to pick up an order last Friday and it wasn't ready at 9:20am, which was well within my 9-10am window. They told me they were very backed up so I went on with my day of moving. Later I called to see if the order was ready and was told it was so I drove the thirty minutes back to the store only to wait 2 hours for the order. So unacceptable. Basically I waited 6 hours for an order and upon receiving my complaint they gave me $10 towards my next order. $10? Seriously. You wasted a huge part of my day and my gas. I'm coming to this Walmart in High California buy the battery for my car. I come to the cars battery section and all the battery is locked and required customer service to open. I rings the customer service bell and asks people that work there to open and no one have a key to open. They also tell me I will get someone to open. But I waited almost 2 hours and still no show up to open. Other people shopping there telling me that no one works there that how this Walmart operates. Finally I decided to leave and go to the Walmart store in Redlands California. I arrived there and got my battery in and out less than 10 minutes. The Walmart in Highland should just close the store down. It's very difficult to get customers service for help. And most everything is in a lock cage even I see underwear in a lock cage. I have been coming to this walmart for many years and have finally had enough. Every single time I walk pass this tall African American manager Andrew, he never says hello, how are you, or how may I help you. I have crossed the same aisle as him where its just the two of us not one attempt at any hospitality. Andrew looks at me like I'm the scum of the earth regardless of my masters and 17 years in customer service, I am discussted by Andrew's lack of leadership and poor customers relations experience. We went to this walmart for a pick up order, we ended up having to go inside anyway because just as we got to parking we were informed by the pick up employees that 2 items weren't available and we weren't offered any replacement choices. Once inside we were horrified by the 1) overcrowded 2) about 90% of people including employees weren't wearing any kind of protection as warranted in state of California, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, a breeding ground for the virus.
