I would give it zero stars if I could I bought an item just before Christmas and now I just tried to return it and I was told that they don't take back seasonal items because they're already on clearance which has nothing to do with the fact that I'm returning an item and I paid full price for I want my money back. They should just close this store. Everything you want to buy is locked up and no staff to open the cages. The displays are always a mess and the store is dirty. I stood in the pharmacy line one day for 20 minutes and a dozen people came by to purchase pain killers. Customers rang for help, no one came. Finally someone grabbed a passing clerk who said they didn't have a key. Meanwhile, they must have 30-self serve scanners but never more than about 6 are open so the check-out lines are long. I never see the same checkers twice, even on the same day. (Walmart reportedly has a 70% turnover). I thought I'd give their online a shot, but I ordered 6 of the same item and only got 5 deivered. Even though each item was under $7 I had to go through a whole security process to get a refund. It took 20 minutes. Won't ever order online again! Also they don't take mobile payments which is ironic since they are so hyper-security conscious. Checks and credit cards are the most theft-prone transaction vehicles. I mostly avoid merchants who don't take mobile payments. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!! Asked to be transferred to the bike section and they said I don't know if anyone would pick up. Then I asked can I get a manager and they put me on hold and it rings rings and ends up in the pharmacy. Then the manager hangs up and doesn't wanna pick up the phone. I called back again and they just let the phone ring till somebody hangs up on you. Called for the fourth time asked for a manager if she can pull a bike for me she said there's no one in the toy section right now they're not answering her phone call and she's not gonna leave where she's at to go look for anything that we need. Her exact words when I asked if she can help me find a bike was " that would take me walking over there and looking and I don't have time for that." This place is the worst managed Walmart ever!!! The place to go for low prices. Surprising this location is pretty nice, it's clean and well stocked. The parking is pretty crazy, not just before a holiday but on a regular basis. A lot of people shopping. I want to start off by saying, the customer service is pretty amazing. The first associate I asked (older female) was very polite, directed me in the right direction. Than asked her for two more things after. She was very helpful and didn't show any sign of being annoyed or bothered. Like most places do. Had an other female help me with getting shavers out and she also was sweet. The store may be filled with people like left and right, probably best to come opening hours. Probably slower. Not as crowded. So the lines were pretty long but also took a while to move, but it wasn't too bad. I wasn't in a rush. If you expect to just grab one item and leave, probably not the best idea at this Walmart. I don't think they have self check out like most others so you have to wait no way around it. The workers actually greeted me on the sales floor, which was nice too. I dislike going shopping and all the workers just ignore you and just rudely walk by. The cashier younger female, was friendly and talkative. So that was nice to see the cashier smiling after the long wait (approximately 25 minutes of waiting) Also heads up, this location isn't in the best spot, so if you're not around or familiar with the area, just keep your head up. They do lock up more merchandise here due to the high theft in the area. read more

I have to say, this was such a nice store. I'm not from around here & the friendliness set them apart. Janet in Womans wear, I overheard her & she was answering phones from the public & she was very professional & friendly that I had to complement her. Great employee! As we strolled the store, we ran into some other employees & joked a bit, so nice & easy going, they asked if we needed assistance in finding anything! Nice! Rare at a lot of Walmarts is anyone to find let alone care to help with assistance. As we left Jimmy the cashier was just such a nice guy! When we visit again, I'll be coming to shop here again. horrible service! i was literally chased down the store because backpacks were apparently not allowed. Meanwhile there were more than 10 people walking around with back packs. I was literally escorted out for no reason. If one of your rules is that no backpacks are allowed make sure you enforce that with every costumer not just towards whoever you think looks "suspicious". Worst customer service desk employees, Tameeka and whoever the other girl was working 11/27/2022. Walked in to drop off an online return and hear one girl to shout "closed" and walk away and then told "go to another Walmart" by tameeka, who seemed frustrated throwing returns into a cart. I purchased a blue rhino propane tank from Highland In San Bernardino. Store manager refused to replace the leaking tank. She stated it was my issue and it's a hazmat issue. she wouldn't return it unless I paid an additional $15 for the exchange fee. Apparently Walmarts return policy according to Shaniqua at the customer service counter stated "it's managers discretion to exchange anything in the store." Adequately cleaned and stocked. I have had good experience with customer service. I appreciate that this is a supercenter so there is a full grocery store. Horrible service from Niecy in the mo eye center. 2 days ago my stepson went in to cash his payroll check. He first had to wait for her to finish watching a video on her cell phone and talking to other associates to get help. Then she's mouthy and RUDE be ause she entered the wrong amount in her register. I ordered a photo book online, received notification that it was ready the next day but when I got there no one was there to assist. I stopped an employee for help and she said that she'd call for help. No one showed. I called the store and they made an announcement over the PA, and I waited, along with a few other people and still no one showed. I continued to wait because I already paid for the book and it was a gift that I needed for that evening. So, I called the store again and finally someone came over, but she couldn't find any of our orders. She walked away without saying that she was going to try to find someone who could help. She found someone from electronics, Christopher (my reason for giving 5 stars). Christopher looked everywhere and couldn't find the book, but when he finally did it wasn't put together and he said that he didn't know how to do it. I asked for a manager to request a refund, he called, but no one showed. He said that if I didn't mind waiting longer he would look up a video to see how to do it. Another customer asked for a manager and one came fairly quickly (I can't remember her name). We both explained our situations, she was able to be helped, but I was still waiting. I explained how Christopher is awesome and that he went above and beyond. Christopher kept me posted of his progress, I remained patient (even though the computer kept crashing while he watched the video). After about 1 1/2 hours the book was done and he did a great job. The manager was great and she provided me with a gift card for my long wait, but Christopher was amazing and he stayed to try and rectify the situation even though others were trying to pull him away. He took the time to figure out how to help me and he did! Christopher deserves employee of the month for his excellent customer service!!! read more

I want to write my review on the bakery not the store as a whole. I actually like this Walmart it is better than San Bernardino but no where close to redlands blvd walmart. However, their bakery cake ordering situation is horrible. They did not give me what i asked for and shrugged it off . before my order date i reached out to corporate because i was confused how everything was handled and they said the store manager was suppose to help and call me back . they never called me in the three days. I reached out myself and they never returned my call. I just wanted ombré frosting and a print out image and they made it so complicated and charged me extra . which is fine but all i got was a blue cake. I hated it . All of the associates have horrible attitudes, if you need something to but unlocked good luck because half the time no one has the keys or can find the person with the keys. I had to stop today because I needed to pick up some things and this one is right by my work so it made sense to come to this one since it's on my way home. I parked specifically by gardening so I can just run in and out. The greeter in gardening is passed !TF! out, I grabbed what I needed and went back to gardening to pay and leave, 2 associates were hanging out chitchatting while the registers were all closed and sleeping beauty was still sleeping away so I had to go up to the front of the store to pay up there and make the long walk back to my car by gardening ohhh and while waiting in line to pay another associate went walking by singing "early out". THIS IS FOR XMAS SHOPPING 2011 I was very surprised with the experience the last couple visits!! the parking lot is discouraging with the construction/ remodeling going on, which could be the reason there was less people in the store and I found parking easy! clean aisles, and short lines! all the registers were open and there was only 1 person in front of me. I only ever come here with one of my housemates, who won't come here alone. But the cheap paint is cheap here, and really crappy quality, which sometimes, is all you need. Small bonus that they have a fancy-pants mixer device which is superior to the one employed at Ace Hardware. Then again, it doesn't take 15 minutes to find an employee to mix paint at Ace. So. What do you do: go to Walmart, or support your local hardware store which is being put out of business by Walmart? 9 out of 10 times, I go to Ace, precisely BECAUSE they don't have crap paint. But then... on a dark and story night... There we were, walking towards the paint section, when I inquired in a stage whisper, "Who ARE these people? Where do they come from??" "Hellboy brings them." "But... I thought he banished critters back to Hell?" "EXACTLY." Turns out we're both totally wrong about Hellboy's superpowers, but he does have a Right Hand of Doom, which, theoretically, could be helpful at Walmart, both for causing some destruction and for convincing an employee to mix paint for us.
