This location is understaffed for curbside pickup. I along with other people have been waiting 30 minutes or more.

I really needed to use the restroom, but only 2 of the 4 stalls were working toilets, making it a wait for me and it was difficult. I know it may seem trivial, but a stores restroom facilities are very important, especially at a big store like Walmart. read more

But I can get on of the two more expensive ones - one is a basic plus check fluids. How stupid are these people? Or, do they think we're stupid. Horrible Pickup service! Very unorganized/ poor management. It's basically the blind leading the blind and it reflects big time. Called several times after already checking into a pickup spot on app and after waiting close to an hr and being asked 10 times what name was order under, finally got attended to. This location for Walmart is so unprofessional and slow. There are cashiers everywhere that never want to work and the wait in the lines can last up to 45 minutes to over an hour. Not the mention most of the employees are young, healthy teens that just want to stand around and not work while on the clock! If you don't like your JOB then quit and give it to someone that will be happy to work along with some motivation! I occasionally take a Zogby public opinion survey and one of their calibration questions is how often I shop at Walmart. That would be a few times a year, and mostly in Spirit Lake Iowa. It's a resort community and it's a good place to pick up provisions. I have been stopping at this Walmart off and on for years, as it's close to IAH. On the way in, it's a good place to pick up something I've forgotten to pack. And on the way home, I'd rather wander around here than the airport if I have too much time on my hands. In both situations, Walmart is a means to an end, and pretty much the same shopping experience as any other of their locations. read more

Went yesterday to buy some paint. There was no one in the department . Two of the employees told me they was going to call someone to get the keys to mix the paint . They had me waiting for over 20 min . Went to talk to a manager and she had the nerve to ask me if I still needed help with paint like duh yes . She sent be back to the department and again no one showed up to help . Till I went to customer service someone actually help me . But end up leaving the store with no paint cause they didn't had the correct base . I think if the put a monkey to work in that location would do a better job on giving customer a good service. read more

It gets one star only by default. After a recent relocation, I have now had the misfortune of visiting this store several times. But this most recent foray into the abyss will be my last. It was so bad, we ended up leaving our cart full of goods in the check out line, just giving up altogether! The store is very poorly run, dirty, unhelpful/unfriendly staff, poorly stocked and when you have finally managed to get all you can find and make it to checkout, there is invariably someone so slow, that the Department of Motor Vehicles fired them, working the register. Usually one register open for every eight or ten shoppers in line. I don't care how much more distance I have to travel or money I have to spend, it will be better than going here again! This walmart has the worst customer service ever! Its close to my job so i come for convenience, but this is the last time...they have you check in, just to have you standing around for 20 mins waiting for the same order! They cancel items that are actually in the store from your online order, then when you walk in the store and find it yourself, they dont know what is going on! This walmart is really packed at all times. They usually have a 6 or 7 registers open for the ENTIRE store. And don't go there after 10pm unless you don't mind waiting 30mins in line waiting at check out... The employees are clueless most of the time and can be on the rude side. I literally only came to this location to get vitamins. This place was JAMMED-PACKED, lines were everywhere(SIGN#1). So I figured I would just buy some cosmetics to checkout there and that line was wrapped too. I was willing to suck it up until I realized that ALL of the darn cosmetics were locked up in glass(Sign #2)and the clerk said the person with the key was on break for the next 30 minutes(YEAA im leaving).Walmart already has a horrible reputation as it is but locations like this just seem to make things worse. read more

I was planning on buying groceries and supplies from this store, but not anymore. Sam Walton personally had a policy to let RVs and other park overnight at locations because he stated and believed and wanted Americans to travel more and see more of their country. I stopped in to ask this location and they do not allow it. This location dishonors Sam Walton's legacy and goals in being a service to Americans. This is one of the most poorly run Walmart's that I've ever come across. One of the biggest issues is that the electric carts for use by handicap people have been broken for the better part of a year. This has been brought to the manager's attention several times and he has done nothing to rectify the situation. The Walmart is quite near to 2 senior apartment complexes where many people need those electric carts to be able to complete their shopping.Clearly, their money is not important. My belief is that it reflects Walmart's disinterest in low-income neighborhoods. The store gets a horrible review over and over and nothing is done to change the situation. In addition to the electric carts not working, the store is just not kept clean. The bathroom in the back of the store is absolutely atrocious. The store in general just doesn't look like it is being kept up. From the entryway where the carts are stored to the back of the store - it is just not clean. The one exception would be the produce department where clearly they have a manager who cares about his job. WalMart - this is a low income area with lots of handicapped people. If this manager does not want to take care of the store properly, please replace him. read more

I went to this location Sunday it is about a mile from my house but really thinking about shopping elsewhere. Number one is all the self check lanes only put people out of jobs. I was trying too purchase my usual basic items but there was empty selves in the milk cooler area and the price of the other things I needed seemed to have been raised again.since y'all are saving money using less employees why are prices going up again? This store is not as friendly nor easy too shop at as it used too be. Seems like you move stuff around every week. Need too remember there is a lot of elderly that shop this store and they depend on being able too find what their looking for because you can't always find an employee to ask where is this product. If I could give it less than one star I would! All the electronics including such trivial items as four dollar windshield mounts for phones are locked up. There is one person in a bout a 3000 square-foot electronic area, and she was tied up returning a phone from some Nigerians! They wanted to have an in-depth discussion of how they could program a phone they were returning, and she is logged in on to one of the demo computers and all I needed was an item out of the case, after 20 minutes she grudgingly retrieve the items for me and left it at the register, where the line was already growing because the young man who had been missing for over an hour miraculously showed up. I left the item behind the counter as well as all the shit in my cart, walked out and went down the street to Office Depot. Are they crazy! This is nuts and I will never go there again. read more

I give it a star because of it being there since I was a kid and that's where we went to get everything. From where I am from, the closest Target is like 20 minutes away on 1960 and another on 45. I was here when they used to not be a Super Walmart and they had swing sets and bikes sitting out for peoples' viewing. Everytime I go, I get so frustrated with everything. I find the rudest employees here and most of the time, if you catch them, you'll experience them standing around in clusters and chit chatting it up. Last time I checked, the whole row of deodorant contained only a few bars and mostly unstocked/missing. Good luck on finding parking when it comes to Walmart, I am sure you guys know. Auto Center--- I arrived at 6:45 for a 7:00 opening for an oil change. Not only did the MANAGER not arrive until 7:20, but then they proceed to tell me that the technician won't arrive until "later". After waiting another 20 minutes I overhear them say that the technicians won't arrive until 11:00!!! When I questioned this they were incredibly rude saying it was my own fault for arriving so early (despite the fact they open their doors at 7:00 with promise of service). I know it's Walmart, so expectations should not be too high; but this was the final straw for me and I surely will not be back for ANY Walmart services. read more

This walmart is extremely busy and the shoppers and employees behave as if there were a perpetual state of emergency. The parking lot is a mess, items are out of stock, and the lines are always a minimum 5 minute wait anytime of day, though it's much worse on weekends and nights. read more

Hahaha super ghettO ! I have seen a car fire in the parking lot (it was in the next aisle over from my car). The shelves don't have all the stuff I would normally expect to purchase from other Walmart's in the toiletries / beauty section, but there seem to be more "ethnic hair products", ie. oils for geri curls and such. They cater to their neighborhood. To be expected. Nothing wrong with that. Except that I can't come here expecting to find my regular products. hahah. I don't know if there's a lot of shoplifting going on or what, but their "Just-in-time" stocking business model where the computer will order things running low in stock doesn't seem to be working here. It seems they don't know when they're out. Yes, I will reiterate that the lines are LONG and the people are SLOW. Including the customers in line, not just the cashiers. Like a lady in line will ask the cashier a question and sit there for 5 minutes, and she'll open up a remote she just bought and ask the cashier about batteries and such. MOVE ALONG, LADY! The person to ask battery / electronic questions is NOT in the check-out line. Sometimes I do fear for my safety in the parking lot, but there are security people. I work in the area and came outside at 6pm to a dead battery. Luckily I was able to get a jump. I called the Walmart and they told me as long as I could get there they'd help me. I rolled up 20 min to close and they didn't have my size battery. I was freaking out - I live an hour away and would never be able to get a battery replacement overnight. The lady went across to the Walmart store (tire and lube stands alone) and brought me one back in a shopping cart from the actual Walmart. They had it installed and me back on the road in no time. The entire time all the employees were telling me not to worry they'd make sure I'd be home safe. So very grateful to everyone at this Walmart automotive center. read more
