This store is pretty nice and clean. However, staff interaction is is extremely poor if any at all. Purchasing 45.00 work of some quick items at check out. The gentleman said nothing. Was blaring music in his ears and whisper sing it. I greeted him no response. Then I was putting my bags in the cart. He to bags off and walked them around myself to put them in the cart. I said thank you again nothing. Then when it came time to pay he was so obvious to what was happing. I'm scanning to pay with walmart pay. He said we don't take apple pay. I said it walmart paid not a word. Once completed He didn't check bags and or move the bags. Intern a bag was left. When contacting the store when realize. You are providing options that are not available to you. You speak to no one and the phone rings once and disconnects or rings and rings until you guessed it. It disconnects! I've usually had great experiences with Walmart's curbside pickup service, but that past two times I've come to pick up my order I had to wait for over an hour to receive my items. There was only one poor employee working the pickup area and they hadn't even started picking out my order when I arrived--despite my getting a text that my order was ready for pickup. On November 18, 2012 I stopped to pick up a few Colts items, two shirts and a pair of shorts as well as pajama pants. At the check out I asked the cashier to remove the hangers. After trying to force the hangers through the neck hole she finally figured out its better to remove it from the bottom of the shirt , she then proceeded to put the pants in the bag WITH the hangers. I again mentioned I don't want them and even said "I thought this request was made clear previously" INSTEAD of removing them she had the audacity to say " ITS A LOT MORE TROUBLE FOR ME TO REMOVE THEM" really......it's called a JOB... I don't know what the worst part about shopping at Wal-Mart is: the subpar customer service or the regulars. There isn't an employee at the photo center, so you have to go to another department for assistance. After being told "I'll send someone over as soon as I see someone", and waiting 15 minutes to have someone sent to to the photo center, I found out that they are completely out of photo paper. I'm not sure why they wouldn't have a sign up with that information? Alas, I figured I drove all the way here for two things: cat food and the photo printing station so I might as well still get cat food so it's not a total loss. Of the 20+ registers, only 4 were open and the lines are filled with people with overflowing shopping carts. The one "20 items or less line" doesn't have the light on, so it appears that it's not open, although there is a cashier there. After waiting in line behind someone with a cart filled to the brim with boxed cake mix and loaves of bread, I am finally free. Ugh. read more

I remember coming here quite often when I was in college because 1- it was affordable and 2- it was a familiar name. Now that this happened awhile back and I am familiar with other stores, I would never come to shop here unless it's necessary and I need something that nowhere else has. Unfortunately; the politics of the upper management of Walmart trickles down into its staff and as a result, you get poor customer service. Big shocker: when you don't take care of your employees, they don't perform well. Other than the politics and staff attitude, the produce is gross and tastes like it's pumped full of chemicals (it probably is). I remember a time when I had called ahead a few hrs to double check to make sure I could bring my car by to get it fixed for a general check up and possibly new tires. When I called, I was told they were open till a certain time. I pulled up 3 hrs before closing and was told that everyone was sent home on their staff so no work could be done. Simply put, I don't support the politics and money-hungry mindset of this company's upper management because it shows in stores' performance and can't support a place with a lack of care for its employees. I Live nearby, so I shop this Walmart. The story doesn't have Much going for it. Customer service is really bad. No one is ever around. But my real complaint is That the shelves Are not stocked very much.There are empty shelves everywhere. I usually leave the store with 2/3 of the things that I went in for. Seriously Wally World- get your stuff together! Now I love me some Walmart for cheap prices on things like paper towels and aluminum foil. I have been to several locations that have quick and friendly service. This location is not one of them. Oh my gosh the staff here is abysmal. I don't mean that in an exaggherated way- the staff here just stinks. Check out is always very slow, you're rarely greeted with a hello or even a smile, and you can just tell that no one wants to be there. I have worked crappy jobs before, and believe me, you'd never know I hated my job. I placed an online order for store pick up a few weeks back. I was super excited! I received an email stating that my order was ready for pick up and all my items were available. I go pick up my items, return home to find that I received all my items but one. However, I was charged for all of my items. I let it go and just left it as it was one bottle no big deal. But I was charged for my full order. Then I placed about online order for store pick up (at the same location). I received my email stating my order was ready for pick and all my items were available. I go pick up my order and return home to find that this time that I am now missing three items. But once again I was charged for my full order. I start calling the store that Saturday evening and absolutely no one will pick up the phone. I called every single day, throughout every day until I finally get someone to pick up Tuesday afternoon. I explained to her my issue and a manager was paged to pick up for a customer online store pick up issue. I heard that lady page a manager before placing me on hold. I was on hold for over 10mins and the lady pickup the phone three times expressing that she was sorry and she did not know why someone was not picking up (because they kept telling her they were on their way to pick up my call). After the fourth time of this happening the lady took down mr name and number and expressed that she was going to walk my message and issue back to the manager office directly and make sure that they call me. Yeah that never happened! So I then call Walmart Customer Service line and was treated even more rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The first representative could not speak clear English and would not fully listen to me at all. He kept cutting me off and you could tell he was nervous because he could not resolve the issue. He even cut me off and said he transferring me to a manager. All for the mantra get on the phone and be even more rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional then the first gentleman. The manager kept cutting me off, talking over me, telling me I was upset, trying to deflect, not take responsibility for how Walmart has treated me and handled themselves. He even stated that if I did not stop talking I could escalate the situation and he would hang up the phone on me. Wow!! Really?!?!?! This is how you treat your customers.....you will never get another penny from me. I will leave a review of this matter on every social media outlet that I can. I purchased a full size water melon yesterday. along with some other fruit. after cutting the melon, it was quite over ripe and mushy, the texture of being frozen, then thawed.It was totally inedible. I returned a small slice in a baggie. To get a refund. the young guy said, oh i have to get the Manager for this return. Huh?,I said , its a food item. He said you didn't bring the whole melon back.... Instead of speaking to him on Walmart's policy on perishable products. I ask her( the Manager) if the policy had changed on food item. Put me in Walmart rehab, because I have formed an addiction for this place! I can get my jasmine rice here for a 20 lb bag, that cost only $15. At the Asian mart it is $35 for the same bag! As I shop down the aisle i hear a man yelling at his girlfriend & being all condescending with her so I walk to the other aisle & they showed up there doing the same thing. So I went to get my Walmart should be award winning ice cream CAKE BATTER! I definitely recommend this btw! . I make it for my family & serve it with chopped banans, two kinds of ice cream toppers, one is smuckers pineapple topping & the other is jelly jelly jelly bean cherry. It taste just like a BATTER version of banana split! lol! So I get my ice cream & have to now walk all the way to the back of the store for my toppings. So once I get there guess who I see? Yep you guessed it the couple from h*ll! This time she was on a cell phone crying, trying to hold her tears back. By this time I wanted to go in on him myself! If I did it would have sounded something like this: BREAKING NEWS: There has been a wild animal let on the loose! Horrible customer service, even by Wal-Mart's standards. I waited in line for more than a half hour this afternoon just to pick up an item from the "ship-to-store" window in the back of the store. Not only were there an inordinate number of employees just milling around, the three "managers" who were working the desk were unable to complete the simplest of tasks and left me and another customer standing around without ever even acknowledging that we were there. The prices seem to be low as usual but this store is a mess. There is stuff everywhere and it seems that the half of the store that is not related to food takes a back seat and they just leave some of the shelves empty. Not one I would recommend going to if you need some specific things and are short on time. But if you have time to meander they have a ton of clearance items and stuff scattered everywhere that you could find some good deals on. read more

if I could give this location negative stars.. for five years I have tried to be patient with this business. A vast majority of their floor managers are unprofessional & rude when concern is expressed, which only fuels the attitudes of their employees. There is this fake shopper/"theft security" kid that walks around stalking customers. He is pale, about six foot - blonde with long Metallica wanna be hair. As if they're too cheap to hire real security.. or at least train the kid properly. Geesh. And honestly, they should consider proper surveillance with as many gun related situations have occurred in their parking lot. Walmart in general is mostly a connivence thing.. but this specific location - stay away from. Dangerous. **update: 10/2016, I TRIED to give this location another try. I am still (somehow) blown away with the poor customer service & inappropriate floor "managers". I asked for help measuring fabric three separate times - from three different employees & each time I was told some one was on their way.. I waited twenty minutes, nothing. If it's your closest location, go on in. Otherwise, choose another location. They aren't very well stocked, nor is a lot of things under the right price tag. The bathroom needs to be stocked and cleaned immediately as of tonight when we came. They honestly need to find new people, if possible to run the DirecTV advertising stand. My daughter and I were standing in electronics and one of the four guys that were just standing around was talking to the other ones. All of a sudden, I hear him say, "Don't go with them, they'll f*** you over." Seriously?? Very unprofessional, if my opinion would actually matter. This store is undergoing remodeling which makes going to this store even worse. Many grocery aisles are one shopping cart wide. Layout doesn't make sense. Couldn't find a safety mat for inside a bathtub. Ran into a guy that couldn't find a shower curtain. Customers complaining to each other about lack of aisle space and inability to find items. I finally gave up and left the store with the items I had. I'll finish my shopping elsewhere. The good news is that the checkout lines were shorter. I don't purchase milk at this store because routinely checking out here takes so long. Shopping here will now be the exception instead of the rule. I'm putting a price tag on my time now. read more

Used tire center to get battery changed. It took them two times. They got oily footprints on my floor mat, lost my coolant cap, didn't call when the vehicle was finished. I gave them a chance the second time to make things right and they ignored my complants and also gave me the most expensive battery without asking me. I'm giving a five star because a employee named Cody was more then helpful in taking the initiative in helping me locate the chromecasts I was looking for. They had it locked in the back so he actually left the produce area and found one, I asked if there's any more in there ( he could of lied and said nope no more, which in my experience happened many times at stores) but he offered to check again and a while after digging through a bunch a boxes to look if there is more he found the rest. While ringing me up for the items he noticed there was juice spilled on one of them chromecast boxes and he gave me a heads up about it which most people wouldn't of done, I didn't take it and really appreciated he told me about the item.
