Hello ladies and gentlemen I have to say I had to give this while my five stars for the newest thing that I've seen and the best service and not even asking for it awesome. I normally say I hate why am I a no those are strong words to say but it's basically because you can never find anyone to help you when you need it or a no one ask like they care there. So me and my husband had to run out tonight to get my mother some medicine as we were walking past one side of the store I went out the side of the store at elderly lady that worked at Walmart Miss Brenda walked past us and ask or we ready to check out. I was kind of wondering why she asked but I said no not yet and we went on to the other side of the store and continue to get a couple of more items. Now as we got through we approached the front and my husband was getting ready to go through the express line and I happened to see Miss Brenda again and she was so sweet and actually act like she cared and asked about us the first time that I said no let's go to miss Brenda's line. Now Miss Brenda might've heard me so she turned around and immediately asked again where we ready to check out I said yes ma'am and then she stands right there pulls out a scanner out of her hand start scanning the items and check this out I thought number one that was so neat I love electronics I liked the quickness the easiness and the fact that she actually acted like she cared and took the time to say is there something else I needed you find everything and help bag right there so we were in and out very quickly nice job Walmart you got a vote up from us on that. So I guess I need to retract the statement now that they don't have people there that don't care or that are just hiding out and you can never find anyone so just wanted to say thank you Miss Brenda and thank you Walmart read more

The whole point of ordering online is save time AND money. Well, my time is valuable. I ordered online last week, decided to go pick it up last night. I followed the orange signs that said pick up, called the number on the parking lot signs and was advised that it was only for grocery pick up. I was bummed I had to get out the car but they were nice and generous so I was good. Went in the store to the back to pickup my order. It was 5 other customers there waiting and no one was behind the counter assisting so I assume they are in the back pulling orders. I proceed to check in at the kiosk so my name can appear on the screen to show to progress of my order as I was advised at the kiosk. The customers who were there before me proceeded to mention they had been waiting 30 minutes and no one had been out. Say what?? I thought. So I called the grocery pickup line and he said he would call someone over. Several employees walked by saying the same thing that they called a manager. One employee who was on lunch but attempted to pull orders but did not have access to be able to check out our orders via the system. I assuming because he didnt work in the department. After another 20 minutes a manager, short hispanic pregnant lady, comes up and asks who's next. What do you mean who's next? Everyone kept pointing to the kiosk screen to show that the orders should be worked in the order received. Some girl came back from lunch who was suppose to be working the pickup desk and says the previous person was suppose to stay until she returned from lunch. She was a white lady and was quite rude. She didnt care that we had been waiting and some customer mentioned being compensated and she was rude about it. Then she began to ask who was next and what is your order number. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? There may be a training gap because they asked several times when thats the whole point of the kiosk to sign in and wait. Walmart as a whole company needs to revisit their customer service as well as training. It is horrible company wide. I might as well had stood in line and waited on my items like normal versus ordering online because it was the same amount of time if not longer. A jack of all trades masters none. That is walmart's problem. Trying to keep up and yall aint good with at least one thing except for horrible customer service SMH read more

Sorry to say but this immigrant city. No one speaks good English and the service is bad. Customers are very rude as well.

This is the closest Walmart to where we live, and it met our needs for the items we needed right away after our move here. It has everything you need! One of the ladies at the register today seemed so unhappy! There was no greeting or smile. I don't expect much at Walmart, but sadly she left me with a mean rub. The rotisserie chicken is always burnt and dry. Your rotisserie chicken should be a light to medium golden brown not almost black. The legs on the chicken was like eating really dry chicken jerky. This seems to be becoming more often at Walmart in general. I've had to complain at other locations then it gets fixed for awhile. read more

The worst meat counter I've ever seen at a grocery store. If you want anything other than chicken breast or ground beef, go somewhere else.

I shop this store twice weekly because it's close to my home; otherwise, I'd never go there. I recently purchased expired yogurt and sausage and old grapes - I know I should have checked the dates before buying. This store is often out of common items. Half of the "fresh" produce is old stuff. Forget buying steaks there. They are tough no matter how you cook them. If you shop there in the off hours like overnight, employees will goof off (discussing their weekend plans and boyfriends and hairstyles, etc.) while customers wait a LONG time at the one register open. Quite a few of their employees don't even speak English or pretend not to. read more

This place is a dump just because the way they will treat you. Customer service is non-existent here. They all act like they are doing you a favor. There is only one person there that I know of who is just a diamond in the rough. And that is the only reason I even consider going there and honestly I don't know how this guy still holds his act to the highest standard when swimming in the sea of negative energy. That awesome person is ROBINSON in the automotive department. If you have a chance go there just to shake his hand. He has a heart of gold and god I hope they don't ruin him and I hope some other company hire him and pay him what he really deserves! He is the only reason I still keep visiting this dump. This ROBINSON guy is the manager at the automotive side and I am telling you he is top notch. I can't believe he is still giving out top quality service when everyone else at that store is just plain out rude and absolutely has no intention of working. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FOR PICK UP. Twice I have placed a ship to store order for pick up. Employee service is horrible. The second pick-up was for 1-hour print photos. Placed my order on 12/20. I then received an email advising to pick up my photos on 12/21 after 2 p.m. I got to Walmart at on 12/21 after 4 p.m. After waiting for 30 minutes for my turn, I was told that my photos were not ready - they hadn't even printed my photos. Manager Tracy had another employee work on it. Tracy then went MIA, and after waiting around for my photos, the photo employee said he didn't know why I was waiting because my photos were not going to be ready. I wasted about an hour. I told Walmart to give my my money back. I will NEVER do business here or at any other Walmart again. If you want 1-hour photos, go to Walgreens. They rock! Don't go to Walmart for shopping, head to Target. Sorry Walmart in Las Colinas. Reminds me of a government facility - people are only there for a pay check and not for the customer. I've lived here in Valley Ranch for four and a half years and I'll drive all the way to Lewisville and go to the Walmart on 3040. When you first walk in, the Walmart on Marletplace, there's a smell of sewage or rot of some kind at any given time of year and the produce just doesn't look fresh. The meat department is fine though but the fish counter smells. The cashiers during the day are busy so I understand they just have alot of people to get through but the few visits I've made after 10pm are the worst. I have had African American cashiers chat cheerfully with customers in front of me who were also African American and then ignore me except to state the total in a surly voice after checking my items. Then greeting the customer behind me warmly. How disappointing. This has happened more than once with different cashiers. I was raised in the military and I had never encountered this kind of thing until I came here. and I've lived in 17 states. I was shocked. It's obvious and management does nothing, of course. There are not enough cashiers, ever. The return counter goes as smoothly as it can and I've never had a problem there. So, If I have to go to a Walmart, I go to Lewisville. The Walmart there on 3040 is clean, employees help you and you can just shop. No crap, no problems, they just sell me what I want. read more
