Stopped in for a quick grocery run and had a great experience. The store was very clean, well-organized, and stocked with plenty of carts--parking lot included, which I appreciated. Customer service. Shady business practices. Making the customer pay for their negligence and incompetence. Bought a "BRAND NEW TV" (so I thought) for us to find out after opening it has a Crack, and the mounts don't fit, oh AND the SERIAL NUMBERS DON'T MATCH, so we can't return/exchange, AND, it's not even the same model we paid for! It's a 4 yr old model. So because either some incompetent worker accepted a return and didn't do their due diligence, OR some shady workers swapped them, I have to eat the cost. Store manager Jenna has avoided me at all cost. Won't return my calls. Stood out there for 2hrs for her to ignore me. AP coach Arilis, wouldn't even look into it. Told me to my face that she doesn't believe that I left the store with the wrong TV. Another "coach" took my name and number and said he'd call me right back. Never did. His name was Scott. Whenever visiting friends, this is is Walmart Supercenter where I shop regularly. Like this particular Walmart because items are nicely organized. Staff is putting items in the shelves all the time. Certain sale items are definitely a hit or miss. Products are constantly moving here. My favorite items are the bakery department. Forget about Table Talk pies, the Walmart individual lemon pies are just 74 cents and it's not as sweet as the Table Talk ones. Check out their other flavors. One time was looking for Back to the Roots- Lavender and Mushroom kits. Found out my green thumb needs a little help. Since this is a Walmart Supercenter, sometimes I get lost in the aisle trying to find stuff. Asked one of the staff where item located. She took the time to walk me over to the area. After checking out, as I head out of the area noticed mason jars on display. Had to get some. I can totally spend 1/2 a day shopping here. Some tips on check out since lines can be so long. I use the self-checkout area. Since there are two entrance areas, one to the grocery area and the other is gardening. There are self check out area located on both ends. What's not to love! From customers throwing things because they were accused of stealing, to your groceries never being delivered through Walmart+ it's the best Walmart around! To my surprise. This Walmart is fairly organized and clean.. They may have a lot of stuffs waiting to be stock on a Sunday at 2pm. But compared to other surrounding Walmarts. This location would've been my 2nd choice. First choice would've been the Walmart in TEGA Cay. Staffs were helpful when I needed to locates stuffs. Check out staff named Kole was friendly and patient. Organic produces were easy to locate. And look fresh.. The bone marrows and oxtails were easy spotted and available, I was hoping they will have grass fed meat selections. But not much was available. All in all. I'm happy and will be back! read more

It's Wal-Mart.. Nothing special. I only come here when I am crunched on time and can't make it to Publix or Target etc. It never feels clean. The checkout lines are always so long... There isn't much else to say.. I truly only come here in emergencies. read more

So I'm giving this Walmart a two star only because of the remolding they did, it most certainly needed it. But as far as complaints go, they are terrible. Me an my fiancé use to work there, as far as when I worked there I'm a diabetic ( I was taking two different insulin) had clearly told the woman who hired me that I was a diabetic and was having to use insulin. Not to mention I had had a surgery 4 months prior, so my sugars were constantly up and down. I had made it very clear that If I did end up needing to sit down nor more than a minute or two to get some water or to at least check my blood sugar levels would I be able to, she had told me that yes I would be able to that she would let the managers on my shift know and I would possibly just need to remind them which wasn't even worth it. They wouldn't even let me sit down to even scan my device inserted into my arm. Which takes maybe 15 seconds. Told me I was being lazy and I'm not allowed to take a break until everyone was supposed to. I had told both managers my situation and what the hiring manager had said and they completely ignored everything. Mind you I worked there for two weeks, I had ended up needing to change my work position and they had accepted that since I and my fiancé pushed the issue. Obviously worst mistake I made. A manger had told me to meet up with him after break so we could go over some information and go over protocol. I was given a walkie-talkie to communicate with everyone I needed to communicate with. After my break, I had headed to the break room where I had Saul the guy I was supposed to meet and he ended up leaving the room. I thought maybe he had something to do and he would be back. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and they had called me over the walkie-talkie asking where was I, I had explain that I was in the break room waiting for the man I was supposed to meet but he just disappeared. He responded saying oh I'm on my way. I'll be there in 10 minutes which I waited another 10 minutes and I chimed in on the walkie-talkie asking hey like where are you? I've been waiting over an hour, he said he was busy doing something and he wouldn't be able to be there right at second and told me to meet him at a different place I said OK I had walked to the different place. We were supposed to meet at nobody was even there and I use the walkie-talkie again to find this person and no one even responded to me. I ended up waiting for almost 2 hours so I ended up going to the bathroom since at this point I was getting very lightheaded. I had messaged my fiancé, telling him what was going on and he was trying to find out where this person was. I was supposed to meet and he couldn't find out anything. They told him that they were looking for me. They didn't even know where I was. I ended up not coming back after that shift. When I clocked out the guy I was supposed to meet with after my 15 minute break ran up to me asking why I never responded to him which I had told him I did but you were obviously too busy . That I waited over two hours for you but you never met me where you told me to meet you and was told that I didn't know where I was going and that I was " playing around " and abusing the job . Not long after I quit that job, they retaliated all my fiancé, while he still worked there. The managers and employees were rude and hostile. They had told them " because your girlfriend abused the pay and job you can't get this position you've been working hard for" my fiancé went above, and beyond for this company did more than he really was supposed to do. They made him do much more than any other employee did there. They got so bad to the point he had to leave early because he had almost passed out . They made him work harder and do triple the work that one can do simply because I had quit. Eventually he had given them his two week notice and they had asked. Where does he plan to work since they wouldn't rehire him for a while he had told him that he's not planning to work for them again that he's working for the biggest competitor, which was Amazon. They have gotten mad about that and obviously things have gotten worse at work for him so he ended up quitting only a few days from two weeks. He was supposed to get paid and they didn't even pay him for the week and three or four days he worked. When he had asked why he didn't get paid, they said he didn't give them his two week notice and bailed. Over $800 he was supposed to get and only got $20. Not to mention maybe two months after all this happened I had went to this Walmart to get some gifts for my fiancé and I for our anniversary and I was followed around the whole entire store and then was told to get out because I was being suspicious after I had paid for my items. The product was missing, but she was able to help me out with a voucher to allow me to get a new one without having to pay out of pocket myself. I have downgraded my Walmart review. I had to push the buttons so hard on the self check out screen that the entire thing shook. It isn't working properly and I should have to curse the automated registers. I am because they don't work. It's only been a few months and they don't work. I only went there last night because you have one item on sale I wanted. Also, I went through 4 bags before finding one that wasn't torn. While I appreciate you got rid of those horrible white bags, call headquarters's and report the shredded bags please. If you are thinking about signing up for Walmart + to get grocery delivery, DO NOT sign up if this location will be your delivery store. I had placed an order for delivery and paid the extra $10 for express 2 hour delivery on a Sunday. Monday morning I still didn't have my order. I contacted customer service and was told that my order was cancelled due to the driver being unable to deliver the order. My husband had surgery and I couldn't leave, and we had been home to entire time, plus the instructions say to leave at door, so I'm not sure what the issue was. Plus the order "tracking" still showed they were preparing my order. I was told I would get a refund. The next day I received an e-mail for the same order, and that it was just delivered - it was not. I had to contact customer service again and I was told the picture of my stuff was in the trunk, not the doorstep, so I would get a refund. It took FOREVER to receive a refund. I placed another grocery order today, and again chose the express delivery option for the extra $10. I received an e-mail that 3 items were out of stock, and that the order was on it's way. This was at 7:05pm, and had an ETA of 7:15pm. I had a driver assigned: Markieth, and e-mail stated he drove a Dodge Durango. 8pm came around so I reached out to customer service to see if this order was actually being delivered. I was then told the order was cancelled because of a driver assignment error. Supposedly I am being refunded for the order, but I have not received a confirmation of this refund and I have been speaking with customer service for the past 30 min already. If there aren't available drivers they shouldn't have times to choose for delivery. I also shouldn't have to speak to customer service as many times ago wait over a week for a refund, after speaking to customer service more than once. Basically I wasted $99 for Walmart plus because this store doesn't actually feel like delivering to my house, yet leaves the orders saying processing and/or out for delivery. And then I have to wait over a week to get a refund for the order that never gets to me. read more

So naturally... my husband and I have this thing... where Every time we are in a new area, city or even state... we always gravitate to checking out stores we frequent. For my husband, that store is Home Depot. For me, it's Walmart. Lol. Every store always carrie different products. This Walmart is by far the cleanest location I have yet to visit! The staff was SUPER friendly. I was asked by about 6 employees if I "needed help". I was impressed! Walmart's are not know for being clean or having friendly employees, but this location is doing something RIGHT! Keep it up guys. read more

This store needs help. Their shopping scooter are always broke down. While I sat for 45 minutes for a scooter to charge. SIX CUSTOMERS came in and tried 6 different shopping and none of the back wheels would turn. It's like the wheels were seized. It's Walmart - so hard to expect too much. Frustrating as it is to support this big behemoth, they do have great selection. It's always crowded and the check out lines are always long because so few are open. Tip - when getting deli items, make sure you tell them not to go over your specified amount. I order a pound of turkey and the clerk gave me 1.2 lbs. - nice way to up sell I suppose. I'm willing to pay a higher price and go elsewhere - if I can find the item. read more

Walmart is Walmart. There are never enough cashiers on most days but I find that if I go in the morning or during the day there is often no wait to check out. They have a great selection of goods, but I do wish they would increase their organic line of foods. There isn't much to choose from IMO. And there is no local farmers market or organic store. Also, their produce is not consistent. Sometimes they have a great selection. Other days, it's bare. Seems like they have issues keeping consistent inventory. read more

I've always liked this Walmart but that changed tonight. I went to go buy my things and the really big woman that works there in management took my things from me and wouldn't give me my money back on my card. I believe she had no right to do that to me at all. She took my things and yelled at me and then laughed at me and told me to leave. I'd report her and get her fired if possible. That's definitely something management shouldn't be doing to customers. That's a very good way to lose them. Watch out for her. read more

This is an ok Walmart in most respects. However I am giving one star for one reason - the check out lines. If you get checked out is less than 30 minutes, you did good. Even during the busiest times, they will have maybe 5 registers open. The lines will be 8-10 people deep, all with carts brim full. Usually the service is good, but they do not accept Rakuten, although they do on the regular Walmart website - I don't see a difference between Walmart stores. They also do not show all the items that are normally stocked in the stores, so some things I can pick up there, are not offered online grocery. AND today - Labor day - I spent an hour ordering my stuff, and went to choose a time....it's closed, for the next week DUE TO THE HURRICANE which isn't gong to be here until THURSDAY today in MONDAY if AT ALL. WTH? Just wasted a bunch of time, for nothing. What does a hurricane that is 4-5 days off, have anything to do with today, and tomorrow? Mind boggling. read more

The only thing that makes Walmart consistently tolerably is the presence of self-checkout registers to mitigate against the sloth inherent in overloaded shopping carts and an understaffed front end. The day after Thanksgiving half the store was closed off. I had to pick up some groceries and couldn't even get to that area. And it wasn't crowded at all, dead really, but a huge mess with most of the staff just standing around. I had visiting family with me and we were in the store for 30 minutes, looking at housewares but the atmosphere was very uncomfortable. We bought very little. I tried the Harvestland organic chicken "THIN SLICED" cutlets they were huge pieces, bloody & not what I expected. I had to clean , slice & pound the cutlets before I could use them. This has to be the worse Walmart around. It never has fully stocked shelves seems like whenever I look for something there is none, or they don't carry the item. Also the cashiers need to be trained properly,today while there I was around the fifth person in line, on a 20 or less lane, was waiting at least 10 minutes in line when a cashier opened up he did not say I am open and will take the next person in line, he just yelled I am open. Three customers ran to the line and they were all just walking by no even waiting. I was so angry because I felt the people next in line should have been called over I almost left my basket there and walked out. These cashiers need to be properly trained. I worked in a store and I know exactly how to handle the situation. This store is crap, my husband goes to Newport which is farther away for us, but he said gives a lot better service. read more
