    Loading my new tires into my car as they don't do installs on BMW. Thisnis stupid.

    Absolutely furious. I bought four new tires for my car from Walmart via their webpage. Then I booked an appointment to have the tires installed. I showed up this morning at 7am per the emailed instructions. I was coldly and rudely told by Dennis, that they don't do tire installations on BMWs. Some bs about not having the right lift and they won't take responsibility for bending my frame. So, then I get to walk four tires to my car in the parking lot. My knee scooter for my broken leg is in the cargo area so I have to put three tires in my backseat and one in my front seat. Now I need to find someone that does installations with road hazard for tires I didn't buy from them. This is a huge joke and the joke is in me. It's been awhile since I've felt so disregarded and blown off by a company.

    UN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FROM WAL-MART STORES. First, over charging bags to not getting the right Ben and Jerry's flavor ice cream. If you are not gonna sell the right ice cream of Ben and Jerry's ice cream, don't sell their products at all PERIOD. I've even reported this to The Ben and Jerry's Ice cream headquarters about this situation. But thanks to Walmart.com for helping me out with 4 refunds with this flavor, change is Brewing. It's the employees who are messing up Walmart.com orders and overcharging. It seems like the employees don't even care about their jobs and customers' money. That needs to be changed, and all employees need to be retrained and / or train new employees for the Walmart.com orders. And now I just got my order at 9:42pm tonight, when it was supposed to be delivered at 8pm. That's unprofessional employees, making their own delivery times instead of the customers' time chosen during ordering. Unexceptional. And this has been happening way too much. I'm ferious with this issue. And this really needs to be fixed right away. This is poor customer service from this Walmart. The delivery date was Wednesday, March 13th, 2024..

    I don't normally review Walmarts unless they stand out for good or bad reasons. Even though some posts complained about service, I experienced the exact opposite. I had several employees help me from start to finish. If they did not know the answer they found someone who did. I met one of the managers who also helped me find an item. At the self- checkout, the woman clerk helped me with the machine.

    I recently bought a Walmart money card reloadable Visa card at this store in Lakewood and upon getting home I discovered when I open the package that on top of the real card inside was a piece of a card that contained just the barcode of a different card that was superimposed over the barcode of the real card inside so that when they scanned it they scan the barcode of a piece of a card which didn't even have the phone numbers so there's no way to register it and then you can't register the card underneath because they didn't scan it then when I tried to call customer service well first I went in the store and tried to talk to them about it and they told me that they can't do anything about it in the store I had to call her customer service line then when I called the customer service line the first chick just took all the information acted like she was going to do something about it and then just transferred me to somebody else the second person that I got transferred to you took all the information told me that they were going to do something about it put me on hold and then hung up on me so I highly recommend that nobody go to the store for anything but definitely don't put $50 or any amount of money on a Walmart card from there because you most likely will never see it again because they have a scam going where they'll put a little piece of a card with the barcode over your card so that you can't register either of them and your $50 is just left in limbo and when you try to fucking contact somebody to get it back they'll just hang up on you. I am convinced that this is not an error that this was a deliberate action taken by Walmart to steal people's money.

During the return of an item purchased online, the cashier was rude, impatient, and visibly irritated. At the time, there were no other customers present. I addressed his behavior by stating that he was being rude; I did not , insult him, or behave disrespectfully. After I thanked the cashier and stepped away to continue shopping, I observed the same cashier start helping another customer, and both of them began laughing and making derogatory comments about me. I returned to the counter to address this behavior, at which point the other customer began yelling at me, telling me to "behave better," completely unaware of the irony of his own actions. The involvement of other customers in a matter between a Nordstrom employee and me was inappropriate, unnecessary, and deeply unsettling. When I stepped outside the store to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, an individual named Justin approached me and introduced himself as the manager on duty. He immediately stated that the cashier who assisted me was the kindest and most polite employee in the store. He also referenced the existence of video footage. I asked whether he had personally reviewed the video, as his comments appeared to reflect a preconceived bias similar to that displayed by others involved. He acknowledged that he had not viewed the footage. I informed him that I intended to contact Nordstrom Customer Service, as this was not the first time I had felt humiliated at this location. I thanked him and left. While in my car, I contacted Customer Service and was treated professionally and respectfully; the representative demonstrated a high level of understanding regarding my experience. I have been a loyal Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack customer for many years and have shopped at locations across the country. I have never experienced treatment like this elsewhere. Unfortunately, this incident marks the third time I have felt disrespected and humiliated at this specific store. On a prior occasion, I spoke with the store manager, Mr. Matthew, whose response I found to be dismissive and arrogant. I clearly stated at that time that I would no longer shop at this location, but unfortunately, I did not respect my decision and my boundaries. Given the seriousness of this incident, I am escalating this complaint to higher levels. The conduct of both the employee and the customers who felt empowered to intervene without any factual understanding of the situation was inappropriate and raises concerns of a potential hint of discriminatory behavior. I was informed that video footage with audio exists, which I welcome being reviewed. I will not shop at a store where I am made to feel unwelcome, disrespected, or singled out. I choose to spend my money where I am treated with the same dignity and respect afforded to everyone else.

Setting aside how you may feel about their political behavior, it's just not a good place to shop anymore. Today I was there and they had no lint roller refills. Not out of stock, they just don't carry them anymore. A wall of essentially identical new rollers with wasteful plastic handles. Presumably they make more selling the new sets and plastic waste be damned. An entire aisle of fruit gummies and applesauce squeezy packets, not a single package of raisins. In the entire store, not even the yogurt-covered ones (c'mon, they're basically candy- surely you can squeeze those in w the other sugary garbage?). The carts at this specific store either roll badly or not at all. I could go on and on. They're all tiny little nit-picky things which seem petty to even complain about, but they add up. I guess the people who make these decisions are betting (praying?) that people will keep shopping in spite of it. *They don't care if you complain as long as you keep spending.* The only thing consumers can do is vote w our feet. So that's what I'm doing.

    This is the best example of what discount department store should look like. It's like a giant warehouse. Clothes weren't really sorted by size on the couple of racks that I checked, although maybe customers just hung things back on the closest rack. I'm not sure if they have shoes, because I didn't make it past the coats. There does seem to be a lot of lingerie, IIRC, but I don't know what brands. If you're a bargain hunter with a good eye, this might be a good place to look for the occasional well-priced treasure. I have to come back, without an impatient BF!

I had noticed the sales they were having really weren't "sales" and the quality of the clothes weren't like they had been, years ago. My visit yesterday proved my decision to not shop here anymore was definitely correct. But I had a gift card so I had to spend it. Long story short..they didn't have prices on sooo many items that I looked at throughout the store. Their price check machines were no longer in the store. And the items that were supposed to be on clearance?? Those prices were discounted maybe 15% on everything, including Christmas stuff. What a joke. They changed the entire layout of the store. I get that, BUT they probably spent a lot of money making these changes and what for? You can't even maneuver around the aisles pushing the carts around!! When I go to check out and yes, I did purchase something because I couldn't even handle the thought of having to go back to spend my gift card that I have had for a while already. I even put a few items back on the shelf before I left. This store is and was such a waste of my time and disappointment. Then to top it all off. 2 ONLY 2 cashiers are open. I got behind 3 people already in line and then while waiting and waiting, at least 6 or 7 more people got behind me...to wait. I got to the cashier and kindly asked her what had happened to this mess of a store. She didn't say anything. After I browsed around for just under a half an hour, I found it next to impossible to find a woman's dressing room. Tip: The dressing rooms are tucked away in a smelly, dark corner of the store. The only way you'll find it is to ask or to literally stumble across it; I suggest that former. Generally, the overall vibe I get when I'm in this location is claustrophobia. As if that weren't bad enough, all the staffers I've encountered here are either simply unhelpful, or unhelpful AND rude. While I'm not ready to give up on the TJ Maxx chain in general, this location is one and done for me.
