I am giving five stars for the outstanding customer service I received today in the electronics department. A young man named Donte, asked me immediately if I needed help, he made suggestions, he gave me price comparisons, he gave me different information on the products, he was excellent! I'm not a fan of Walmart and this store shows me that each time I have to visit it. I don't live far from this Walmart at all but I would rater travel to the one on L'ville Hwy or Buford Drive to get quality veggies. This stores selection of bananas is horrible. It's like they know their clientele is poor and they want to give them sub-par products. I have gotten (unknowingly) expired food items because they put them on the front so they will be the first ones that you grab. Don't waste your time. read more

I never left my cart once, I have my granddaughter who was 1 at the time, & I was just turned getting Milk! That must've been when the phone was grabbed. And I really didn't notice until I got out to the car and packed the groceries & the baby that it was not with me. So, when I checked with Walmart, they looked in their office behind customer service (which is somewhat of a joke the way it was handled), they came back to me & said no. The lady at the desk told me that theft is handled thru the local police Dept, so contact them! Well, I did that. I made out a police report, & then got a letter a few days later saying they won't do anything as I had no witnesses!!! $ 900.00 phone, they videotape everything in their stores. Their employees in the front all knew me & Dezi. Yet, that's it?! I'm out my phone. Well eff you Walmart! I stopped coming into your store and deemed it no longer safe for us to shop there. Why no Management. Why doesn't anyone care to be a good ethical business? I don't care if your too big for your britches! If there were negative stars It would get 5 due to the customer service of this particular store. Call trying to get a CSM at customer service desk and they refuse to answer the phone. They never restock! Every time I go here for some Red Baron pizza they never have any on the shelfs! So your left with only 2 brands to choose from, Walmart is known for variety so I expect to see at least more on the shelfs. They also only have 3 registers open through out the day! Why have 20 registers when only 3 are open? I understand they might have a shortage of employees but that wouldn't be a problem if only their jobs applications didn't have so much red tape! Always a problem at Walmart , Certain areas ,have more handicap shoppers ,and this location is one that has a lot .You can shop in areas where the more affluient live.and always have the use of an electric cart thats because the richer can buy there wn cart ,or have a trailer hitch to pull one But the poorer nieghborhoods will not have enough electric carts, this location needs about 20 carts working andcharged , they only have 4 that work. I waited 1 hour for a cart, The employees try to help , but why would the store eant the employees aleays looking for a cart for a hanicaped person.?This is a problem anywhere they have a store ,in a low or, medium income area . I have waited as long as 2 hours for a cart orjust left without shopping . And the drug store in any walmart is a joke, I stopped using their drugstore years ago , they lose 1800 dollars a month of my business, If they do not have enough employees to get the job done.don t expect good customer service.all employees try so hard , but one can only do so much. Lanes are spacious and the MoneyCenter kiosk actually works so this Walmart is awesome. In addition the kiosk is silent so it doesn't shout obnoxiously like they do at other walmarts. My new favorite read more

This Walmart is awful. The employees are rude and have no knowledge of where things are inside the store. The women in the money center can't count and you really need to double check to make sure they didn't short you money (which has happened to me 3 times). I had a cashier that was in the middle of ringing my groceries out and someone came over and sent him away while she took over. She was very rude and ended up busting my yogurt with a sack of potatoes on top of it. I called to complain and the manager said she would "talk to" the employee. Yeah right. This was just the last of a very long list of problems I have had with this Walmart. I haven't been back since, and I have no intention of EVER returning to this location. read more

I like shopping at places like Walmart and target because it's a one-stop shop. This location specifically is on my way home so I stop by sometimes to pick groceries or toiletries. Unfortunately there's never enough cashiers and the lines are always very long. God for bid you have to return something at this location you'll be waiting in that customer service line for at least 15 minutes! read more

I love Walmart stores, however there are some stores built in areas that make you not what to shop there. It seems that the people they hire as cashiers lack customer service skills and more. My family and I have visit this location many times before and on this particulary night it wasnt up to par. My husband and I left with a bad taste in our mouth after a group of adolescents cut in front of him as he was walking up to the cashier. They even had the nerve to leave their cart sitting in front of him as the hovered around the cashier. It was about 8 to 10 of them. And they took like 20 minutes to get rung up. The cashier didnt even say anything to them. They were all around her station asking her stupid questions, holding up the line. It took a lot for my husband not to say anything directly to them. We ened up moving to another register where this cashier was very blah. Some people are great at working with the public and some are not cut out for the job. Granted it was very late around 10pm, however you must keep the smiles going untill the curtain closes. Then you can show how displeased you are with the job your chose to do.... read more

Pharmacy is open m-f9-9. No they close from1:30-2:00--no mention of this!the ENTIRE pharm. goes to lunch together! So I waited 30min for meds. And agree with most complaints posted here. Terrible store. They are rude, the shelves are not stocked, and usually only 2-3 cashiers open even when busy. I tried to call multiple times about a pick up order and they just kept transferring me to a line no one answered. I will drive further now just to avoid this store. read more

I came into the Wal-Mart store located on Collins Hill Rd in Lawrenceville, GA on Sunday January 22, 2017 at 4 pm for an oil change. I gave the attendant my keys and he didn't mention anything about a long wait. I waited in the lobby area for a 1 hour at that time I noticed there were no employees around and I was the only person in the waiting area. I looked in the mechanic area and saw my car with the hood up but there was not 1 mechanic in sight. 30 minutes later I looked again and there was still no mechanic in sight. I had to walk around store to find associate to ask for a manager. I spoke with a manager by the name of Kate or Karen she was very rude I asked her why it was taking so long and where were all the mechanics she told me they were working underneath the car. I told her it doesn't take a hour to drain oil from underneath the car she then rudely asked me if I had ever done an oil change I said yes she said great not sure why you decided to use our services then I told her she was rude she said if thats the case don't come back and walked away. She came back a couple minutes later and told me it would take an additional 30 minutes for my car to be ready and I couldn't receive a discount because Wal-mart doesn't advertise express oil changes. I'm sure Wal-mart doesn't advertise 2 hour oil changes. I called the customer service number to file a complaint. The gentleman I spoke with was nice and said he was requesting for a manager to come speak with me. The manager never came. I had to request a manager from the associate again and the assistant manager by the name of Jamie or Jordan came 15 minutes later. And she offered no solution she didn't apologize for the long wait she proceeded to say the mechanic was underneath the car for a hour draining the oil. I had been there two hours and there was one other car there that wasn't being worked on either. She also told me the other manager didn't come because she didn't want to be bothered with me so she had to come instead. That was my first and last oil change from Wal-mart. The mechanics weren't doing their jobs when the associate told them I requested a manager they magically appeared. The managers didn't do their job instead of asking the mechanics why I was waiting for a hour and half Kate or Karen went back and forth with me asking if I knew how to do an oil change like it matters. The assistant manager Jamie or Jordan was no help either. Worst experience I've ever had getting a simple oil change. Never been to a place where I pay for service and the so called managers are that rude. read more
