    They stole my money! Yes, that's right, Walmart stole my money! You should avoid this Walmart at all costs. The store manager is a crook! On Sun, 10/5 I shopped at the store and purchased $270.05 of groceries through a human cashier. When it came time to pay, I used the Walmart Pay on the Walmart mobile app by scanning the QR code on the payment terminal and paying through the app. My app then showed paid and provided me with both an electronic receipt. However, the cashier told me that her register was still saying that I hadn't paid. I showed her the electronic receipt on the Walmart mobile app but she said that wasn't sufficient since her register was still saying I hadn't paid. I was on a time schedule so I said okay I'll use a credit card and pay again, then I'll call Walmart customer service later and get a refund for the double payment. When I inserted my credit card into the payment terminal she said her screen showed an error because the amount due was $0.00. I asked her to call the store manager so this can be resolved and I can be on my way. She called on her radio and the store manager said to cancel the order and rescan everything. When she tried to cancel the order it wouldn't let her. At this time I said I've got to go and I was leaving but was told I couldn't do that because I hadn't paid for my groceries. I said okay forget it, I'm just going to leave these groceries with you guys because I need to get going. Later that day I contacted Walmart customer service online and told my story and the rep was very apologetic but as of today I still haven't received a refund nor any apology from the store manager.

    Who ever thought it would be a good idea to display bras in this fashion, has lost their mind. No one wants to squat down to the floor or stand on someone's shoulders to find a bra. It's also not an item that everyone would feel comfortable asking for assistance with. Do better

I needed a…read moredress for the marine corps ball, which is tomorrow, and couldn't find anything in my size (16) that fit correctly at the major department stores. The lady on the phone instructed me to choose which dresses I liked and call back, and she would tell me if she had the dress in stock in my size. Well, she had one in stock in my size and it fit perfectly. Very simple, but elegant, I will be pairing it with some gorgeous Swarovski earrings and necklace. I am so pleased and impressed with their ability and willingness to accommodate me. I had my dress within the hour (I live in RSM down the street). Can't put a big enough thanks here!!!

    Went today to pick up my items and I haven't been there in awhile and noticed The Main Street is…read moreunder construction and I turned into where everyone was turning and making a u turn I clearly did not see the signs either arrows where to go so I entered the wrong way. I take responsibility for that part but didn't do it in purpose but then to have one of the guys run in front of my car yelling at me STOP STOP what are you doing to me. I told him I didn't see a sign and where was I supposed to go, he still insisted on still standing in front of my car yelling at me, I told him he didn't need to yell from inside my car instead of calmly stoping me coming to my window and just simply telling where to go. Clearly this guys is lacking customer service. I'm a very understanding person when it comes to customer service since I'm a person that wants to be kind to people in that type of job but not when they are being ASSHOLES like him. I get it gets busy and getting people in and out quickly but customer service is still very much needed in this place.

Sometimes they are able to fix something same day, and they polish up my wedding bands for no charge. I do find their estimated repair times are inaccurate (LOL...because they always call 3-7 days SOONER than anticipated!) :D One other thing I like a lot is that if you see one of their custom pieces, they put it in the system under your name (like a registry)...in case your special someone wants to surprise you. If I ever leave AZ, it will be hard to find another jeweler like Barnes!

All of us have likely been to a Safeway grocery store, so there is no use describing the products they offer. I do like that they have a Starbucks booth in the store, as it allows me to grab a drink if I am waiting for my family to shop. Prices here are pretty much as expected. I do find that the produce seems better quality than almost any other store in the area. The real feature of this Safeway is the kind and helpful staff. I have yet to meet any employee here who wasn't kind and warm to talk to with. Everyone has to shop for groceries. Making it a good experience is really only possible with good employees. For that, Safeway is to be commended.

I went in around 4:00 p.m. and there were only 4 young people working the front end of the store. They looked like they were about high school age or just a little bit older. When I went in, I checked down aisles 12 and 13 for the pretzels and found none. I went to self check out to ask the clerk on duty where I could find them and he said try salty snacks on aisle 13. I went down that aisle and did not find a spot where they would be located, however, I found one container sitting ON THE FLOOR in front of the Reese's peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets. I grabbed that one and went to the front to show what I was looking for. I was at the customer service counter this time and was told they didn't have any by another young man when CLEARLY they have them because I had one in my hands. One young man said he thought he knew where they might be and briefly went to "look" for them and came back saying they didn't have any. I asked for help finding the case of Pepsi so I could take advantage of that sale and the clerk at self checkout just kept showing me the 12 pack with 3 extra cans and told me that was the biggest box of Pepsi that they carried. I kept telling him that there are 24 cans in a case and he just kept showing me the other box and calling it a case. I was appalled that a young person nowadays did not know that 24 cans or bottles of whatever is a case. Finally, I gave up and paid for my other items. When I put my cart back, I saw a whole display of the UTZ peanut butter filled pretzel nuggets. I grabbed 3 of them and went to customer service and to self checkout and showed them the pretzels and told them where they were in case anyone else asked for them. I simply got an "Okay"! Then when I was walking to pay (again) at self checkout, there was a display in front of the registers with CASES of Pepsi with an advertised price of $10.99. I got my limit of 2 and proceeded to pay for them. They rang up at $16.99 and I once again had to call over the clerk and pointed to the sign and pointed out that this was a case with 24 cans. He adjusted my price and said nothing else. What has happened to customer service with young people these days? When I walked up to the customer service counter the second time, the 3 boys were just standing around chatting to a young lady that was there working as well. It took them a minute to finish up and acknowledge me. I do not plan to ever return to this Safeway again. Those employees did not know their products, their store, and showed NO customer service skills or even a willingness to help. Very disappointing.
