Worst customer service at pickup grocery facility. I had to wait one-half hour to have groceries put in my car. Julian, the delivery person, was rude. Politely asked him to put two heavy 32-bottle flats of water on bottom of trunk so that it wouldn't crush the rest of my groceries. Then he kept putting groceries on plastic ledge cover above trunk. Asked him not to do that b/c, not only would it break the cover, but groceries could hit me in the back of the head if I stopped suddenly. Julian retaliated by slamming the grocery baskets on the ground as he emptied them. Told him I could have done my grocery shopping inside the store quicker than he delivered them. Walmart overbooked by having 24 customers pick up groceries in the same allotted hour. Then Julian purposely tried to ram my vehicle with new carts when I was pulling away. This person should NEVER have a job where he works with the public. Has a nasty temper and doesn't know anything about the simple task of putting groceries in a vehicle. I only had 12 items, not a carload of stuff. I wouldn't recommend going to this store for grocery pickup. Overbooked and incompetent staff! read more

Oil change experience... If I could give less than one star I would... I don't nag a business unless there is a reason. So far it's been 2 hours. I'm patient but here's the bad part... It shouldn't take 5 (that's not an made up number?) guys to help a pretty girl pick out what football team lanyard to buy. For 15 min the men stood around drooling over her while 4 other people and I waited for them to START on our vehicles... Poor Poor costumer service if you ask me... So if you are an employee at this walmart I think you should fix this problem. read more

I stopped by this Walmart last night around 11:00pm as this was the only time that I was able to shop after working all day. After waiting around for 10 minutes in the sporting goods department, I finally tracked down an employee and asked him to open the glass case for the ammo shelves so I could purchase one box of ammunition. He told me that it was illegal for him to do so since it was past 10:00 pm. Not believing him, I asked to speak to a manager. I told the manager what I would like to purchase and she too told me it was illegal for them to sell it to me and I could come back at 7:00 am if I wanted it. I asked if this was store policy since I had never heard of such a law. She reiterated that it was the law, not a store policy and I left empty-handed after driving 30 minutes one way. I get home and do a little research and sure enough, no such law exists. I don't know if the employees/managers at this store are uneducated or if they're really just so lazy that they don't want to have to walk a product up to the front registers. Either way, this store has a lost a customer for life. I really don't appreciate being lied to especially after making the long drive. I went to one of their competitors today to make my purchase. I won't be coming back to this store. read more

This review is for the Auto center. We thought we'd try it out, especially considering Walmart was the only place we could find the brand of tires we were looking for in our area. We ordered online and had it shipped to store. We were told the Auto center doesn't take appointments, but it's first come first serve. Not a problem. My husband arrived on a weekday at 830 am and he explained to them our tire was damaged due to a nail and etc. They said it would be an hour tops. Well exactly at an hour they called him to let him know the tire was perfectly fine and didn't need to be replaced. He then informed them once again of the nail and it's placement. So they rotated the tire and duhhh what do you know they found it. They said they'd need 15 more minutes. Then come back and say couldn't find the tire! Are they serious??! Well, almost 2 hours later they finally finished changing one tire. This place was a complete waste of time and the employees seem very incompetent. Never again!!!!!!!! read more

Review about their Pharmacy: went through drive through at 8pm as my kids have pneumonia, the lady was rude from the beginning and after waiting for about 20 mins bc they didn't have the prescription ready, 3 hours after my kids doctor appointment, the pharmacist told me to come inside so he can explain to me what I can read on the bottles, I explained my situation- that all 3 of my kids are sick, it's late, and it'd make my life a lot easier if I didn't have to get them all out of their car seats when he could just explain through the intercom/video feed. They came back on and lied to me, saying they couldn't fit the bottles in the tube, I go inside to find that the antibiotics were in small bottles, and could in fact fit in the tube. Pharmacist mumbled the directions to me and wouldn't even look me in the eye, I picked it up and just went home and read the instructions. I am frustrated bc there is a reason they have a drive through pharmacy, convenience. The pharmacist is absolutely rude, I'll be sure to go to CVS pharmacy if I ever have a prescription to pick up. read more

I drove my friends mom to this pharmacy on 6/22/16 to pick up her medication. When she got there the pharmacy was extremely busy. Something happened with her personal insurance being switched to Medicare which caused her old insurance to cancel making her prescriptions prices hundreds of dollars. She was in shock because the price was so high and she couldn't afford it. A pharmacy technician named Antonio who was extremely busy with a long line of people waiting for their medicine, went out of his way to help my friends mom get her insurance back to her original insurance coverage. He is a very educated pharmacy technician and I hope he becomes a Pharmacist because he would be a great one. Antonio walked us through the process while he was super busy to get the situation figured out. I'm in sales and take pride in excellent customer service because that's what it's all about. Antonio went above and beyond for us and helped us for two hours as my friends mom was on the phone trying to figure everything out. He guided my friends mom and helped get her insurance problem fixed. I just want to say thank you to Antonio in the pharmacy and give that man a raise. He impressed me with his calmness and his patience for people who are clueless on how their insurance actually works. I had to get a new tire for my car and had three kids waiting along with me. The auto repair guys called me twice, first to inform me that the tire was not fixable. The next time was 20 minutes later to inform me that my car was done. Thanks. It's so hard to wait with hungry kids for anything really. Knowing my wait time exceeded our eating time was great! read more

Worst store I have ever been in no one is ever around to help when you need it and the pharmacy likes to shut down in the middle of the day so the pharmacist can take their break and not have anyone there to cover the break so people can get their vital medications when they need them. Rude, rude, rude employees. I saw a lane open and the cashier was standing at the beginning of the isle, when I pushed my cart that way she turned her back to me blocking me from entering. I said excuse me is this lane open. She turned and looked at me like I was interfering with her day dream. Then said yes. She went behind the register and I started to unload stuff. She asked if I had coupons, I said yes and continued to unload. When I saw she wasn't ringing anything up, just standing there I stopped and faced her she said I have to have the coupon before I can start. I have never heard of that before but gave her the coupon. She then started to ring up things, very slow looking over everything like she was shopping. I just waited patiently. She never once smiled or offered a hello, have a nice day, nothing. Even when I said hello she said nothing, at the end I said have a nice day but still nothing from her but blank stare. I will never go back to this Walmart. read more

This may be the one pharmacy that goes back on their word. Recently went to pick up perscription. Called ahead, asked repeatedly about cost. Told their was none, come over and pick up. No charge, just pick up. Arrived to pick up only to find out there is a cost. Repeated what was told to me over phone only to be told no one here took call here. What a lie. I called store itself asked to be transfered, answer was Walmart Pharmacy, how can I help you. What as I call it a cop out. I would not recommend this place, although know individuals will as they need their medicine / prescriptions still. Only can say, stay away from this place if they can't keep their word. Gave two stars as they did provide, only for that reason. The cost though, as they said there was none. No I would not recommend this place. I'm going elsewhere even though this place was convenient. No recommendation from me, unless the store chooses to correct situation and I am advised of it. read more
