They are always out of almost everything. The staff is rude and disrespectfully to shoppers. The sales staff feels that it is there store and they can talk to anyone the way they want to. There is not enough staff to come to cosmetics and unlock a $5 product ( artificial nails)off there shelf but they have $10 nail clippers not locked up or $8 nail polish free for anyone to take. They sell expired dog treats and refuse to exchange or refund for the expired ones. If I were you I would stay clear of this Walmart super center. Go anywhere but this one. Wal-mart seems to be embarking on a step backwards into K-mart territory. They are re-arranging stores in an illogical (some kitchen items are several rows away from other kitchen items with unrelated items in between, as an example). They have moved dangerous chemicals next to dog food (nice one!) and the have rearranged the direction the aisles go, cutting the light, adding height to aisles. It's becoming K-Mart, the failed, claustrophobic, undesirable stores that are almost out of business. If they continue this horrible trend, I'll be a permanent Target shopper only. read more

Car Care Center... probably been there to change oil in the past 4 years.. I always get there about 6:45 to get in and get out when they open at 7.... Usually takes 25 minutes... I went about 6 weeks ago.. opened at 7 but they couldn't start on my car until a tech arrived... ok I get it he was late.... Today they finally open at 7:10... same situation, no tech.... So I wander around looking at tires ...after 5 minutes I see a different guy at the counter .. he asks me what I need and I tell him oil change he says " well it takes us about an hour to get up and going around here to get the machines turned on and everything "..... never once have I been told that in all the other visits !!! I get it.... It's Walmart .... Not known for their customer service..... but to just flat out lie takes it to a new low... so there is a Purcell's Tire and Auto down the road that I used when the Walmart Car Center was closed during the height of the pandemic ..... guess I'll just start going there.... Their techs show up on time and they must have better machines that don't need an hour to turn on !!! read more

Well, they finally did it. Wish it would have happened sooner, but it took this long. #walmart finally lost me. They wouldn't honor their own price. Item listed online for $13. In store it's $20. THEIR product on THEIR website and they said they couldn't match that price in the store. Yet, I could have selected the "pick up in store" option, stood there for an hour while they got it ready, and they would have honored the price. But I wasn't allowed to get it myself for that price. Went to this Walmart and was the worst customer service. Ella the night manager was no help. They had the same product in the wrong spot and had muiltple of this product with no other price tag on item. When I went to checkout the item was twice the price. They didn't assist me at all and didn't even move the products from the incorrect spot. Felt like false advertising. How many people just get to the counter and say what ever. Now I wonder if this is a Walmart tactic. And can't believe the manger just disregards the products being in the wrong spot. My son's car needed a battery, so we stopped in the day before to check and see if the battery was in stock and also if it could be installed by Walmart. Having talked to the cashier we were told the time the automotive department opened and that they could install the battery the next day. The next day we arrive to Walmart at about 7:20 am, as they open at 7:00 am, there is one car in the service bay(s) along several employees and another employee at the checkout station in the lobby. We inquire and get assistance right away with selection of the battery, giving the keys to the employee are told that there is another customer ahead of us. We wait inside the customer waiting area among the tires and wait. As we are waiting there is little activity inside the service area of where the cars get worked on, and over the course of several minutes while waiting there is more activity inside the customer waiting area as other customers are arriving. At one point the customer ahead of us is finished and the employee rings them up. We wait and watch as another customer drives right up into the service bay area and enters the waiting area with his issue being pleaded to the cashier about needing a tire. The customer is leaving the vehicle and tire to be replaced and is taken right inside to be helped as our vehicle is still sitting out in the parking area with nothing being done. having been close to an hour we realize that our needing a battery and waiting for it to be installed has no urgency on anyone working today, we decide to just buy the battery and install it ourselves later. I can understand that there is a procedure and things take time and all, but seriously installing a battery shouldn't be a problem or require the hassle that we had and couldn't even get it done. I am sure there is an excuse(s) but from a customer's point of view, arriving early with one car in the bay out of several that are empty, seeing several employees in the service area and then having to wait while nothing seems to be going on is poor customer service. Perhaps Walmart should incorporate self checkout with the automotive department and allow customers to install their own batteries, tires and wiper blades in the service bays so as to completely destroy the shopping experience like they did with eliminating cashiers and having only self checkouts in the front of the store. read more

I wanted to get my groceries delivered and I ordered them to be delivered between 6-7pm. The door dash guy named Jason was an hour late when he arrived as shown through the tacking but I never got them at my door. I'm very displeased because this is the third time this has happened when I do a delivery after 6pm. If you get a driver named Jason or whoever after 6pm, good luck getting your groceries. There are liars and thieves in this Walmart car service center. Anytime I go here it's a bad experience. They will steal my metal tire caps, lie about service that's been done etc. I hope it's not a Walmart thing but specific to this location. The photo below shows how they lied about the tire pressure - the receipt says 35 psi while the dash show 29 - it wouldn't be so bad except I asked them to fill the tires. They said the car was wrong. I had to fill the tires myself at a service station later. Did they actually work on my car? You've been warned. read more

I was just in this location and it was not super busy however during the self checkout the worker watched me like a hawk. I'm sure it had nothing to do with me being Africa American... none the less the other customer who needed her help in the self checkout was a white woman was almost ignored. That worker literally stood at the end of the checkout line where I was at and it made me feel horrible. I don't need to steal, I live a very by the book kind of life and make damn good money. Being judged on the color of my skin is just unfair but the point of this review is that I will pray that one day we are all treated as equals and not on the color of our skin. My husband and I took his car in for an oil change this weekend. Priuses are very sensitive and when they did my oil change the oil filter cap didn't get put back on just right. So then the map mechanism for the car shut the whole car down. Nobody could figure out what the problem was so we had the car towed to the dealer. They figured it out right away. I do pray seek for the tow on the receipt for the will change back to the manager (Jeff) at Walmart, and he took care of everything! Great job! He made everything all better! read more

I tried to get my oil changed. Normally there is someone that approaches you to get your information. I saw a few attendants walking around in the garage but no one acknowledged me. I waited for 15 minutes without getting any help. I know it can get busy but a simple be right with you or go ahead and go inside is normal customer courtesy. I just have to warn everyone about the oil change department. I was there for almost four hours today with two small children. I was spoken to very rudely from the start. I blew it off because I felt bad that the technicians were outside on a hot AZ day. However, it kept getting delayed because they kept messing up. Long story short my perfectly functioning car was smoking and making loud noises at the end. No one would help me or take responsibility for it. I've got a incident report and heading to my mechanic to fix whatever they did to my car. Hopefully Walmart takes responsibility for it. This review is for the tire and lube department. Brought my daughter's car for an oil change in December of last year. They broke the plug and didn't say a word. She took her car to a different Walmart store to get it done again and they refused to change the oil because the plug is broken, said she needs to get it fixed and call the store that broke it and talk to a manager about getting reimbursed for the repair. We have called numerous times, been oh hold for over an hour, explained the situation to multiple associates but still didn't get to talk with a member of management. read more

As far as Walmarts go, this is the best one near to where I live. It's pretty well organized, somewhat less crowded, and better stocked than others I've been to. It is definitely 100% better than the mess of a store on Baseline & Stapley. Parking is ample, too. read more

This Walmart is really clean but I don't really like how they are starting to check all the receipts. I had to wait in line to have my receipt checked. Not only do they check receipts they scan the receipt then they have to scan an item you have so that made the line even slower. I don't mind them checking off a receipt kind of like Costco but I don't understand why Walmart has to scan every receipt and scan an item. read more

I've been coming to this pharmacy for a long time now and never had such an issue as I have today. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes because there was people ahead of me inside. Finally was told medicine would be ready in 30 minutes so 37 minutes later I went back and was told won't be ready for another 20 minutes. Of all times when husband just got out of surgery and needs to keep up on the scheduled meds he is now behind because they can't staff the appropriate amount of people. What is going on at Walmart stores? We shop at both Greenfield and Southern stores. The shelves are always empty. I don't mean all the shelves but a lot of the are empty. When you ask management they blame THE WAREHOUSE. I like Sam' s Club water (24 bottle) they now have Nestles water instead. Is Nestles paying them more to promote their brand? Worst customer service at pickup grocery facility. I had to wait one-half hour to have groceries put in my car. Julian, the delivery person, was rude. Politely asked him to put two heavy 32-bottle flats of water on bottom of trunk so that it wouldn't crush the rest of my groceries. Then he kept putting groceries on plastic ledge cover above trunk. Asked him not to do that b/c, not only would it break the cover, but groceries could hit me in the back of the head if I stopped suddenly. Julian retaliated by slamming the grocery baskets on the ground as he emptied them. Told him I could have done my grocery shopping inside the store quicker than he delivered them. Walmart overbooked by having 24 customers pick up groceries in the same allotted hour. Then Julian purposely tried to ram my vehicle with new carts when I was pulling away. This person should NEVER have a job where he works with the public. Has a nasty temper and doesn't know anything about the simple task of putting groceries in a vehicle. I only had 12 items, not a carload of stuff. I wouldn't recommend going to this store for grocery pickup. Overbooked and incompetent staff! read more
