This location is just horrible. They can't seem to put the right price on shelf's. Then when you notice price is different then what posted in store they want price check. But demand you wait in long lines and then scan your self. Walmart is going down. Maybe since you cut employees to check out maybe train your employees to making sure items are priced correctly. read more

I went in for a simple online pick up and ended up waiting over 30min because of Karen's mistake. I tried to address the situation with the manager on staff. And I have never been treated as rudely by a "manager" like I was by this gem. I have no idea how this man is in a leadership position with his awful rude behavior. He turned out to be the "Team Lead" I tried to get his name because he was not addressing the situation properly he then proceeds to cover his badge and started yelling at associates to get me the hell out of his store. I then was approached by another "manager" who was going address the situation with the staff. Yes I'm very confident that will be done. This walmart literally has 20 employees just walking around doing absolutely nothing. Really shows what great management and leadership this Walmart has. Ok I had as basket set (tags on- unopened) I was returning to this particular Wal-Mart . I had the receipt of course and I had just paaid 2 xaays before. I needed to buy my son a heater.its now December! So I take it to this Wal-Mart and the lady at customer service asks me if I want it back on my debit card that I purchased it with or a Wal-Mart gift card. I said my debit card woyld be fine as I did not know how much the heater would be and noone likess those gift cards with 90c taking up space. So she tells me as shes returning my card that will go right back on there. I thanked her n left . I went to another Wal-Mart that had the heater in stock and go to pay and 0$ on my card . fast forward were on 3 FN DAYS NOW . 0$ on my card ! My son has no heater. Ive NEVER had a store do this - in fact Wal-Mart used to ask if you wanted cash. And how many times have you wenr to pay for something and told the cashier- oh yeah the money will be on there ...later. Would they let you take your stuff? No . Ok so 5:45 this morning in Walmart, The line was ridiculous, clearly quite a few, just ran in to get something on their way to work. No Cash Registers open, the self-service, cubby only had 3 registers available to use, and I believe there is a least 10 in that section. This Walmart has the worse customer service of any retail establishment i have ever been in! Time after time this situation prevails at this store! i rarely get a greeting when i approach a register at this store and today a cashier tried to bag a household chemical that i had purchased with a food item in the same bag until i stopped her and told her to keep the items separate! Wheres the training in this store for the associates and the proper way to greet people! It all begins at the top!! This manager needs to be fired! When you purchase something online at other stores and have it for pickup at a store, usually the experience is quick and painless because there is a different process for online order pickups. Not here. Not at Walmart. The experience of online shopping and pickup is extremely painful. Pickup happens in the same line as layaway and cancellations, resulting in extremely long wait times. The process of layaway/cancellations should be different than online order pickups. I don't think they want to make this process easy on customers. For things like electronics, I would much rather buy online at Best Buy because there is a completely separate line for online orders. Walk in ... pick up ... and go. read more

Worst walmart ever. Rude personnel. Unshoppable after 9pm due to tripping hazards and aisles fully blocked by pallets and rude employees. I usually get followed around like a criminal here as well. Otherwise, you'll be playing bumper cars in the parking lot, standing in the pharmacy line that goes around the building twice and waiting twenty minutes in the check out line for the senior in front of you to write a personal check for milk, eggs and Dulcolax. read more

The pharmacy at this location is a NIGHTMARE! Save yourself the agony and take your prescriptions elsewhere. They don't tell you if your meds are out of stock, you just show up and then they tell you with an insincere sorry. The line take FOREVER to get through! I've been a Wal-mart goer since I was young and generally have always had a good experience there. Today I went to go buy something that was miss priced when I picked it up and I didn't find out until I went through the check out line. The cashiers usually recognize that and give it to you at the price it was labeled. Today the cashier, Dot, could care less and was just rushing me to get through her line. I am reminded of how much I hate Walmart every time I go into this particular location. There are always creepy people, it smells bad, their carts are rickety, their produce dept bad, bakery items spoiled before expiration, and they never have exactly what you're looking for in the electronics department. Have been there twice looking for Dance Central and they don't have it. Would give it one star but the other star is for easy to navigate store, location (down the street from my work), and cheap and good selection in the food department. *WARNING - Wow! Refund policy change. If you buy anything at Walmart that is more than $25 and you loose your receipt or didn't have one because you got item as a gift you CAN NOT get a gift card or exchange it even if it is the exact same item in a different size. I don't complain very often but this sent me over the top. Diapers that only Walmart sells so can't return to a different store such as Target. I have had one too many bad experiences at Walmart so I will NOT be shopping there it's too risky. My money is valuable and I can't afford to waste it. And your money is too valuable to get someone a gift and they can't make it right. (We got the diapers for baby shower gift). We spoke with the assistant store manager but she had a very ugly defensive attitude. Gosh you would think we did something wrong that's how they made it seem giving us a 'warning'. Yes the warning is to us and you that this same thing will happen every time so skip the ordeal and don't shop there is my new motto. (I pointed out this sign but they told us they hadn't gotten around to taking it down yet.) The only reason I'm giving it one star is because you have to in order to be able to continue. The other reviews are probably valid, but when I went I didn't have any issues with the employees being rude or not helpful. Most were and it is a WalMart so I know pretty much what I want before I head in. Lines didn't take long and I was in and out in 15-20 minutes... not much more I can ask for in a location. read more

I definitely won't be using the in-store pick up option any longer especially not for this Walmart. Today after an order I put in weeks ago finally came in it was for a large quantity of 56 quart storage Bins. The kid at the counter gave me my order offered me no help to carry this large box. I even asked for a cart he just looked at me and said no so here I am walking through the entire store with this huge box that I can barely carry and then I have an associate basically chase me down because he thinks I'm stealing this huge box, maybe your associates need to clearly communicate that they have just had a large pick up order. Your associates ARE NOT friendly, the DO NOT HELP. I will not return to this Walmart ever, this is the absolute worst experience ever. To make a customer carry a large HEAVY box though the store is ridiculous. HELP SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED. I agree its OK as Walmarts go not always the highest quality merchandise but cheaply priced. Not the greatest grocery selection but when you do a little of this and a little of that its hard to be great at anything but useful as a one stop location if you need a variety of things and don't have a lot of time to shop. read more

Don't usually go to this location, I go to the one on E mckellips but we were on our way home and on southern ave. I am disabled and always need a motorized cart. Came into the entrance and no carts available, so the dude that was a ?Greeter? Said "Let me go to the other side to find one for you". My husband went inside so I waited on the bench for the guy to come back. He never came back. Even if he could not find one he should have come back to tell me he looked, so I sat there for 40 minutes waiting while my husband shopped. I will NEVER come back to this location EVER again. Despite having my receipt for a vacuum cleaner that only worked 2 months Ron the merchandise manager told me he couldn't help me. He told me this as I was standing there reading this sign that said 90 days refund without or with a receipt. Then he told me there was no way he could help me unless I had the Box. Who keeps the Box 90 days? Then he told me I'd have to send it back to the manufacture. When I wasn't buying that he told me I'd have to have the credit card it came on which I so happen to have. Today, we went to Walmart (near the Superstitions Mall) and I could not find (on the shelf) some water that Walmart has as one of their in-store brands. I tried to find a Walmart employee walking around and could not find one (tried for about 10 minutes), and then went to the entrance to the stock room/s and called out for some help. A very nice gentleman responded and tried to find someone for the area that I needed. There was no response to his search or his call on the store radio so he helped me. Devon went out of his way to help us get the purchases that I was looking for from the stock room. THANK YOU DEVON. You are a good example of the Walmart from the past that bends over backwards to help the customer. I hope that there are others in the stores (that I have yet to find) that are as helpful as you!! I visited your store at 7:00 Saturday evening, 11/26/16, looking to purchase a 65" Visio TV. I was immediately greeted by your associate, Trevor Herman, whom was extrmely kind, courteous, and approachable. I shared my story with Trevor that I had just left the Super Center on Greenfield and was extremely disappointed with the service I received, or lack thereof. Trevor went above and beyond to accommodate my request and found that your store had two TV's in stock. Apparantely, he had to do some digging, but much to my surprise he returned from the stock room with news that the TV I requested was $200 LESS THAN what was advertised. Evidently, it was a black Friday deal and there were two TV's that weren't sold yesterday. Being that I paid $200 less, I invested in the Samsung Soundbar for another $248, and couldn't be happier. Trevor helped with the rolling to the front of the store, and loading into my truck. Total purchase was $1086, not including tip for Treavor, and this young man gets a HUGE round of applause from a VERY satisfied customer, and to boot, turned me into a Raving Fan!!! GREAT JOB TREVOR. This is a review of the pharmacy at this particular Walmart. We arrived to p/u a couple prescriptions having been told they would be ready at a certain time - it wasn't. We were told it would be ready in 10 minutes...4 different times. We finally went out to do other errands and returned to pick it up. Were then told that they didn't have one of the items - we had to go elsewhere. Overall wasted 6 hours trying to get this resolved. The clerk was rude and basically told us it was up to tell our doctor that one of the prescriptions wasn't a 'typical' concentration/dosage - like we would know that. This is by far the worst experience we've ever had with a Walmart pharmacy - NEVER again. read more

This particular Walmart is not one that I enjoy going to. The floors are always sticky and dirty, bathrooms are always dirty as well. Their produce section is a joke and is not recommended! I bought a watermelon 2 weeks ago and it ended up being rotten so I returned it , they told me to pick out another one, same problem two more times. Finally when I asked them, "what if they are all rotten, will you refund me or give me store credit?" They said "no, you're basically screwed" Whenever there are great deals on produce in the circular for other competitors , guess who decides to hide that product? Walmart! They are they the day before the deals have begun and the day of, poof! Gone! This is a disgrace to customers because Walmart claims to be so great! The customer service section is always busy with a long line but their 4-5 registers are always attended by maximum of 2 customer associates. If you are planning on buying something from the electronics section and have a question or need help, good luck finding someone! On multiple occasions , I have stood there for 15-20+ minutes to get someone and the person that "helps" you doesn't have a key so prepare yourself to wait even longer ! read more

Not my favorite store and (literally) every time I go there I ask myself as I leave "Why do I keep coming here?" Answer is: it's cheap and close to my house. I usually try to go to the very few employees who are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, most days I am forced into a checkout lane manned by some weirdo that either doesn't pick up on social cues, doesn't understand appropriate conversation or is just plain rude. Today was probably the nail in the coffin for me. There were 2 speedy checkout lanes with lights on indicating they are open...except one has a shopping cart blocking the lane. So I decide to choose the other line. The VERY LOUD girl manning the register of choice practically forces me into the next lane where I have to take it upon myself to remove the shopping cart blocking the aisle. Then this freakin' kid proceeds to tell me that he "sometimes throws things at customers". Apparently, I am supposed to find this funny, which I do not...but I say nothing. So he asks me "Habla ingles?" (Yeah, because THAT'S THE PROBLEM! Language barrier.) I confirm that yes, I do speak English. Now the kid is glaring at me, looking like a serial killer. I'm guessing because he realized there is no language barrier, I just CHOOSE to not engage in inappropriate dialogue with him. Walmart: PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE school your employees about appropriate vs. inappropriate customer dialogue. It is absolutely okay to say "Hi. How are you today?". I Purchased a Nintendo switch the night before my sons birthday and they gave me a display box with nothing in it. The clerk carried the console to the register (profiling) so I never even touched the unit until after it was paid for and in a bag with other items. I didn't catch it until I got out of the store and into my car and looked at my receipt and noticed they didn't charge for an item, so me being a good person, I turned back to let them know of the mistake and that's when I felt the box and the weight. I returned to the store with all items and receipt and waited for a good 15 minutes while they did nothing just to have a manager with a bad attitude (Karla) come back and tell me to come back Tomorrow. Let me remind you, it's the night before my sons birthday and this is the only thing he wanted. I understand loss prevention, I worked that position for 5 years, but under no circumstance is it my responsibility to wait for Walmart to figure it out I internally. take my mother in-law there every week. The cashiers and Justin CSM are good....but last week I had a very bad experience. During check out, something on my mother in-laws purchase scanned wrong. Went directly to customer service and after Justin figured out why a 'motorcycle battery' rang up on her receipt, he called assistant manager Beki to get her approval to refund $78, Beki decided she didn't want to take her CSM's judgement and wanted to research it further. We waited for almost an HOUR!!!! finally got her credit card refunded the $78 but the assistant manager never came to even talk to us... this was of no fault of our own....yet we were made to wait an hour and we weren't even worth a word in person. terrible customer service from a manager. then I called in a complaint and talked to a co manager. he apologized and said he'd talk to her. when I said I thought she owed me the apology he acted like she really didn't have to apologize. I'm older and was taught 'if you are wrong, you apologize' apparently not at this Walmart. there are a lot of places to shop in this valley.....managers should treat their customers like they matter or they'll shop somewhere else. I suggest calling 1-800-walmart if you are treated badly. i'm calling and going to talk to the market team. they are the store manager's boss read more
