Recently purchased a 26in bicycle from Walmart on 79st & 32ave Miami. The front folks that goes into the neck which is connected to the handlebars was bent. So the bike would not turn. Don't come here! Total waste. Nothing available. $14 vitamins are locked and no one can open it. If they do, then they take it to the cashier that has a line stretched all the way to the back. Employees are useless, don't care. Check outs are horrendous. Nothing match the price. Everything is sticky, defective, broken. If the app shows that anything is available at this store, then that means that 1% chance it will be there. The software is outdated. Employees are exceptionally bad at helping with anything. I have never seen a store so bad in my entire life in any country anywhere. This is embarrassing that this store is closest to Miami. Deliveries from this store is also mess. Never select it for delivery. It's always a mistake. The location must be shut down. It's not good for anyone. So much waste. People just walk away cause the lines are record long or no one can open locked items. It's also not safe on their parking lot. Their employees collecting carts ask for money! Shut it down! I was also attacked by customers in line a few times and security is useless. read more

I always hate going here. Today I was reminded of why. I needed an item that was locked up. I asked an employee and they told me to go to electronics and have them page someone to the area. I did this. The lady in electronics never paged anyone over the speaker. I asked another employee and was told to go to electronics. I did this again. This time I waited for the lady to actually page someone. I went back and waited. Nothing. I asked another employee for help, was told the same thing. Went back to electronics, waited for a second page. Went back to the locked case. Still, no one showed up. This whole process took about an hour. I ended up leaving without any help. Cameras with accusatory signs all over the place. Virtually everything is locked up but they don't have enough people to come and unlock it for you. Then they make you pay for the one item individually at that department's register (no more than 10 items) so you have to wait at an additional register for the rest of your stuff. I had to check out so many times that when I got to the final register for my main items, my bank declined it out of suspicion. The employees bark at you. There's no, "excuse me, sir" or "I'm sorry, but..." It's just, "YOU CAN'T!" as they dictate the many rules and policies that this location has decided on. AND they are not kind whatsoever to service animals, either. Stay away from this raggedy place. They don't even have accessible shopping cart deposits in the parking lot. read more

This is unfortunately the Walmart that is closest to me. There's a vision center with limited hours and a Churro Mania. The shelves are poorly restocked. Surprisingly, the bathrooms are usually fairly clean. People love leaving their carts parked in parking spaces here. read more

Terrible employees and customer service except in the car care center. I still love Walmart though. They have everything here from supermarket food to car supplies, car batteries, car tires, and even test and charge your car battery at no charge. The employee (older gentleman) who tested my battery was nice and actually took his time testing my battery and explaining some common issues to me. If it wasnt for the car care center and their variety of food for the best prices anywhere, I would give them a 1 star rating for customer service. read more

I was at the Shops at Midtown, needed something I thought Walmart might carry, and my GPS indicated this was the closest one. This Walmart truly feels like it's "in the middle of nowhere", with my GPS taking me down several what seemed like back roads and quiet/empty streets on my way both to and from this store. This Walmart isn't very well lit inside and somehow feels a bit dreary compared to most. Also, though this location does have a grocery, the variety of offerings in some other parts of the store seems lacking when compared to other Walmart Supercenters. This is also one of the only Walmarts I've ever known to not be open 24 hours (it closed at 11 on the night I came here, and they started making announcements 15 minutes prior, trying to clear the place out). It was also a bit odd that, through the place closed at 11, I'm assuming for them to restock shelves overnight, they were already pushing pallets of boxes through the store when I was here, obstructing aisles and causing customers to swerve out of their way in the process. read more

I placed an order yesterday and got 8 emails between placing the order and this morning. The order was to be delivered yesterday...still not delivered and another email telling me it's running late, like I didn't know that. When I called Walmart customer service, they gave me the number of the store and told me it would be best if I called as no one was picking up. They further stated if they called later, their policies wouldn't permit them to call me with the information on the status of the order. As much as I frequent this Walmart, I am surprised that I have never reviewed it. I live fairly close to this Walmart, so whenever needed I come here. I pay my rent here and sometimes that line can get ridiculous. I always go on a Friday, early in the morning to beat the crowd and even then it's still already 2-3ppl there. I wish they worked this money center better because the lines are divided. Payments and returns. While the payments line will have 20ppl, the returns will only have about 2ppl. Once those 2ppl are seen, the employees won't help out and take ppl from the other line. Which leads to longer wait because it's two (for the most part) on each side and don't let it be someone's break time. If they could get this money center together, they'd be alright. I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this Walmart given how often I come here. Let's see. It's a Walmart and it's been around give or take a year. It's a nice alternative to going to the Walmart in Hialeah that's past Mater Academy. I'd say that given the neighborhood and the fact that isn't a 24/7 Walmart, this Walmart doesn't get the business that typical ones do. Heck, I've never seen this parking lot full, not even during the holidays. They're opening a Ross next door, so perhaps that will change that. Anyway, despite all the aforementioned, expect to at least spend 10-20 minutes in line to pay. They move like turtles here! Oh well; at least everything is decent quality, relatively cheap, and efficient. Note that this Walmart has a Subway inside for the hungry folk. read more

The absolute worst!! The customer service is non existent. The lines are super long. And the shelves are never stocked. I went in just to by a can of secret or degree deodorant and surprise the shelves were empty. And to add insult to injury I waited 30 minutes in line at the money center for a money order only to get to the front of the line and be told it isn't working. No apologies no signs or anything. It's so terrible that this is the service we get because of the neighborhood it's in. Because for I didn't live in the area I would never return. This place truly is the most miserable place on earth. I placed an online order and waited all day for them to fill it and it was canceled with the excuse the products weren't available. But upon showing up saw they were fully stocked of the item and just didn't feel like doing it. Then I'm stuck waiting in line for 2hrs for an associate to close the lane and make me go on another longer lane. Management clearly isn't doing their jobs correctly to ensure these things don't happen. The client isn't always right but this store needs new staff and a regional manager to take control of the chaos here. Sad because as a long standing customer I frequently ordered from Walmart. OMG, all Walmarts in Miami are terrible...but this store takes the cake...The lines were to the rear of the store...customer has ro move out of the way because staff was bringing out pallets with merchandise to restock shelves. The 20 items are less line...cash only...why? It's 2021 who carries cash. I believe it's 28 registers...2 for 20 items are less...5 regular purchases...did I mention you have to wait outside for a cart? This location is a bit on the rough side. Yes, the entrance looks quite luxurious with the nicely paved roads and medians giving access to their parking lot however once you enter the experience seems to dwindle a little bit. First of all, don't rely on the store pickup option as it's usually not available. The inventory is a bit scattered and the lines seem to move at a glacial pace. It is a reliable spot to get plenty of varied goods for a low price but beware of the service and quality of customer service. Basically, it's shop at your own risk here. I asked for assistance in locating an item and was met with an immediate "well, if you don't see it then we don't have it" response instead of "let me help you search for it" solution. The aisles are a bit on the dingy side and the appearance of the store isn't as clean as it should be. I don't recommend it unless it's a necessity at a time when everything else is closed...and I mean everything.... read more

I've gone to this Walmart many times, especially right when it opened. I thought it was great at first, but it's changed a lot since then. Mostly because more people are finding out about it. I usually come to shop here for work, as I buy clothing and necessities for my clients. It's convenient cause everything I need to look for is in one place. I also sometimes buy groceries for my clients and use food stamps. It's less packed in the morning, which is when I try to go. I've gone in the afternoon and the lines have been incredibly long and the service is mediocre. Even when you try and find the shortest line, the cashier goes slower than a snail. The staff around have been helpful though, and everything is always clean and folded. They are also always fully stocked. read more
