After getting tired of my Walmart having spotty empty shelf's and a deli half full and on the empty side with mostly ham and turkey I decided to stop here and check it out. As I walk in I see it's clean and bright through the produce/fresh section and I can see the deli in back and both cases are full. As I walked around I noticed the shelfs were being restocked and all the shelf's full and the fresh meat department looked good. The deli was full of meats and cheeses and I saw something different, I wanted different and they had pastrami but it was turkey pastrami and I got some. I found everything on my list and then some and some items my Walmart was out of on a previous visit. This is one of the better Walmart stores in the greater Milwaukee area and I wish my Walmart was more like this one. read more

Dear Muskego Walmart: We we're told that you have six scooters for your disabled customers to use, but only two are currently in service. We waited for 30 minutes and we still weren't able to get a scooter, so I wasn't able to shop, today. This isn't the first time this has happened in the past five weeks. I'm hoping you'll get additional scooters for disabled individuals that really need them. Most people don't realize how incredibly important these mobile devices are for so many people. read more

the pharmacy expects their employees to come in to work hacking their lungs out and have a fever of over 101. I took two days off work because I thought it was best to not work in my condition. Adam the pharmacy manager believes I should have went in anyway. read more

An employee named Jarien made my experience ten times better. I will definitely come here again because of the customer service.

Customer service people were rude and asked for original packaging. I wanted to exchange my 90w laptop charger since the plug broke and the store employees wouldnt honor the exchange since it was over 90 days. A charger should not break after 90 days. DON'T BUY ELECTRONIC ACESSORIES HERE, INSTEAD BUY THEM AT COSTCO WHICH UNLIKE WALMART VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS. If I could I'd rate this store 0 stars read more

While I know I "should buy local" (e.g. Pick 'N Save), you can't beat Walmart's prices for groceries. They have ~75% of the groceries I'm looking for, but missing a few things here and there. Also compared to every other Walmart in the area, this one is never packed. I'd highly recommend this Walmart over the one on Layton & Hwy 100 which is a mad house. read more

This review is for the mobile phone team in the electronics department who earned 10 out of 5 stars today. Brandon - works for the mobile phone contractor at Walmart - was so incredibly helpful and kind. Mitchell (maybe the head of the department?) was also very nice and courteous and offered help if/when able. Basically, I can in wanting to purchase a specific phone at a specific rate but there were a few unique aspects to the situation. We also encountered a few obstacles (not the employees' fault!) along the way that made things more challenging. Well, without expressing any impatience or discontent, Brandon spent approximately 2.5 hours on the whole process. He was friendly and considerate throughout. I walked away with the phone I wanted at a great price and am writing this review on it now! Brandon, I hope you get some sort of bonus or extra acknowledgment for your great work and attitude! read more

It's cheap. It's clean. It's convenient. That is why I still enjoy the WalMart in Muskego.

Having written such awful things about the Walmart on East Capital near Shorewood, I wanted to reaffirm our positive opinion of this particular store. To the extent we ever go to Walmart anymore, we'll shop here in conjunction with trips to Costco in New Berlin. Otherwise, it's just not worth the drive for us. read more

No check out lanes open. Just self check. Woman in deli took almost 10 minutes to slice 1/3 lb of meat. Unbelievable!!!!!!!

This is a really nice Wal-mart. It is new, so it is designed well and they offer a lot of products. The people and the clients seem a bit nicer than a typical wal-mart. Probably due to it's location. THey keep the store clean and are friendly. I don't interact with may people besides the cashiers, but they are always very pleasant. read more

OMG. Had to use their pharmacy since my insurance no longer contracts with walgreens. Wait in slow moving line for 1 pharmacist. In spite of my visit 2 days ago asking then to transfer my scripts, they forgot the most important one. So now I need wait 3 days before it's ready at the earliest. I mentioned I'm going out of town soon and will need refills on several meds. Can I get at the walmart in FL? He doesn't know. I should contact FL walmart. Does he have contact info regarding same. Nope!!! Wth? Then he starts waiting on another customer. I asked if he needed me pay. He asked me if I paid already. I'm the old, retired, forgetful person in this conversation. He checked and realized he had not charged me. This is where I'm supposed to get medicine?!?!? PS. I spoke with the manager who said I should go on line to find phone for FL store since walmart app only has addresses. When I got home the app allowed me to call FL who advised they can refill from WI. Manager was not able to help related to not getting order from my doc as I requested 2 days ago. I tried using app to see what medicines they have in my file but it freezes up each time I enter 3 letters of my last name. Not impressed. read more

It's nothing too exciting. Just a WalMart really. Some of the staff kind of creep me out sometimes by trying to start a chat while trying to pick up groceries. I like the one in New Berlin better. read more

I asked for Hanukah candles and was told "we don't carry that kind of stuff" (What stuff? You mean Jewish, non Christian stuff?- fine, I get not everyone has these supplies but check your attitude about my 'stuff'- my 'stuff' is just as important as your 'stuff'- your tree, wreaths, advent calendars, etc.) What was more insulting was when I was sent to scented melting waxes (generic Scentsy wax) for something that "might work". Basic lesson for Wal-Mart about my 'stuff' - candles burned 8 nights, not the Jews enjoyed the scents of citrus, lemon grass and vanilla melting wax for 8 nights! Thank you to the seasonal employee that overheard and came to apologize for the insensitivity. And to the clerk that wasnt so helpful, I"m sorry if I interupted your work because you seemed to be really annoyed by my question (couldn't even look at me) and sorry If I insulted you because I don't celebrate the same religion. Don't worry, Target met my needs. They made a number of calls and within 10 min. found me candles and would have them in stock before I needed them. Fast forward to after the holidays and I can't return items bought online or reimbursed for the $39 item that the store clerk scanned twice (because they can't prove that I didn't get two). Re: the online item-told "it wasn't purchased from the store, purchased from 3rd party vendor, we cant help, call 1-800 Wal-Mart ". I did, 1800 Wal-Mart confirmed they were in fact purchased from the store, not a 3rd party vendor, my receipt shows this and clearly doesn't understand why the store is making a simple return difficult. Muskego Wal-Mart has yet to impress- I'd suggest Mukwonago or Burlington or Target right around the corner. read more
