I try to avoid this store at all costs, even if it means driving an extra ten miles to a different store. This place is always dirty and there's stuff misplaced everywhere. This store exceeds my expectations for Walmart. Great prices on food, and a decent selection. I'm frustrated sometimes when some vegetables or meat are sold out when I visit, but the low prices keep me coming back. 0 ZERO STARS HORRIBLE STORE. my boyfriend and his friend went into this store today and purchased a Roku that was in a closed, locked casing. After going back to the car my boyfriends friend opened the box and it was full of bricks. Mind you this was a $70 purchase. They went back in the store with the receipt and explained what happened. The store employee they dealt with ACCUSED THEM of putting the bricks in the box. The employees can even see it on video surveillance that they did not put bricks in the box. A police officer working in the store also didn't believe them, after searching the vehicle my boyfriend and friend drove there in, and didn't allow the item to be returned. I wish I was with them at the time because I would have not left with this result. This is a shame on the employment and police officer. I am so disgusted. read more

First you have to realize this is a Super Center Walmart. It's the best of both worlds for everyone shopping. The problem I personally noticed was lower management ....basically anyone 40 and younger out on the floor trying to manage problems and dealing with their own employees. Seemed a bit disorganized watching them manage the store. I wonder if upper management has any clue of this problem. The employees for the most part were friendly and helpful. This store also has at least one uniformed police officer and possible more. Not a place I'd be comfortable taking my children with. With Walmarts signs everywhere the eye can see portraying "Lower Prices Everyday", gives a false sense that you are actually saving money shopping there. Not always the case... read more

every time i take the drive to come to this one it's always a crap experience, you would think that since it's a super center that has everything, it doesn't. maybe it's just mee, maybe not, but every time i come here i never see any staff or when i do, no greetings, hi, nothing, i get more interaction by fellow patrons than anything else.. the aisles are always a mess and disaster, and most of the ttime they're all empty, especially in the food department.. the main reason i take the 20 min drive to this one is mostly for the food department but it ends up being worthless since most of the stuff is always out... the lines get long and ridiculous sometimes and the parking lot is always a disaster.. if you're reeading this review i hope you have a better experience here. read more

As I work overnight and this store is close to my home I figured i would run in real quick to pick up some new underthings. After searching I found what I was looking for and went to try them on. I asked the 2 ladies who were standing outside of the dressing room sorting carraiges of stuff if i could and was rudely told they don't open till 9 or 10 because the associate that has the key doesnt come in till then.! The store opens at 7 so why doesn't soneone else have the key??? I stopped to comment about it at the service desk on my way out saying it was a stupid rule. The associate was very nice and said its not a rule and it should be open, got right on her walkie saying someone wants to use the dressing room. She got no reply! She then paged someone else. Again no reply! She then paged a manager who was in sight.. Again..you guessed it. No reply! If this is how other associates whom are trying to do the right thing and customers are treated I will be shopping at another walmart. This is definitely the worst Wal-Mart ever, every time you come here something happens, either no cashiers and lines of people or bad service by the employees. Just came out of here after spending several minutes on the cashier, woman buying using WIC cancelled her entire order leaving the poor cashier to remove everything on the register, after several minutes of failing attempts she flashes the light so a manager comes over to void one last thing, no where to be find, when she finally comes, the WIC lady comes back and she starts her order again with four people that have been waiting in line for several minutes already, not mad at all at the cashier but at the manager who came and service the WIC lady before any body else in line. The woman at the deli was by far the rudest Walmart associate I have ever encountered in shopping at the store over the past 20 years. When I went to the checkout I had two coupons and she swiped both across the scanner, but only one registered, but she finish the transaction anyway. When I realized this upon looking at the receipt, she gave me a hard time about wanting the value of the coupon, when it was her mistake in the first place. I don't think going to Walmart should be aggravating but that trip was. read more

Purchased a box of crackers, flatbread Italian and herb crackers. Box came closed, but had be opened.. probably from somebody munching on them in the store.. and putting them back on the shelf exactly where they got them because I purchased them from the spot where all the crackers were. I pulled out the bag when I got home and it had been opened folded over and had a piece of clear scotch tape over it.. totally disgusted. read more

I went to this Walmart on 12/05/2016 about 11:00 am with my husband and my nephew to grab a few goodies, food, etc. I was at the checkout and the Cashier who rang up my stuff started stacking them on the counter for me to put in a bag myself while he and the other cashier in the booth across from him started complaining about his job his pay and working. At a point and time didn't he go to Walmart orientation where he was taught customer service that customers are part of the reason he has a job. This store apparently has no quality control or concern for customer safety and satisfaction. Food is still being sold with broken seals, damaged goods are returned to the shelves instead of to the manufacturer all to be purchased again by an unsuspecting customer. Customers are opening or damaging food (crushed bags of potato chips, crushed taco shells, seals torn or missing from jars and bottles) and leaving it on the shelves in addition to employees restocking damaged/returned items without consequences. You get home with your purchases only to find its been tampered with, doesn't work or its missing needed pieces. Its definitely buyer beware at this store! read more

My first impression of this Walmart was a toddler crying unattended eating a slim Jim. This would set the stage for a terrible experience. The prices and food selection are great, it's why I don't go to the grocery store anymore, you just can't beat the prices without being a Costco member. But seriously the most cashiers I have ever seen here was 2 and the carts are never brought inside. The dead corpses of carts with fucked up wheels and shakes remain overturned in the parking lot. Guy at the deli section almost had a mental breakdown because I asked him for 1/2 lb of turkey 30 mins before the deli closed. Eh, it's a Walmart so I don't expect anything spectacular. I go every now and again if I had an urgent need to get something inexpensive because it's not far and I love saving money on gas for my car. Anyway, during the first of the month, it is crowded because that's when the food stamps customers come. Hey, poor people gotta shop too right? The crowd is different, if you just go in, shop, mind your business, as with anywhere else, it's alright. I've seen worse off stores, then again, I'm pretty well rounded. But like I said, it's Walmart, so let's not get our hopes up extremely high lol. If anything, go to Shop Rite they just built on Foxon and shop there. Otherwise, drive up to exit 9 off I-91 and go to Target. The um, "down to Earth" crowd doesn't bother me, but this place gets 2 stars because #1, it's Walmart and #2, it's def not my fav place to shop and #3, things are in low supply and #4, it's too crowded and waiting in line takes forever! I had a fantastic experience with the click-and-collect service known as Walmart Grocery. It generally works great, however one time it didn't--and Walmart more than made it up for it. Here's the scenario. Normally, you order a bunch of stuff from their app, set a pickup time, check in, and the moment your car arrives, they bring your order out to you. This time, I showed up, and after a few minutes, a really polite guy came out and said, "We're sorry, we accidentally gave your order to someone else." He immediately offered a $40 gift certificate and a 10 percent off coupon. Then, he offered to deliver the order to my door for free, but asked if I wanted to wait, because the other shopper was on the way back. Ten minutes later, the other shopper arrived with my order. The mistake was understandable. Our orders were remarkably similar, the same size, a lot of the same stuff, and so on. We sorted them out in the parking lot, everyone was really professional and nice. It was really not a hassle at all, maybe 20 minutes out of my day total. So that night, I got a notification from my credit card that Walmart had also refunded the entire order. So, my advice is, try Walmart Grocery. It's an absolutely convenient and terrific service, and when things go wrong, they go out of their way to make it right. read more

It's cheap, and it's okay as far as Walmarts go. The customer service is pretty bad, especially over the phone. Recently I called in to ask for a modification to an in-store pickup order and a very bored-sounding woman told me she had no idea how that worked and put me on hold. After ten minutes of phone silence, I hung up and called again, reaching the same woman. This time I decided to make it simple and said I wanted to cancel an order. The woman said the exact same thing: "Um, I have NO idea how that works, I'm going to transfer you (click)." After another few minutes on hold, I gave up. It's not as if I were asking outlandish questions -- it left me wondering if they use a deliberate script to get rid of callers. read more

Wow. Their customer service desk is unbelievable. Called several times during the day to get connected to Sporting Goods Dept. for a simple question. Was left on hold each time, with no one picking up. Each time I called back, the woman who answered at the front desk wails, "Oh my God", before putting me on hold. The last time I called, I asked kindly to speak to a manager, she wails "Oh my God, this stupid . . " and I was put on hold, again, indefinitely. Ridiculous. read more

The absolute worse place on earth let alone worse Walmart I've ever been to! For the most part, the staff is horrendous, rude, unintelligent, and snotty. I live very close to this store so it would be extremely convenient for me to go here. However, after yesterday, I will never go here again! When it takes more time to check out than it does to do your average shopping around the store, there is a major problem. Everyone, including the management, who has to realize how bad it is here, needs to be fired. Someone has to put their big boy/girl pants on at this place and actually run the store and train their employees! Almost everyone who works there is under 30, on their cellphone while working, or standing around gossiping to one and other. So, if you need help, you're on your own people! Last time I was there I stood in line for 25 minutes and when it was finally my turn the cashier just walked away!!! Didn't say a word or even pretend to acknowledge my existence. After about 5 min she came back with another "customer" and rang them out in front of me! I was so ticked off I packed up all my stuff and went to the self checkout line which can oftentimes be just as bad but at least you don't have to interact with any employees, unless of course that goes awry also.
