I am so surprised that I am the first to write a review for this location. I occasionally buy a few cheaper grocery and pharmacy items. I do not usu. buy their fresh meats except from the deli. I decided to review now because although I did not buy what I went inside for because of inflation, I discovered they carry partially cooked fresh SMOKED turkey parts like wings ($3.58/ lb) and drumsticks. Those wings hit the spot as I needed different food. For my car: They have changed the oil and provided a little courtesy inspection. I wish they would upgrade their air pump equipment for instant tire pressure reading. Also, I would like them to have a gas station nearby. read more

ZERO stars on this one. I will personally never set foot in the store again. I wanted to get a battery installed. Called the auto center 17 times- no answer. I drove to the store. Didn't have the battery I needed so I ordered online. They wouldn't schedule an appointment until I had the battery. I had the battery delivered and called 37 times over 3 days. No answer. Drove to the store and spent 30 minutes trying to find an employee who could schedule an appointment. Only tires and oil change can be scheduled online. Drove back a third time and after 30 more minutes I just scheduled the car for an oil change. 4:30 the next day I show up on time and they don't even pull my car in until 5:15. Finished at 6:00 so I am 20 minutes late picking up my kid. Called corporate customer service and they couldn't care less. Also, while I was there I called the phone and watched 2 employees walk past it, completely ignoring it. If someone is calling a service center, they are trying to PAY you for a service. This is the absolute worst WalMart! I just tried to make a return on a Tuesday at 6:30pm. I stood there with my return in hand for about 15 min while being completely ignored by employees. Finally got an employee's attention to ask if there was anyone working in the Service Center. The response was "if the lights are half off than probably not". Well Wal Mart, I am here to tell you that turning the lights half off isn't the universal sign that an entire department is closed. I understand if you are short staffed but how about make a sign so you don't waste people's time! read more

This store is the absolute pits. You order grocery delivery at a certain time and they wait until the last minute to tell you it will be delayed. You call the store they make excuse after excuse why the delivery is not there. They are the worst. I made the mistake and ordered from them cause they are down the street from my home but should have ordered from any other location. Their corporate CS department is also trash- I am livid that you pay for a service and still can not get good on time deliveries. I went to this Walmart to rent a Rug Doctor (a carpet cleaner). The machine was up and running and I could see 2 available. Went to the process of renting and the two employees were just watching me. While going through the process the machine said there was no Rug Doctor available, but again I see two right there. I then approach the two employees. They look at me and say "oh yeah. It doesn't work, but you can call the service number and ask them" so I CALLED THE RUG DOCTOR COMPANY TO FIX THIER MACHINE. They all sat around talking, while I fixed their company machine. Customers, I caution you from purchasing meat at the location!!! On 3/28/21 I purchased a box of Tennessee Pride sausages for $7.58. I returned home to cook/eat brunch. While eating, I noticed several of my sausages had mold in them with a very horrible smell as if they were spoiled. Needless to say, they made me sick. I called Walmart to report this, and was basically shunned off and told it's the supplier fault. The supplier offered me a coupon to purchase more of their sausages. No apology, nothing. I also like this - and even took it to self checkout just for curiousity's sake. Two items. Two of the same item. One is marked down 50% and one isn't. Two different prices. Some employees are very rude. Shelves are never stocked. Not very clean. I always have to do self checkout because there's barely anyone on the lanes to do checkout. I often shop at night, sometimes late. The night crew in the grocery area are very nice and helpful. But they shut down everything except the small self checkout. So when I have a giant cart, it's a huge inconvenience. It's also an inconvenience to be yelled at that I am only allowed to use the small self checkout. read more

Talk about rude, all I did was call in to see if there was a oil change center, and not even thirty seconds on the phone with an associate, they tell me "it's first come, first serve" (which is fine) but proceed to hang up, like I was bothering them for calling to ask a quick question. I went into this store with a friend to get Christmas presents for our girlfriends and we had also injured our ankles a few days before in an accident. We decided the best thing to do was to ride mart carts given our conditions. This was an hour before they closed so they were not busy. We were then called a dumba** by an employee and told we were not allowed to ride them. We explained why we were using them and were still told to get off. A manager came and said they were going to call the cops and charge us $15,000 for riding a mart cart.. this place will never have my service unless they are fired. read more

I've been sitting for over an hour waiting for my pre-scheduled grocery pick up. 96th St location is much faster. This is my first time picking up in Noblesville and just WOW! Unbelievable that they have only one person delivering to cars with more than 10 cars waiting. read more

Overall I enjoy this store. Until checkout. I don't think I've ever seen more than 3 lanes open when there are ~6 people in each lane. It's ridiculous, when there are employees standing around inside talking to each other they need to actually do some work and help customers. Great company! NOT!! Went here to get a few Christmas gifts in the electronics department. When I get back there, my wife and I couldn't shop because people were camping in that department waiting on a new game to come out. I'm talking lawn chairs and all!! I was in this store which I have had troubles with in the past in the "service" area. Along comes a dog on a leash (not a service animal) it took this big dump in the floor. A crowd gathered to marvel at the hot mess in the floor. An employee was told and another told me after I asked them about dogs in the store. They said they cannot report to management because the last person who confronted a customer about their dog got fired. I called the management and was put on hold for over 20 minutes and was never connected to a manager. *****where is the health department!!!**** This appears to be systemic and is a true public health issue! I just absolutely loved the overall presentation of the store in food. One of the cleanest and friendly places I've shopped at!! I love the overall consumer experience i get at Walmart. They have a lot of things you wouldn't expect to find and some clearance or other unadvertised deals within various departments. The customer service experience is 5 stars which is due to the amazing customer service from the associates and particularly one of the younger managers on the food side of the store!!! you may find some are quite good prices and they are fair. I was in the market to get a new car battery, and I wanted to call ahead to make sure they had the right battery for my car. The first time I was on hold for 8 minutes to the auto department and no one answered, so I hung up and called again, this time the main operator paged the auto dept. and again no one came on the line for 7 minutes. I hung up and tried a third time and the same happened so the next time I called I asked for the store manager, after 10 minutes he did not answer so I hung up realizing Walmart does not want my $100 plus dollars. I looked on the main Walmart website, at walmart.com for a laptop. I found one that I thought I wanted: Toshiba Refurbished 17.3" Satellite L775-S7108 Laptop. The website said that it was only in store purchase only. I went to the website for the local Walmart on Cloverdale Road, in Noblesville, In and the website shows that it has one and again only in store purchase. I called the store to confirm that they still had it and was rudely told that they do not deal in refurbished items and weren't going to look. Spoke to a manager, who turned out to be over food and she went to electronics and handed me off to the same idiot from the first time. Walmart needs to get their crap together. They treated me poorly from day one and now they will not help me. Please do not fall there they will leave you with 1,000 medical bill and say its your fault you caused it yourself.
