AVOID THIS CRAPPY STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE! DO NOT give them ANY of your hard earned cash. I came in here with two friends to buy a 12 pack of Angry Orchard because it was cheaper than the Albertsons across the street. They have a stupid rule where they wont let you check out alcohol in the personal checkout instead of just checking your ID. So we had to wait 20 minutes waiting in a line because all of the lines were busy. This was a Monday and they still had more employees doing nothing and wandering around aimlessly than checking people out in the lines. Finally when we get to the front of the line, she rings up my friend, and then asks all 3 of us for our ID's (Which is ILLEGAL btw. Only one person was buying something, the other two people were completely unrelated). We are 26, 28, and 31 with beards and a woman who is probably younger than I am is trying to tell me we cannot buy alcohol. I'm even wearing an alcohol related t-shirt. My 31 year old friend apparently didn't have his phone or wallet on him because this Walmart is less than a mile from his house. So the girl behind the counter starts giving us shit for it and makes up a lie saying they have a policy where everyone needs to show their ID when checking out (And again, this is ILLEGAL). So she tells us she will get her supervisor to confirm if it's okay to sell us the alcohol. Because all of the cool youngsters are going to WALMART to buy ANGRY ORCHARD, right? She takes my friends alcohol off to the side, and the PROCEEDS TO RING UP THE PEOPLE BEHIND US. We just sat in line for 20 minutes, and now this bitch just skipped us. For some reason we decided we wanted to hear this one out, so we stood there waiting for her supervisor. Finally 5 minutes later (and I'm not kidding, this chick seriously took 5 minutes to hobble up to the front of the store), some lady walks past us and then after realizing she went wayy too far (the light was flashing, no idea how you miss that), turns around and walks back to us. So we have *wasted* about 25 minutes in this Walmart, and FINALLY the supervisor arrives. Cashier: "Oh yeah, these 3 'kids' wanted to buy a 12 pack but one of them doesn't have their ID"; Supervisor: "Oh yeah, sorry. Everyone needs to have their ID otherwise we can't sell you alcohol" The feelings that came next were of a type I have never felt before. I have never written a Yelp review before. But I knew this was going to be the time I finally do. The customer service and illegal behavior of this store has pissed me off enough to actually spend my time writing a scathing review. I am normally a very calm and nice person, but this really pissed me off. Never before have I had the urge to throw things off shelves. But somehow these two bitches managed to bring out a rage inside of me that I didn't know existed. Fuck you Walmart cashier, and fuck you walmart supervisor. I don't need your shitty store. I drove across the street to ALBERTSONS where the CASHIER ACTUALLY KNOWS US BY NAME, and we bought our 12 pack of Angry Orchard. Not only that, WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINUTES IN A LINE. I'm surprised we didn't just go here in the first place. Save $2.50 to wait 20 minutes in a line, no thanks. Albertsons ALL DAY... WALMART NEVER AGAIN!!!!! After hearing that Walmart offered custom orders, I decided to give it a try. I placed an order online, choosing the nearest store by entering my zip code. The process seemed smooth, and I received confirmation emails. However, things took a turn when I tried to confirm our pickup. I called the store and selected the "fresh bakery" option, but after waiting 20 minutes without an answer, I reached out to the operator. It took another 15 minutes to get through, only to be told that the bakery had no phone. The operator tried paging the bakery, but after 30 minutes on hold, she informed me that no one was responding. Frustrated, I ended the call. My husband went to the store to pick up the cupcakes, only to be told that they didn't have the supplies to fulfill the order. Despite having an online order form, receiving confirmation emails, and selecting the specific store, they couldn't complete our order. Worse, they didn't even bother to notify us of the issue. At customer service, my husband was told he needed to speak with leadership for a refund, but they were in a meeting. He waited 30 minutes to an hour, but eventually left without speaking to anyone. So, we're left without cupcakes and without a refund. This experience has reinforced why I avoid Walmart. Left a Message for the manager and the complaint is this lady in front of the store selling TRUMP Crap clearly the store has a no solicitation in front of the store and the woman is no more than 5 feet from the door! Went to Walmart on Marron Rd., Oceanside, CA on Friday, August 16, 2024 at 11:40 am and was stalked for 15-20 minutes all over the store by produce employee "Jimmy" (middle aged white guy with long ponytail) who tried to frighten and aggravate me while standing close by me while I walked to dairy and meat and canned goods section. He was very rude and did not explain his actions to me, and just gave me weird scary stares, very creepy. I reported him to other workers and police dept. (I am a grey haired elderly, disabled lady, who was dressed in plain shirt and long pants.) Ladies do not go there as there are perverts and psycho men working there. read more

Had ordered some items online and some of them was incorrect so I went to return them. Besides a long line, which was expected around this time, once I got up to the counter I had my online receipt the items. I was told that since it was an items that was shipped from an outside vendor I was not able to return the items until I got the box it was originally shipped in. I don't see this anywhere on their website and this is something they need to inform customers. Something to think about if you order online. read more

They put the makeup area behind acrylic with one way in one way out and you have to buy the makeup in the makeup section. They treat their customers like they are thieves. I also consider it to be a hazard in the case of evacuation anybody in the makeup section has a much higher chance of becoming trapped.
