I don't visit this location often but I can say I do like it because it is near my Sil and it's always convenient, quick and clean. And the last time that I was there was just after Halloween. They had a fabulous sale on Halloween costumes and I managed to score several for 50% off for next year! So I have no complaints about the store at all! Dee, the assistant at the desk, did everything she could to help expedite the job, but the technicians move like snails. I got here before 7 am, when they opened, and it s now 9am. Still no car. Incompetent staff. Not sure what else to say. Not much staff available, and those that are present are useless, lazy and don't know anything. They've run everyone else out of business and now they're stealing American jobs. This is a Supercenter and at 7:15 PM this evening they had one checker at one check line. Everything else was self check. Had an issue scanning my items (no barcode) and the person manning the self check area suggested I walk to the back of the store and do my own price check. Are you serious? I. Don't. Work. Here. So I left my stuff, walked to the back of the store and took a picture of the shelf pricing with my phone. Dude manning self check area couldn't do anything with that either, so I'm still waiting to check out now, about 20 minutes from first arriving at the self check area. Now some lady manager comes up, and she's laughing about the situation, and that's when I lost my temper. I didn't see the humor. I couldn't even manage a smile or a chuckle, and I sure as hell couldn't find anything to laugh about. We had a pretty one sided conversation and I'm pretty sure she understood my feelings concerning my customer experience when it was over. Then she wanted to see my receipt after I'd finally checked out. Said I'd made a mistake scanning an item; well here's another news flash for you; I. Don't. Work. Here. I don't run a scanner where I work. So I showed her my receipt, (there was no error made by me) and then since I had to check and bag all my own purchases and then do my own price check if there was a time she needed me back to stock shelves and sweep floors. Wal-Mart is the absolute worst. They are the epitome of an evil corporation and I stay out except when what I need isn't available anywhere else, like what I needed this evening, because they've put all their competitors out of business. Now they're cutting jobs by making customers do the work for them. It's ridiculous. Why do people shop there when there are other options? If there are no other options, then I t's understandable, and as bad as I hate it I'll be back, but it will only be because there is no other option. I went today to get an oil change before work, and the nice lady at the register said it'll take 20-30 minutes like how long it took me last time, plus we were the only car there at the time so there wasn't no wait time to start. So I went to shop inside the Walmart and I went over to the electronic area to get an item behind a glass door, so I waited by the register for an employee to show up and 3 employees walked by and I asked if they could help open a door for me and the first girl was on her phone and looked at me then walked away saying nothing and the second girl I asked that walked by also ignored me after making eye contact also, the last person went on their phone and walked away. It's like people get paid to walk and be on their phone. I had customers line up behind also needed help but no worker wanted to work. So after a half an hour of waiting at that register I walked back to the auto shop section to get my car back cause they said it should take 20-30 min. I sat and waited there for another 30 minutes on top of the 30 minutes it's been so it's already been over an hour of waiting for an oil change. There is a window to look at your car being worked on but the whole 30 minutes I sat there looking at my car no one touched my car and 3 cars drove in and out. Remember I was the first car so there was no wait time. I asked the lady if I can just pay for what's been done to the car cause I need to leave to go to work cause I'm going to be late for my first week working. So she walked into the shop to talk to the mechanics and came back to say all they have to do is close the hood and drive it out. THE WHOLE TIME I WAITED THERE THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING THERE AND DOING NOTHING BUT TALKING TO EACH OTHER AND LETTING MY CAR SIT THERE. But then after that it took 10 minutes for the mechanics finish their jokes and conversation to close my hood and stare at the cars hood to drive it out. Besides the lady at the register it felt like people get paid to be on their phones or talk to employees without working. Went out of my way to drive to a farther Walmart to get it worked on and now never shopping here again. read more

If I couldn't rate 0 I would but Honestly wouldn't recommend, me and boyfriend came to get a few things we needed to fix up my car when we decided to check out the sale and found a mini fridge on sale, when we go to the self check out both JACK and his friend started speaking Spanish (I speak Spanish) and accusing my boyfriend of not scanning items(we had only 5 items and they could see the SALES STICKER). They started eyeing us hard then went to the front lady and told her to make sure to check our receipt. We are very disappointed with the service at this store toward senior citizens and people with disabilities. Everytime we visit your store we CAN NOT find a riding cart. Either they are out of service or there are none available for use. The riding carts they do have that work are so raggedy they usually quit on you before you can finish your shopping. So we wait, complain, and call corporate to no avail. I feel that our community deserve better. We just want to do our shopping in peace.i Walmart: Please fix this! read more

Careless mechanics! I had an oil change at this Walmart for my Honda accord 2017. They removed under cover for oil change and half of my undercover fasteners were not reinstalled. Luckily, it was nothing importance to damage my car over time. Now, I have to reorder new fasteners. read more

i went in looking for some blueberry red bulls and some lemonade and stopped to ask three different workers for assistance and none were able to help me. The store was dirty and the service was truly lacking. The only reason this rating is teo stars instead of one is because a young boy (I think his name was Keegan or Keaton or something like that) picked up on my confusion and kindly directed me towards the beverages and made sure I found what I needed. I recently purchased a Main Stays blender from this merchant. The third tie i used it an ice cube shot through the side of the container along with plastic that had busted off of it, alom,ost hitting me in the eye. I returned the blender and got an exchange. this time I lost my recieipt. 2 or 3 weeks later the replacement blender bottom of the container busted. I took the blender back to 104th street walmart in oklahoma city and was waited on in customer service by i believe Maria (in her 30s) and she asked what i had done to the blender and i told her blend a snoothie. Her reply "this wasn't made to blend ice" but if you go find the exact same blender I will exchange it. I went and there was a floor model exactly the same but the blenders stocked below were a new design same price. She told me this would not work, i asked can i have the floor model and was told by the ass istant manager david that it was a non working unit. I said will you plug it in for me? he of course declined. I believe Walmart has had alot of complaints on this item or they wouldnt have treated me this way. them replacing it with a same price newer model is a good indicator they had problems. the way i was treated indicates they dont want the safety hazard documented. Came yesterday to get lunch meat and this 90 year old woman working deli just comes to the counter and stares at me. I stare back at her scary wrinkled face and she finally asks "did I need something" as if I was standing their just to admire her beauty! Long story short I placed my order anyway but noticed she was wiping the meat with the plastic so I let her finish and threw the meat out because she was shady and nasty! I come here almost every morning when I work and most times it's pleasant ( due to me using self checkout) but this morning I had to use a person because I was getting a gift card. The register was register 3 at 7:25 am 12/14/19 and there was an older lady there with reddish eyebrows who was talking to a fellow employee. Neither one acknowledged my existence until I coughed and started putting stuff on the machine to scanned. Then she started scanning and never once stopped talking to the fellow employee to say good morning, did you find everything ok? None of that. In fact, she even paused from scanning to continue talking until I coughed loudly again hinting at "hurry and scan my stuff please." The only reason I gave two stars this morning was because there was a guy stocking veggies and fruits who said good morning and another guy stocking breakfast that helped me out and they were both very pleasant. Your standard new style Super Center. I guess the new ones don't have a McDonald's or Subway in store. The newest Norman location doesn't either. The store is typical of any new Walmart so not really much to say, other than I was hungry so I went to the deli hot case and it was depleted. Most bins were almost empty and the prices listed were incomplete. I settled for a corn dog and I had better ones in the cafeteria when I was in elementary school. Went to Walmart with my elderly grandpa to buy a new lawnmower battery so we go to the automotive department to purchase a battery we had masks on and everything... we tried to go in through the outside door into the automotive center the gentleman behind the counter said you have to go into the main entrance and come in that way ok great thank you my grandpa said.. so we go around and they had pulled the gate closed and said sorry we are closed we cannot help you.. literally not even 5 minutes after they had asked us to use the other door... they said try a different Walmart we can't help you here the gentleman and the one lady proceeded to go back behind the counter and watch whatever they were doing on their phones.. why couldn't they have just told us they were closed they could see that we were holding our old battery when he asked for help the first time... this is the most poorly managed department they should be ashamed of themselves... so we went to the Newcastle Walmart not even 5 miles away and they helped us with everything they were amazing!! read more

This is the second time in 2 weeks that not even ONE regular checkout lane is open. The line for self checkout is into the clothes with no management in sight. 10 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS! It's absolutely ridiculous! You spend hundreds of dollars a month in the store and you're expected to ring up your own groceries - which is just great when you have tons of produce to look up. Management should be fired for letting this store get so bad. We had high hopes when it first opened. Many lanes open and friendly employees who were eager to help.
