    Been waiting for 15 minutes for an employee to open. Just for something so simple like an itching cream.

    They have all medication or baby stuff locked and I've been pushing the button and I've been waiting for over 10 minutes and no one has showed up. They need to hire more employees to open up these locks. Company make multi million dollars and can't hire employees to do a simple job. I would post a photo of all the people waiting but don't want to violate their privacy.

    Secured and no staff around to open: a $0.58 bottle of paint.

    Currently at 15 minutes waiting to get $1.16 of paint for my kid's homework assignment. This is absurd. I refuse to believe that people are robbing these dinky paints in numbers to warrant locking them up. This customer service is trash.

    My go to for grocery's. The prices are good and they have what I need. A true one stop shop. Food, clothes, toiletries, they have it all.

    Bad customer service she had the worst attitude she didn't even help. She was more focused on her phone than helping me.

You know damn well they are making a profit having you as a patient. Makes WalMart Pharmacy seem like a shopping spree at Nordstroms. Who has time to wait around d all day for CVS to call you back??? Take your business where it's appreciated Rite-Aid. Ohhh wait they're out of business too. Due to customer support that makes CVS seem like Nordstroms shoe department. Will not waste my time providing them with business they they make a profit from. All the while CVS restricts open communication like I'm some dog!!!

    This pharmacist refused to give her name so I took a photo instead. The pharmacy didn't mix my 11…read moremonth old daughter's medicine, so when I inserted a syringe to pull it, nothing came out but powder. I called the pharmacy to inform them and to replace the medicine but this pharmacist insisted they can only mix it. She said that "sometimes they're running around and forget to mix it because they're so busy" which made me very uneasy that they're so quick to make a mistake on a child's medicine and have no accountability for it. She continued on to say that she won't do anything but mix it, but You can't mix a medication that has been tampered because it risks the dosing being wrong. I went in person, as a different cvs told me they have to replace it as it's their mistake, and while talking to a completely different pharmacist, this one interrupted the conversation to again argue that they would only mix it. She refused to let anyone else handle the matter and told me to "take the bottles out of her face" while slamming them on the counter. I told her my daughter has kidney disease and any misdosing could cause serious issues and she showed 0 compsssion. This woman should not be in a field requiring so much responsibility and empathy. If your pharmacy made a mistake, own it, don't tell me it wasn't a mistake. Gaslighting a mother who is trying to do her best for her infant is the most disturbing way to abuse power.

    This is probably my least favorite Target in the Antelope Valley…read more It is conveniently located near the AV Mall and plenty of other businesses, which is helpful, but it's also one of the smallest and busiest Target locations in the area. They often don't have the items I'm looking for like Branch Basics cleaning products or my preferred formula for my baby, and the store usually feels chaotic, crowded, and messy. That said, I still tend to prefer Target over Walmart, even though people swear Walmart is better because it's "cheaper." The staff here are at least nice and approachable, so I do appreciate them for making the experience better whenever I stop by. After completing my purchase with the cashier, I was leaving the store when your security guard, Hector, stopped me and asked to see my receipt. I was caught completely off guard, as I have never been asked to show my receipt when exiting a Target store. I responded, "Excuse me?" because I genuinely thought I had misunderstood him. Instead of offering an explanation, he repeated the request and gestured for me to come back into the store. In that moment, I felt as though I was being treated like a criminal rather than a valued, paying customer. Feeling embarrassed and singled out, I immediately asked to speak with a manager. Maria responded and informed me that checking receipts as customers leave the store is Target's policy. While I understand that retailers have loss-prevention procedures, the manner in which I was approached lacked professionalism, courtesy, and respect. There was no explanation provided before I was stopped, nor was there any effort to make the interaction feel routine or respectful. This experience was especially painful because I was shopping for my new home after my fiancé recently purchased a house for us. It was supposed to be an exciting and joyful occasion. Instead, I left the store feeling humiliated, embarrassed, and emotionally distressed. By the time I reached my car, I broke down in tears. I was inconsolable, and it took my husband encouraging me to share this experience before I decided to write this complaint. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Regardless of Target's policies, the way those policies are communicated and enforced matters. Unfortunately, the conduct displayed by your security guard, Hector, and the response from Manager Maria fell well below the level of customer service I have come to expect from Target. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed, including the actions of both Hector and Maria, and that additional training be provided on how to implement store policies in a way that does not leave honest customers feeling embarrassed, singled out, or presumed guilty. I also ask that someone from Target contact me regarding this matter, as I believe this experience warrants further attention. I have been a loyal Target customer for many years, which is why this experience was so shocking and disappointing. I sincerely hope that no other customer is made to feel the way I did when leaving your store.
