What can I say about Walmart? It's Walmart...depending on the day you come you can either have a good experience or a not so good one. You will either have a friendly experience or a bad one, depending on the mood of the staff you come in contact that day lol. Also some days it will be clean or not so clean... Long lines late at night, only about 2-3 cashiers open... No need to worry about parking, lots of spots. Other than that Walmart is just your topical Walmart... My mom comes here for her prescribe medicine and the pharmacy at this place is a joke, they never have her full meds on time, they always give my mom the "there was a mix-up" excuse, I do not recommend this place for people who want their meds from the pharmacy. They have all medication or baby stuff locked and I've been pushing the button and I've been waiting for over 10 minutes and no one has showed up. Associate Yoalma Algarin was incredibly rude and the management is not any better. Went to make a simple return on an online order and Yoalma in customer service was INCREDIBLY rude . She truly needs some basic customer service training . Didn't even say , asked me what I needed . Then when she scanned the item I was returning I said "so the thing about the payment is ...." She interrupted me to say "yeah I'll tell you right now " I don't rlly know what she meant by that seeing as I didn't get to finish my sentence. Then she tells Me the refund will go back to the card on file and I say " ok so that's what I was going to say the card on file is a prefilled visa that ....." this woman interrupted me again to say "that is the only way I can give you the refund I can't do anything else about it" this entire conversation I was polite up until she interrupted a third time . Never am I ever rude to customer service workers this woman is very rude ,it's beyond me how she has a job in this field when she obviously lacks the skills for it . I was going to say that I no longer had access to but I didn't have an attitude about it while I was explaining it I think she assumed an issue because had she said there was another way to find the card # I would have been ok. Then I ask to speak to a manager at this point I'm angry . The manager was this bitter passive aggressive woman , she obviously doesn't care if her employees are nice as long as the job is fulfilled , she fully brushed me off when I told her about the situation and told me she'd speak to yoalma in private and made the situation to be that there was nothing they could do about the refunds payment method . Once again I should mention my issue wasn't with the method it's the way this cashier interrupted me a few times and was rude This manager made our conversation about the refund which wasn't at all my main concern so I had to circle back and remind her that my issue was with her employees Bad customer service and passive aggression.This manager tells me that she will not be going in circles with me , she didn't fully grasp that my complaint was against her employee and not on the return itself it was ridiculous .i also tell her that I understand she'll be having a private convo with yoalma , however. , I felt I was being brushed off because yoalma felt no remorse and was not even apologetic. Yoalma with her passive smile said "okay " , she definitely knew she was adding fuel to the fire and management wasn't doing anything about it . Additionally she gave me a resolution on how I could get the methods #s again to which I said ok thank you . Can I please get the name of the employee and the woman said Yoalma. I ask how to spell it and she shows me her name tag very quickly and flips it . I try and take a photo and she says I can't , I say ok well, Can I see it again and she flashes it again I tell her I can't see it . It's very much done on purpose . At this point her manager is turned talking to another associate, and this woman puts her name-tag in my face . Full passive aggression, I didn't ask her to shove it in my face I just wanted to see her name longer so I knew how to spell it , this lady is not emotionally intelligent probably why she's so bad at her job . I tell the manager that she just shoved that nametag in my face as she was turned around and Yoalma denies this , manager says yeah I'll check the cameras obviously not believing me and once again brushing me off . I'm sure that if she was this rude to me in 5 minutes during a simple one item return , She's definitely been rude to people coming to customer service for other situations. I was very frustrated and told yoalma , you are so incredibly rude and I can tell you hate your job so you should Just quit . There is a worker at this Walmart who is completely rude to everyone. I've had several interactions with her and Her name is Alma. When I walked up she was just standing there talking Not doing anything. I paid for bags and my items and she would not give the bags to me. She watched me input them onto the check out register and everything and still would not give them. I don't know if she's doing this and then keeping them for herself or what. After she was done being rude to me she went over and was being rude to someone else. Went on March 1st to this location that I have been going to for 17 years. I am disabled and it's hard to walk around the store without the cart. Went to cosmetic dept, Cheryl an angry black woman barked at me I can't go in with the cart. I told her I can. Instead of asking why she continued to bark at me, I walked away, she still continued. Then Danny from Asset Protection came over threatening to kick me out. Worst service ever. In the produce section, I spotted an elderly lady with a cart full of groceries and she seemed to be having trouble walking. I asked her if she was ok and replied that her "legs were giving out". I asked a grocery attendant to get her an electric chair; "there might be some out front" he responded. I told them that I expected for him to help her and assist her. Asked if he knew the "Americans wit Disabilities Act". He didn't. I asked another employee that was less hesitant, after a while said that no chair was available. I asked for the first employee to call a manager, told me he didn't have a walk-in talkie and needed to "restock vegetables" There was not a manager on premises and I spoke to a 'lead' He told me there were no chairs available. I told them that under the Act, the store is to offer asostance and that I expected him to push her cart for Her and expedite her check out. He hesitated and after many excuses, he did. While I was at checking out, the line was long and full of elderly people. I asked the same lead to open another cashier. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. On Friday around 4pm I purchased a shirt from the Walmart in Pico for my teenage son. It had a tag on sale for $11. We got it home and it was a little more snug than he wanted, plus nobody had taken off the security tag so the next morning (less than 24 hrs later) we brought it to the walmart in Palmdale, on our way to see family. I told them the situation and searched for my receipt. They found in the system that I had actually bought it for only $3, which I found the receipt and indeed I had bought it for that price. I told them he wanted a size up and so they returned it, and put the money on a gift card. We searched for the shirt and only found it in mens size large which wouldve been 2-3 sizes larger than him so we decided to go back to the customer service station and get his shirt back. They grabbed it and rung it up... for $20. I told them the situation, handed them all the receipts and was told there was nothing they could do because now I am in a new area. I asked to speak to a manager. Manager came out all upset looking. Couldnt care, frustrated at the world. Said the same thing. So I ended up buying it because my son shouldnt have to suffer for stupid Walmart employees being dumb read more

This Walmart is being renovated. It's open for business and I have to say it looks really nice . Merchandise look very neat one thing thou sometimes you can't find items because they are sold out . But keep in mind that we have small towns like Little Rock and people from there come to shop at this Walmart so totally understandable. But I also see the stockers working hard at keeping those products in stock . I see them working and they are doing a great job. Another thing is that some items are locked in cabinets and it's really hard to get someone to who has the keys to come and help you, you push the red button and wait and wait and sometimes they come and sometimes I have to go walking around trying to find a worker to help. There should be always someone standing like they used to have on the pharmacy section there was always someone there before, now I don't know what happened . So that is one negative issue that has to addressed because like me disabled people we need something and can't get it because it's locked . I understand some items need to locked but I would ask Walmart to always have someone by the pharmacy ready to help a customer. read more

Some Self checkout associates are EXTREMELY RUDE. They are always short staffed. Long lines, customer service needs to improve drastically. As a former employee at this store, I can tell you that customer service is at the bottom of importance to management in this store. Knowing that half their store is in lock ups, they refuse to hire more Happy to Help or schedule the ones that they have staffed in order to covet more hours for their bonus or for people they ask to stay overtime. Be prepared to be waiting more than half an hour for service because only a handful of people have keys for the lockups and good luck on a Sunday because only 1-2 ppl are scheduled. read more
