Like others have noted wish I could give one star. I am disabled and my wife can not drive so ordering from pickup or delivery is crucial. Our last orders for delivery which is fulfilled from doordash has been nothing but nightmares we have had a full order stolen by a driver then 2 orders not even half the order is there. This is food I need to feed my kids just not being fulfilled. Trying to call the store is no help they just pass it off one by one. I don't go to Walmart often, but yesterday I needed to run in for a couple of things since I was right by the store, and so it seemed the most convenient to go in to Walmart to pick up the items I needed. It was just an unpleasant experience! None of the personal, cash register, or lady at the door to check your receipt are nice. No smile, just very short in responses, they never even look at you and look over your head or look around while helping you or when there is a need to answer you. It makes you feel as if you're an inconvenience to them to be there. It gives you an icky feeling to even be there. What a totally unpleasant experience to even be there!! PS: I also needed Folic Acid. I asked for assistance because I couldn't locate it on the shelf. They carry various brands for various vitamins, but only one brand, one row of Folic acid, and they were OUT!!? What the heck?? And this is a super center? I don't have a need to go back there again. I decided to go to Walmart when they open to beat the crowd because I'm not feeling well and needed a Covid test to rule Covid out. Upon entering Walmart I looked for the test but missed them so I asked 3 different people and they all were so rude and did not care. One told me they don't have a key so I asked if she knew of anyone that has a key and she said no and went back to stocking, the Second Lady seen me asking about it and totally looked at me and walked right on by me. The third one showed me where the test are and stated she has no keys. So I asked her if there's a manager or something because I'm trying to get in and out and I don't want to stand here long next to people. She literally looked at me said no and oh well while laughing and walking away. At this point I'm furious because how is that funny ? Went to get prescription filled for our dog. They did not have medicine in stock. Was told it would take 2-3 weeks to get it filled. Visited this store for the first time and witnessed the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Walmart. 3 rude employees in 3 different sections of the store. This store of late is either in a shambles in terms of who is responsible for inventory control, or whoever packs and delivers orders is to blame. I WILL NOT ORDER EXPRESS BECAUSE IT USES SPARKS. However, many Sparks delivery persons are also signed up with Door Dash, which Walmart uses for non-express orders. My experience Sparks sits in parking lot for 20-minutes and then goes all over the place though there is no W order prior to mine being delivered. Staple food items showing as IN STOCK end up supposedly not in stock just prior to delivery window. Consistently this has happened, especially within the past 2-3 weeks of orders. Also, items missing from delivery. This complaint is in regard to the Perris Super Center store in CA. It is the only W store that delivers to my address. Either they are hedging for people to get frustrated and opt to pay additionally for In-Home delivery service, or W is too big to care and their in-store packers or 3rd party delivery people/shoppers know this and use it to their benefit. read more

The deliveries have been leaving items at the wrong address and I have received items belonging to others. When trying to contact the store is impossible. This rating is based off of ONE ASSOCIATE NAMED SELINA. She is the type of associate I would love to hire and work with serving customers! Polite, kind and professional. She was unable to help me because she didn't have keys in cosmetics and she called over the associate who did to help me... as I was paying Selina came back to ask for a trash bag and the associate nodded her head and told her "No"because everyone has to have their own trash and if she lets her then "everyone will ask" and her trash bag will get full and she looked up at the camera... if this is really a Walmart thing that's so sad yet if it's not it makes it even worse speaking to the type of person that associate is... UGLY. Selina didn't go back and forth with her after she asked "really it's a little trash" and was declined again maintaining her professionalism especially in front of a paying customer!! After I paid and walked by where Selina was organizing I saw her "trash" a couple napkins from wiping the shelves. She was doing her job and keeping tidy for customer presentation she then wished me a good day!! I pray good people like herself aren't ever tainted by unkind bitter people. I placed an online grocery order today and part of my order was sent to Perris CA. without my knowledge until the order was placed. I live in Temecula so I didn't want to drive to Perris to pick up part of my order. I have spent an hour on the phone with various people trying to cancel my order. I finally ended up with a lady in the Philippines who I could not understand. It was a struggle to go over the list of items that were on my list and she mentioned items that were not on the list. I finally gave up trying to understand her and just hope for the best when I see the bill on my credit card. read more

This location on the outside is nice and clean, inside there are a lot of workers stocking chatting with one another. I had asked three different people if they carried cleats? One didn't even know what I was asking for, another said, "no I don't think so." The third suggest me looking in sporting goods where there was in fact no cleats or shoes of any sort in that area. This Walmart reminds me of the DMV, but a thousand times worse. If the Federal Government ever ran a store, it would be this Walmart. The employees that I ran across didn't give a rip about the customers and were zombies. It's like they all collectively have lost the will to live and are taking it out on the very customers who are ultimately paying their wages. I made the mistake of asking for assistance and was treated like I was bothering him for asking him to unlock a glass cabinet of a product I wanted to purchase. I could of sworn the dude reeked of pot smoke, who by the way couldn't help me because he wasn't authorized to have a key. He told me to press the red assist button as he walked away. And like a moron I wasted 15 minutes of my life pressing a red button. At this Walmart anything of value is locked up in glass cabinets so you are forced to ask for assistance, because pressing the red 'assistance button' is futile. No one will ever come to assist.. ever. (note to self: don't shop at stores where they need to lock up baby formula, hair care products and alcohol.) Much of the aisles were ransacked and things were on the floor and dirty. The prices were not marked and things were all over the place. I've been to second hand stores run by ex-cons that were friendlier, cleaner and better organized. The fitting room was sketchy and didn't want to touch anything. I can't imagine what the bathrooms are like. If that's not bad enough the checkout lines were unnecessarily long. There are employees everywhere wandering the aisles and there must have been 20 lanes, but only 2 open on a Friday at 6pm. In conclusion, this Walmart is a depressing place fueled by hopelessness, pot smoke and sadness. I hope Walmart Corporate reads these yelp reviews. read more

Negative stars need to be a thing for this location. If you enjoy cruel and unusual punishment, THIS Walmart is the location for you. The lines are usually backed up into the aisles, the workers at check out move PAINFULLY slow, and the associates on the floor are awfully unhelpful. I needed help at the men's underwear section because everything is locked up. I pressed the help button, waited 10 minutes, and pressed it again. No one showed. I kept pressing the button for about 10 more minutes, and no one came. Finally, I went looking for help. The associate I found, who seemed like a manager, told me, "You'll need to find someone in the fitting room department because they have keys." So, I walked my happy ass over there. When I arrived, I saw 3 older associates gossiping about some other associate. I waited to be acknowledged, and they kept on with their conversation, so I said, "Excuse me, will someone help me with men's underwear?" The associates said,"Yea, I'll be right there, "and turned back to her conversation. I waited until she was finished gossiping before I walked to the aisle because who knows how long she would've let me wait had I not been in her sight. I'm not a huge fan of Wal-Mart. The stores are always too big, too crowded, and too dirty for me. I can't even go into how irritated I was when they turned into superstores and started selling grocery's. I shouldn't have such a negative emotional reaction to a store but I just can't help it. But this Wal-Mart didn't leave me frustrated at all. I was oddly compelled to move beyond the booze isle and see how the rest of the place was put together. This store is clean, still crowed, and very big...but CLEAN. The shelves were stocked. The isle were organized and clutter free. I didn't notice clothes on the ground or shoes tossed about. The lines to check out were short and fast. The lady who helped me (St#01747 OP# 004228 TE# 02 RT# 04791) was friendly in a way that came off natural and very comfortable. Marlene from Money services is just rude. The money gram transfer was almost done and just because I answered a call she cancelled everything. It's my first time and was not aware I could not be on my phone during the transaction. I was calling my mother in law because my son was going to be picked up by her while I was confirming the information on the pin pad. Marlene says I cannot be in my phone while I'm confirming the transaction. I hung up, finished I handed her the money and the fee, everything was pretty much done. My mother in law calls me back and I barely said 1 word before she cancels the transaction saying she can't help me if I'm on the phone.
