Beware of ladies in housewares inviting you to church! Last night I was solicited within the store by 2 sets of 2 ladies camped in housewares, with empty carts. I felt intimidated, unsafe and my boundaries being crossed inside a business, bugging my otherwise pleasant shopping experience. I wandered in the area observing from afar for a few minutes and seen them approach no less than 6 other women that were alone. But they didn't solicit my husband in a different isle than me. I made a complaint to customer service and hope ya'll get on top of this. This is a common cult tactic to recruit people, usually bad enough when done outside the store. But here, inside??? Healthy churches don't spread the Word by crossing boundaries of shoppers and a private business. If they are taught it's ok to pass people's boundaries this way, what other boundaries are they not afraid to cross when they get you into their building surrounded by their tactics and isolation? Beware. I'm a Christian and I go to church, love Jesus... their pushiness and 4 person predatory grouping at 9pm disturbed me. Don't let this get out of hand in your store!!! Walmarts throughout the country have been targeted by many cults to "soul win" in the parking lots. Don't believe me, look it up. I stopped by to get photos printed out and the employee in the photos area was super nice and was able to assist me quickly. I was out in about an hour because the prints do take about that time or can be sooner. I also got magnets and a one of them came out funky and the employee took it upon herself to fix it and reprint it for me instead of trying to give me it with the flaws it had, I appreciated that! She told me it was curved at the edges and had black marks on it and she did not want to give me that. Great customer service right there! read more

Well... I found what I was looking for. I encountered several Walmart employees. Including the greeter not one said hello or good morning. (I remind you this is the same store where I watched an employee assault a customer and hurl homophobic insults at him last year) so they do interact, just not today I guess. Of course the self checkout area was open but I don't use those because... well I don't work there and my daughter once made a simple mistake which resulted in a huge issue. The cashier was wearing a mask.... weird, weird because he was handling money without gloves or cleaning his hands between customers or touching his face.... so..... pointless. It is impersonal and makes it hard to understand them. He didn't great me anyways though. I said thank you after checking out.... no response there either. Worst service center in the valley. I bought tires online from them and then had the store install them. First of all they were pissed I bought them online and then when I came to pick up the car they tried to bill me for them!!! Now when I try to get a rotation and standing there at 7am I'm turned away by a rude clerk. I could care less she was there til 9:30 and had to open this morning. Thee worst experience at any Walmart. Poor customer service at the self checkout. Buyer beware--the machine says "coins" implying you can use it to pay exact change but NO. It takes your coins and please do not ask for your money back or heck give them the coins just to give you the dollar you want instead of the change---no. Don't ask for a supervisor because they will tell the clerk to just give you the coins the machine ate and not come out to address the issue. You can't ask them to just take the change back to exchange for the dollar either. All the while-- while you wait one of the clerks states they need to verify you even put the coins in...LADY IT WAS 2 CENTS. Like come on!!!! Ridiculous customer service. Wow. read more

I choose no stars for this business. During the past 5 years they have gone downhill tremendously in just about everything that they offer for services. Delivery, pick up, making you work more than their employees do at their job, it's really bullshit that you have to work on your own and get everything done in the store. They will watch while you wait in line to check out the groceries on your own. They will watch as your light above yourself service register goes off indicating that there's a problem and they will continue to just chitter chat with each other. I put in an order for delivery to my home on December 30th at 11:30 p.m. for my computer. On December 31st, I was told that my delivery had come to my house but there was a problem. I checked the app and found that it was brought to my house at 9:00 a.m. but was returned for no listed reason?? Through the apps encouraging me it prompted me to pick another option for my grocery order ( which included most of the snacks and munchy food for my New Year's Eve party I was planning, all the way to the champagne ). I picked the option to have my order redelivered. It stated on the app t byhat it would be on its way to me within 2 hours. As of 8:00 p.m. New Year's Eve my order still showed as processing but being delayed. I chose the option of chatting with a customer service associate who guaranteed me that he knew what I was going through and how horrible this must be. He even gave me his insurance that he ramped it up to an escalation and it would be taken care of first thing in the morning. As of right now 3:20 p.m. mountain standard time here in Phoenix Arizona my order still shows as processing. It shows as it has been fulfilled and picked, but the delivery is delayed. What can I say? It's Walmart. The prices of some food items are considerably cheaper. For toiletries and things like soap and shampoo, there is a large selection and reasonable prices. It's a good place to find brand-name underwear or a cheap holiday tee shirt, but the quality of a lot of their clothing is not the greatest. I've actually had helpful employees and the last few times I've been there were several cashiers available. It serves its purpose. read more

First time to this Supercenter location and pathetic experience. They have self service pickup kiosk but no where it says that photo and some other exceptions pickup are not there. Also, after asking pickup kiosk assistance she directed me to photo center but there was not even a single assistant there. I had to wait almost 15-20 mins waiting for someone. I couldn't see even a single Walmart associate around electronics section to ask. Finally, guy arrived but he was least interested in greetings and helping me out. He was more worried about removing his leather jacket and wearing the Walmart vest. read more

This WALMART SUPERCENTER is the best! I have had the pleasure of taking my mom shopping at this location for the past several months. We moved my parents to Az several months ago. My mom was very attached to her Walmart so I was worried this one would not compare. After all she had been going to her previous location for over 25 years. My mom LOVES this new location! She likes it better than her old one! Way better! Every time we go there I add a name to my notes for my review. The entire store is filled with AWESOME EMPLOYEES! I am going to start with the pharmacy! The pharmacy means a great deal to my parents. They are so helpful, smart, knowledgeable about their medications, transferring medications from out of State and informing my parents of new medicine! Walmart pharmacy even delivers their medication (via Fed ex..I believe) which is so nice bc my mom doesn't like driving! Sunil Murthy, Kyleigh and Heather helped us in the Pharmacy! All were exceptional! Thank you for making my parents feel so comfortable with their medications! An adorable gal named Jasiya checked us out and was so kind. Keep in mind my mom was definitely comparing so I was keeping my fingers crossed. We hit the jackpot at this Walmart. Jasiya was a sweetheart with excellent customer service! It just kept getting better. The nicest lady, Ela must of thought we looked lost and asked us if we needed help with anything! I was actually looking for the restroom for my dad. She helped show us where it was. Jessie helped find taco sauce and even came and found me a few minutes later after he found some in back! Who does that? Jessie does! thank you, Jessie! Lastly, a man named Dennis was sooooooo helpful in looking up something for me. He had excellent customer service skills! In totality I am just blown away at how AMAZING this Walmart location is. I used their photo kiosk today, I didn't get all my pictures. I understand human error. However I informed the woman their should be five. I attempted to call the department and apparently it's easier to reach GOD!! Unbelievable the long, long unnecessary holds, transfers and stupidity. Worst Walmart experience. For some reason they keep electric toothbrushes and water flossers locked up in a case. I pressed the button for somebody to open it and didn't get someone for about 10 minutes. I wasn't allowed to continue shopping with it so the lady said she would put it at self checkout. Once I was done I asked the person working self checkout if it was up there and she said she'll check customer service. She told me they are working on it so I was standing there for at least 10 minutes waiting. She came back up to me to double check what the product was and then saw it sitting on her computer desk. She blamed me for "not looking around". I told her that was a rude comment and that isn't my job especially when they have such strict rules on a $37 water flosser. This is a complaint about my experience I encountered when I returned my airbed. I am aware of the return policies about air mattresses; I specifically read the guidelines from Walmart's website before I heavily lifted the product back into the store. I bought back my UNUSED/UNOPENED air mattress WITH A RECEIPT WITHIN 90 DAYS. The lack of training from these uninformative Associates is appalling. Not one, not two, but three employees declined to offer me a refund or credit. One happening to be a manager in a yellow vest named Jeremy. He did not bother to look at me and had his back against me stating it is written on the shelf in the aisle and offered an exchange only, then walks away. Quite disrespectful, especially if you are working in upper management and in the service department. I spent a huge ordeal trying to solve this issue and demanded these employees show me a written statement of their return policies for airbeds. It wasn't till I pulled up from my phone and recited to the employees about the return policies from Walmart's website and they were dumbfounded. Finally, another manager came and informed the cashiers that returns are indeed acceptable when it is UNUSED/UNOPENED! There is a reason why Walmart has a bad reputation because of situations like these. The staff at this location needs immediate reinforcement so another customer does not have to dread the returning process. read more

Walked in a little before 8:30 PM on a Saturday with a return and no one was at customer service. Workers walked past me for 10 min until one person approached me. He told me returns close at 8 but tonight they closed early for some reason. No where online or in the store does it say when returns close. I have a trip I am going on and do not want to miss my return window. Additionally, the lights in the parking lot are broken. Inconvenient and poses a safety hazard. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. If you're not a current color then don't go. They will not help you find anything and just have the young person stand there while rubbing his face then turn around and leave like you did not just ask for help. Then doing self check out. This young girl stood right by me watching me scan to make sure everything was scanned while another color just got a free pass. Mind you I'm Mexican. Love coming to this Walmart. It's nice & clean. They added more self checkout machines. Also they added some scan and go machines. Not sure what is the point for that cause you need to put all your stuff from your cart on the conveyor belt then scan everything then bag it then put it back in your cart, all by yourself. I've come to this Walmart various times, since it's right up the road. I have always had a positive experience when coming to this location. I've shopped here, returned items here, and did the online pickup, never had an issue. Today was the first day I had an issue. I had to return a couple items, and when entering to the one door that is open, the security was a complete jerk. He asked if I was returning an item, mentioned, I was, and his response was our systems are down. I then asked (May sound stupid, but wanted to confirm), "the customer service location?" His response to me was, "yes, I just said that". Like really? I went back to my car to put my items back that I wanted to return. just came her around 10:20pm on Tuesday 11/21/23. A lot of Unprofessional employees. A group of employees huddled in a group in the entire main aisle and then decided to all walk in a way that it blocks anyone from passing them, so I had to say excuse me very loudly because one female employee a little older with black hair saw me and didn't care but continued walking in my path going towards me seeing I was struggling with the big moving boxes I was carrying acting like she was gonna bump into me. Please get your employees in check before the customers start getting them in line. The old man at door saw I came from the self check out and that I was still struggling to carry the four cardboard moving boxes yet still decided to stop and take a picture of my receipt and the boxes as if I would go out of my way to steal $2 boxes and then got an attitude after I told him how many boxes i had after HE ASKED ME how many I had. The only nice lady was a shorter white woman with longer gray hair and bangs, dark brown eyes, and I believe glasses she was the only nice one. I have attempted to put this review on Walmart.com but it indicates I have been 'opted out'. I purchased Binax covid tests online to pick up at store. Good product. Product is FIVE STARS, online shopping experience is ONE STAR. Online order Sunday 8/27/23 with Store pickup on Monday 8/28/23 around 2pm. I am reviewing to caution other online shoppers to ALWAYS scroll down before adding ANY item to their WalMart cart because the NOTICE if something is not returnable isn't visible unless you do. I picked up my order on the way out of town, and only later saw that the expiration dates were all close enough that I NEVER would have purchased the same amount of tests had I been shopping in-store. So I clicked 'start a return' on my online receipt and only then found out I had purchased something non-refundable. I immediately tried to look at the item on the site to learn how I could have missed this, and the item was no longer online. Very aggravating, and doesn't inspire trust in WalMart. The customer service person emailing me about this (called a 'coach' for some reason) mentioned where the 'non-returnable' notice was, so last night I went back to the website to check. Surprise, the Binax tests are posted again! So I walked through putting one in my cart without ordering. It's possible to add one to your cart, get a confirmation page re: that, and go to your cart to checkout without EVER SEEING the notice- if you don't scroll down. If you're familiar with a product as I was with this test, you have no need to scroll down. (screenshots available). The notice is in small print and is seriously less than obvious. I consider this an expensive lesson in online shopping (most of these will likely go unused), and will avoid WalMart as much as possible in the future. read more

I usually come to this Walmart, if I absolutely have to. This one particular night I was shopping alone, when I noticed an older tall, white man with tattoos that cover up to his neck watching & following a group of three girls. As I noticed, he noticed me watching him & abruptly turned around and said, "you got a problem?" I responded, "yes. I've noticed you walking around following this group of little girls" to where he responded "I'm an undercover shopper why don't you mind your own fucking business and quit interfering with other people." I responded, "excuse me? You're following three little girls, wearing jeans and a plain black T-shirt, who would look at you & just assume you're an undercover shopper?!" He then got on his radio & said, "yeah I need back up, I have a little girl trying to disrupt and interfere with my job" WOW is all I can say, with how high trafficking has been you would think there would be appreciation, or even an apology for the poor misunderstanding- but even after the floor manager came, noticed me visibly upset there was no apology, he refused to give me either his, or his employees name. The guy is about 6'3 or so, white, bigger built, wears jeans three sizes too small & has tattoos on his neck. I've been back to this location a couple of times, and see him working as an undercover each time. Horrible experience, especially shopping alone as a woman at darker hours. read more
