This place unfortunately doesn't care about there customers. The customer service girls were extremely unprofessional. They were talking to each other like they were on a lunch break and I would have to repeat everything I said cause she wasn't paying any attention. Who ever the manager may be definitely need to take classes on how to show there employees what to do and how to behave properly. No matter what kind of job you have, you should always do it to the best of your abilities. Something here really needs to change. read more

Walked around this Walmart for 6+ hours trying to find the bean boozled game for my sons birthday party with no luck. The website claims they are in stock but sadly they are not. I did however manage to eat an entire bag of seedless red grapes throughout my search and I have zero complaints they were delicious. each of those three stars are solely for those scrumptious grapes. It's not the workers fault they don't have this fun yet disgusting game so don't blame them like my friend Suzanne did there is nothing they can do about it and not everyone realizes that. Poor things. Always take the fault when they aren't the ones ordering inventory. Now if only they would replace the McDonald's in there with a ruby Tuesday I may consider adding one more star. read more

The absolute worst experience at a Walmart EVER! This only gets one star because yelp requires it! My significant other and I had a few errands to run on a busy Saturday and Walmart happened to be our last stop- this one being close to the Target we had just left. When we arrived it seemed pretty busy and fairly new but that's the only good thing we found. Being playful I jumped in the cart ( I honestly weigh less than a teen) and was quickly scolded by an employee and was told that carts were only for children and merchandise. Though I understood and complied, her tone was very unneccasry and rude. Next, my SO wanted to look at a knife or two and asked if he could view one. The girl threw it on the glass counter acting annoyed and as if she was in a rush to do something else. Instead of buying it, he just walked away- he told me later he wasn't going to buy anything from someone like that. We picked up what else we could find and decided to just leave- not only had those women been rude but everything was hard to find and though we asked- not a single employee was kind or helpful nor knew exactly where it would be! We proceed to checkout to find two self check outs, two express lanes and maybe five of twenty regular lanes open. We didn't have much so we got in an express lane only for the girl to quickly tell us the lane was closed (though she had a few people and her light was on). We walked to the second lane and stood in line behind quite a few people. Once we got up to her, though, she put a plastic LANE CLOSED sign down and when I told her that we had been waiting for ten minutes and she didn't tell us she was closing she heavily sighed and said "Fine, you'll be the last one- put your stuff up here." She was extremely rude and didn't tell a total to pay until we finally asked. I understand that this is Walmart but they were all extremely snarky and lost a few customers in us. We will gladly pay more at target next time for soap and cleaning supplies then go to another Walmart as awful as this one! read more

Friday night, about 9:00 p.m. Two - only TWO lanes open, in addition to the self-checkout. That is, quite frankly, ridiculous. Well, the one in which I had been standing for at least 10 minutes, when the person in front of me was getting ready to unload, a male Walmart employee said "this lane is closed". No notice; no sign; not the slightest management expertise. Could have blocked it off earlier; could have said "I'm sorry, we'll be closing this lane". But no. I can't believe I'm writing a positive review for WalMart but I can't bring myself to ever give them 5 stars. For so many reasons I refused to shop at WalMart up until recently. My go-to shopping stores are Harris-Teeter and Whole Foods. But the prices have been going up a great deal so one day I reluctantly checked out WalMart. Some prices at WalMart were as much 1/4th the price for the same items that I was buying at Harris-Teeter. A bunch of non-edible items are far less expensive than Harris-Teeter, about 1/2. I'm saving at least $50/month (a conservative estimate). However, some items at WalMart are way more expensive than on Amazon. I use my phone to check prices. But WalMart doesn't carry a bunch of stuff that I'm used to buying so I have to shop at a variety of stores. Here's how I managed to shop at WalMart without incurring any negative experiences: I only shop in the mornings on week-days (Monday through Thursday). Why? Because the week-end frenzy is over, the store isn't crowded, the check-out lines aren't long, the staff aren't exhausted in the morning, the store is still clean and organized. I confess that I'd prefer not to shop at WalMart for various reasons but Harris-Teeter (now owned by Kroger) is becoming too expensive and implementing way too many customer unfriendly policies lately. read more

It's been weeks since I reported an issue with my savings catcher. I spoke with two supervisors at the store that had no clue how to assist me. That's fine. I call the 800 number and speak to someone that also can't resolve my issue and tell me they are submitting it to a tier 2 department. Whatever that means. She said they will contact me in 5 days. I then call a week later. The woman I get this time tells me all she can do is submit the issue to their tier 2 dept and they will contact me soon. That was last Thursday. I call again today. 3 weeks later and another woman tells me she can't see where the report was even submitted to tier 2. So thank you, Walmart. Your customer reps are a disgrace. I would like to use my $22 in savings catcher monies at some point. It's terrible that your customer service is not more helpful. read more

This is the best Walmart in Raleigh I love this Supercenter. When I walk in I am greeted by a excellent greeter with a smile on their face. I've noticed the outside of the store is repainted and it looks above and beyond y'all. This store has an array of items that's well stocked and the store is clean with well-lit lighting. Best of all is the checkouts this store have I have to make up my mind whether regular or Self-Checkout what helps me is the Walmart Pay because its so easy to use all you have to do is scan a QR code on the pinpad from your phone and boom payment complete Walmart Pay uses Credit,Debit,and Gift Cards easy and fast.If you want to come to a excellent Walmart come to Triangle Town Center is the Walmart to be y'all. read more

I live right next store to this disgusting Walmart. I have been in this store maybe 5 times in 1 year. Once I bought a cooked chicken 4 days past the sell date I brought it back looked for another they had 20 like this. The person behind the counter acted as this was normal selling out dated food. Today I need a 1/2 gallon of milk they had 20 containers on the shelves 3 days past the sell date. Everytime we go to this particular walmart the shelves are barely stocked. Cleanliness is another thing. They finally added more cashiers to make check out easier. What they really need to do is make sure they are stocked up. Especially in the food department, it's pathetic read more

For the 2nd time in a month I have gone to a Walmart on a Saturday and found them to be understaffed and the managers to be poorly trained. The first time I needed someone to get something from the bakery dept and found no one attending the area. I found a manager who had no clue where to find what I needed. Today I went to return an Item and found a line of 8 people in customer service and 1 person working in the area. It wasn't until I demanded to see a manager that they put a second person in the area. Walmart doesn't seem to know what service means. There are many stores competing for my business. I hate everything about this Wal-Mart. Numerous times their prices are off. For example, I bought Vick's vapor pad refills and instead of the price they were clearly marked $5.27 they rang up $8.84! Almost every time I go to this store, prices are off. It takes forever to get a manager to go check and then indeed clarify that I'm right about the price and get it fixed. I even had one of the self-checkout cashiers walk away when I had a price question and say I don't have time for this. Really? That's your job! Today was the final straw, when working with their pharmacy. My son had an allergic reaction to amoxicillin (which I told them when I called) and the new medicine was a lot higher in price. I called to see if there was a generic they could substitute it for. The Pharmacy technician offered Amoxicillin! I said, I just told you my son is allergic to that. Then she said, "Oh Penicillin." I was like, umm.. those are made the same and my son is allergic to that, can I jsut talk to an actual pharmacist. She put me on hold after telling me that she was already looking at the sheet and could tell me what was cheaper and those were my only options. I insisted on talking to a pharmacist. When I got the guy on the phone, he was rude. No sense of patient care and helping people out. He said yeah, there's lots of other cheaper drugs but just talk to your doctor and they can tell you what to get instead. Given, my doctor can do that, but so can a pharmacist. I've been to plenty of pharmacy's that actually have their pharmacist call and request a new prescription for various reasons.. I've never been treated so poorly. We shop at Wal-mart multiple times a week, and we will NEVER go back to this one. It's worth a drive to get better customer service. Over the weekend, I had called about a possible allergic reaction my son was having to the amoxicillin (which it ended up being) and the TECHNICIAN tried to give me dosage advice about benadyl WITHOUT asking the weight of my child! Don't the technician's need to be taught that when it's out of their scope of knowledge NOT to give advice. In children, dosage is done by weight NOT age! Their technicians are a lawsuit waiting to happen, and they could give out deadly advice. My son's actual dosage was LESS than she had told me, as I called and asked the doctor about it. read more
