We were always amazed how friendly and helpful the staff is. My wife has not been able to come for 4 years and some of the long term staff members are still inquiring about her. I noticed that the staff in the dairy department has learned to properly rotate the stock so that the older milk containers are not offered side by side with the newer ones. A huge fat "0" star rating. This Walmart location is the worst one of the Franchise. The location is the worst and horrible!!. The staff were very disrespectful and uninformed. Due to the busyness of the parking Lot, I had parked in the Online curb pickup spots and was only in the store a few minutes when I came back to my car, my car was GONE!!!!!! and then when I asked the entrance staff, if they tow from the curb-online pick spots because there is nothing listing a Tow company on the sign he said NO they don't. Minutes later he said he saw a tow truck pickup a white car from the online curbspot. I went into ask the manager for info on the towing company to locate my car but did not find one. Another security person gave me the tow truck info. I do not understand why they are towing from the Curb-online pickup spots if for whatever reason you have to go in the store for a few minutes to use the bathroom or even to pickup anything why that gives them right to tow your car!! You think it's cheap- but they will not have your medication, they will say it is filled and when you show up they will be out of everything you needed, they will never answer the phone, even for the pharmacy you are trying to have things transferred to and you will go off your medicine bc you couldn't get it and have more health problems. So this is just like any other @Walmart except a touch more ghetto. The staff is not the nicest, plus when I went the store told me that the return policy was something different, different than every other Walmart in the county. Why, I don't know. I am just glad that they stopped locking up everything, and then having to escort all of the customers to the register to buy razors, condoms, etc. The manager told me that he didn't want anybody to steal stuff, so they just locked it up. More like trying to increase teenage pregnancies and STD's by locking up condoms. I never got that. The City of Raleigh has several government buildings, bars, restaurants, barbers, etc. that hand out free condoms, but Walmart wanted to lock them up, which would deter some people from buying them. Go figure. I have driven past this Walmart to go to a different one. And sometimes they have told me to take my return to another Walmart, so I just save myself the hassle. I just went to find a phone case for my phone. Not only did the electronics people not talk to me, but they also offered no assistance to find what I needed. It was like I wasn't there. I went to ask about getting my eyebrows reshaped at the eyebrow salon inside Walmart but the person working there offered no assistance. Another customer offered me assistance. I am so DISGUSTED with this Walmart and today proved it's not the employees it's the MANAGEMENT! Found a product online that stated available for pick up in store so decided instead of ordering it I would pick it up cause I was in the area...my mistake. First the employee in the toy section was very nice. She let me know that she was covering for someone else so she really wasn't familiar with the section but she would help as much as she could. Once she couldn't help me she directed me to customer service where I would find a manager. Why???? The manager wasn't the least bit concerned about what I was asking and kept saying he couldn't look up an item without a UPC code. Sir, since when? I was just so ill and frustrated with him and his lack of management skills I just walked out. As walmarts go, this is a nice location and remodeled. That said, the majority of the people working here suck and have the worst attitudes I have seen in a long time. I would rather drive another 13 minutes down the road to north Raleigh. Keep in mind that this location is only 2.3 miles from my house but I will sit in the car for 15 minutes and 10 miles to avoid the terrible attitudes. There are one or two exceptions but I don't plan on waiting to deal with a bunch of buttholes to find that 'one' quality employee. There is a Walmart on the same road 4 miles away but it is not a supercenter (no groceries). The people there are opposite. Most are pretty nice and there are only a few buttholes. Never received my order but I was certainly charged! After making numerous calls (34 to be exact) and spending hours on the phone, I'm always told the same thing.... So today there was a huge mix up with the grocery delivery and pick up. Customer care at the call center was awful, but Denise the assistant manger was AMAZING, her customer service was above and beyond. I ordered groceries from this location and the time they should have been ready they were not. I contacted corporate as the system says to do and they assured me the order would be filled the next morning and delivered since I have tested positive for COVID and should not be going into the store. The next day at 10am the store sent me a message that due to staffing issues my entire order was canceled. I again called corporate in the hopes of getting my food and asked to speak to the store manager in the hopes of getting my grocery order filled. Corporate put me on hold for a very long time and came back to tell me no one would answer the phone at the store. I have been in this store many times and they have issues with getting customers waited on in a timely fashion. It is not uncommon to wait in checkout 30 minutes. If you sneak in and out of the garden entrance it's not so bad. I try to avoid most Walmarts at all cost, but it is not far from my work and house. I will usually drive the extra miles to get to a Target simply because of crowd control and cleanliness. This Walmart is over crowded and the amount of workers walking around vs. workers actually working makes the lines at the cash register horrible. Not to mention the staff gets testy if you actually ask them for help. I am not a fan of shopping for food here either. There is not a large organic selection and items are constantly out of stock. The trash cans are always over flowing, the floors are dirty and the majority of carts are worn out. If you need to use the bathroom hold it. The bathrooms are usually dirty and good luck finding toilet paper. I will say the bathrooms at the back of the store are a little better, but don't press your luck. read more

They are allergic to it here. The cleanliness leaves a bit to the imagination and you would think the selection would be huge given the size of the store but it surprisingly is not. Especially in the grocery area. Their pharmacy has the best prices in town but the trade off is losing your mind standing in lines (no matter what time of day it is) FOREVER! They do not know the meaning of speeding check out at that counter. The Garden Center plants looks sad and anemic. Other Wal-Marts have better garden areas so this was really tragic. Well how can I put this? I shop at this Walmart every weekend or when ever I'm not in close proximity of a better grocer. This store has the typical Walmart set up and feel but one thing I'm noticing is that there are larger crowds than there is staff. I wish Walmart would select better staffing and workers to keep the stock up and keep ppl interested in being there with out tearing up your aisles and displays. If Walmart doesnt respect it's own location, no one else will. Side note, I recently bought a container of Hungry Jack syrup which was two bucks and some change. The price of the item wasnt the issue. The fact that I made pancakes this morning and had to toss them out because the seal on the syrup container was broken and torn apart WAS! Just an example of how raggedy and rigid this location is. Its spilled milk at the end of the day. I will continue shopping there but I will be alot more proactive about buying so called sealed and fresh products from this store and I suggest you all as sane and intelligent customers check under your items lids and caps as well (for your families and loved ones safety) . read more

So yeah, Walmart is terrible. Tell me something I don't know. But we all come here for a reason. My reason is this Walmart carries Just Mayo and it's just $3.48 for the large jar (you're looking at a minimum of $5 for the small jar at whole foods). There's a surprising amount of Bob's Red Mill items in the baking aisle. And the store generally as all of the low cost items you come to expect, plus some specialty items at lower prices. But duh, the customer service is non-existent and the checkout lines are ridiculously long. Stock up on what you need so you can make as few trips here as possible. read more

This Wal-Mart is dirty, cluttered and has horrible customer service. Nothing in the sporting goods department is on the pegs they belong. I asked for help finding an item and I was told if it's not on the shelf, she couldn't help me. I can honestly say that I have never had a pleasant experience at this location. The pharmacy loses out prescription each time it is sent and is never ready despite calling a day ahead. We are never given consistent answers when we are trying to track down what happened to our medication. The technicians seem genuinely far less than concerned. We have switched to another chain to get our medication and are more than willing to pay the extra $5 per bottle so we don't have the hassle. read more

This is a review of the Walmart Vision Center first and foremost. The service I have experienced at this Vision Center has been excellent. I have worn glasses for almost 15 years and I have never had service as great as the service I experienced here. Cassie is a great worker and a valuable asset to this Vision Center. She helped me pick out and order my new glasses in under 20 minutes and called 3 days later when they were back in the store. Considering I ordered my glasses about a week from Christmas, I'd say they are really good at their jobs at the Walmart Vision Center. I love my new glasses and I haven't even mentioned the price which I loved even more than the glasses. I highly recommend getting your glasses at this Walmart Vision Center. read more

I considered this Walmart is hell and I don't want anybody to have the same bad experience that I had. I was in Walmart yesterday to send money back home in Morocco. I forgot envelop in the counter and it was $1000 cash money. I got back and I asked the associate her name Esmeraleda (the worst employee I have ever seen in my life ) if she found the envelop, she just yelling on me and did not give any help. I told her that is not the right way to treat customers she said if you don' t like my way go head and complain about me and she does not care about me . I asked to assistance manger to pull out the camera and checked who took my money . He said that he recognized the guy who took the envelop ,but I need to report to the police . I called the police and I was waiting for the policeman from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. When he came he checked the camera and said that he did not recognize the guy and he can not do nothing for me and the cameras they have in Walmart are only to protect the store. I was at the customer service line.I wanted to return a pair of shoes my boyfriend had gotten me and I didn't have the box but I had the receipt. The lady said that if I could find the box in which in the shoes came from then that would be okay. I am trying on shoes and I finally find a pair that are just right. I go back to the service desk another lady ask me are you sure this are new. I said yes she was very rude; if she looked at the date of the receipt she would have saw my boyfriend had bought them yesterday. As I was about to exchange them she looked at me with an attitude t and said to me this aren't the right shoe. I opened the box and the shoes where exactly the same, she said that I needed the correct bar-code other wise I could not exchange my shoes. After hearing this I was angered even more, I took my shoes and walked out. My point is I had my receipt the shoes where one day old and still I could not exchange or return them. Never go to this walmart they check your receipt at the door and if you don't give it to them they will hound you down about it.
