Came here on a beautiful day of hanging out with my teenage daughter. She needed to make a last minute purchase of a digital camera. I'm not too sure why in the world she would want a digital camera since her phone takes better picture but hey, it's her money and her choice haha. Anyway, they had plenty to choose from with prices starting around $100 going upwards of $800. She chose the cheaper one. The service was slow and was a good lesson in being patient. However the staff should be more on top of helping. There were three employees that appeared to be just hanging out even after I asked for help. Once we got home the camera will turn on but won't take pictures. We will have to go back in and see why it isn't working. Hopefully this time around the service will be a bit more attentive and quicker. read more

There's not much anyone can add to WalMart.. This facility has a great Pharmacy staff. They make every effort to know their clients & maintain a well stocked inventory.. This store has addressed the cluttered asiles. Finally, 2 carts can pass each other without having to back out of the way. The bakery consistently keeps their items fresh. They also have an Automobile Service section for tires, oil changes, etc. If you need help here, just ask. They are knowledgeable & anxious to help read more

I rarely shop at this Walmart location because it's kind of out of my way but when I do find myself in the neighborhood, I pop in just to see what they have because as uniform as most Walmart inventory may be, not every store carry the same items at the same time. Where do I even start. For one, the location appears to be right off the highway, but it's actually quite a ways away and you need to traverse some hectic intersections to even get to the parking lot. Once there, it's actually quite spacious and more easily navigated than the route to get there, which was nice. The store is clean and everything is easily found, much like other stores, but some of the aisles could only be described as utter chaos. I think this store differs mainly in the customers that shop here. I came here for some fishing lures and snacks, which are on opposite sides of the store. I grabbed the lures and hit the chip aisle, which was being stocked and shopped by many folks at the same time. Since I only needed a few items, out of courtesy and to avoid congestion I parked my cart in the main aisle outside. The shelves in this aisle didn't make any sense to me and it took a bit to find what I was after, but once I did, I went back to get my cart only to find it was gone along with my stuff! I had to go all the way back across the store to get the same items again and unfortunately I'd grabbed the last of a few, so the store lost those sales and I missed out on what I needed and now the store is left to find the stuff that was in the cart and restock it. Young teenage kid that was not very enthused with his job said I could get eight pieces of the general tso's chicken that was the smallest that they would do. he filled up a huge container with only six small pieces and one little nugget the size of a nickel and slappedt a $4.98 price tag on it dropped it on the counter and walked of. We chose this pharmacy as it was closer to our home! Draco and the African American pharmacist are very helpful! But the rest, no! Their information is wrong , like our insurance won't cover it will! It's hard to tell where to start. This "review" is for the tire center. I tried calling first to get answers to a few questions. Five minutes later and still on hold, I gave up. Went to the store hoping to get answers, there was no one in the service center register area. No one to answer our or anyone else's questions. Asked mechanics if anyone was available to answer phones or questions and was told they don't answer phones: no kidding. We walked through the store gathering our items for our home, our animals and of course...new pj's, since Wal-Mart has the softest pj's ever!!! I called Wal-mart tonight to change my online order, my husband could not get to our order so I needed to change it till tomorrow. I called customer service after I got sent to online orders, and the young man said oops and hung up the phone on me. I called customer service back Devon again picked up the phone. This was after calling for 30 minutes to get a hold of someone and my initial 10 min on hold waiting for a manger. . She then told me that the manager's on duty was Cliff, Catherine And Dex, When I explained the situation to Devon about being hung up on and calling for 30 minutes to get a hold of someone. She said Dex was just up here taking a phone call, I will get him for you. Then after another 5 min. Mariana answered the phone and I explained my situation to her, I said where is Catherine? Catherine evidently was covering for Dex He was now on break-This was per Devin Saga. She said there's no managers in the store. I said why did Devin lie to me and say that Dex was in the store and would be on the phone with me about my online order-my order change will literally take five minutes. Why have your staff not picked up the phone in 30 minutes along with the pick up order person hanging up on me. Mariana said not to give her attitude. I did, before Mariana got on the phone got Chris Nelson's name as the regional manager and Claudia as the store manager. Mariana claims she's worked there seven months and has no idea what the store manager's last name is or the regional managers, phone number. I have made a corporate complaint, because this has been ongoing., I have this problem at this location constantly and when I say constantly, I would say 15 times a year. And this is not the only Walmart I shop at, I have not had these issues at the other locations. This is for the Vista Knoll, Walmart off of lemon Drive in Reno Nevada. Don't go there. they'll put you on the hamster wheel of not picking up the phone to frustrate you so you cannot talk to anybody. As soon as I asked for a manager, I was put on hold, and the call dropped for 30 min. after ringing over and over. I wonder why. I just kept calling back. This was a five minute fix for the staff. Great layout, amazing staff who are friendly and wanting to help you, but the problem with this particular store is the lack of care in ensuring that their store is stocked, ready, and clean for daily business. It's a shame that this store with its close knit community that it's supposed to serve is so broken, management doesn't even realize it's own faults. You can tell this store wasn't ready at 7am, noon, or 5pm like it should! If a Regional VP were to walk this store, heads would roll or at least, many many long hours spent fixing the issue. One other good plus, the personal shoppers are friendly and usually pretty accurate, too. If items aren't found, they use their autonomy to get what's closest, even if it costs a little more originally, you pay what you intended. That's customer service! This store is hit or miss. Today...huge miss Update - it's Monday, the madness of the holidays is over and look...diary is empty! Outs all over the store but these were highlights of just the larger eyesore in a very busy department. It's obvious that 7-Day Ordering is not happening or the telzon and UPC departments are not in sync as they should be. Solution? I could tell you but you would have to pay me to fix it for you and I know how having experience with the chain and associates inventory issues within a store that eats this one and Kietzke for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Keep in mind when you look at the photo of the poke bowl, today is June 27. They have expired food that they've already been notified about. Two days ago, we received a delivery of a Poké bowl with the same expiration date, which one of their employees picked to have delivered to a customer, in this case, me, then yesterday, my daughter bought one without looking at the expiration date, she shouldn't have to look at the expiration date, as long as she's eating it either the day she bought it or the next day, and when she went to eat it today, it expired on the 13th. If you don't feel like doing the math, that was two weeks ago. I guess that's my sign that Walmart poke Bowlz are just not in our future, or you may not have a future if you eat one from there! Want summer sandals for your kids? Too bad if you don't want flip-flops, unless you have a little girl. Good luck getting through the isles, because Walmart employees stop in the middle of the walkway and angle their carts so that nobody can get through while they shoot the breeze, not work related. A little hard not to hear. The corndog that I got was the last one in the case so I should've been leery, but I wasn't, I thought somebody actually did their job and made sure that they were OK, but it was so hard on the outside that I had to peel it off. Not crispy, hard! If I threw it at somebody's head, it would've knocked them out. My daughter's hotdog bun was dry and hard as well, and the popcorn chicken tasted like it had been there for over a day. This store needs some serious help, before somebody gets sick or worse! I am blind and I was about to eat the Poké bowl that had expired that was delivered to my house, and my daughter happen to see the date before I ate it. Walmart needs to realize that just because their employees aren't doing their job and getting rid of expired foods doesn't mean that all of their customers can read those labels! I order Stacker Energy Shots, any where from 3-6 boxes at a time. Over the last six month, 5 out of my six orders have been short. one time, some of the bottles where empt. I've had to call and talk to online customer service. I get told the same thing, an apology and it won't happen again. There will be a report submitted. For the most part this Walmart is all right. I usually get greeted by friendly staff when entering and exiting the building. You definitely get a lot of strange characters here but this pretty much accounts for all Walmarts. At least that's what I've gathered from watching the ID channel. After an hour at the 2nd Street location last night with 4 different customer service reps at the return counter (2 from GOP) and 3 computers trying to process my walmart.com return from an ordered just delivered that same day- no luck. For some unknown reason they couldn't and walmart.com couldn't even figure out why the technical issue existed and were unable to process my return. Their assumption was to wait 24 hrs and come back today to try again. I went to the Vista Knoll location and Sandy and Jordan both worked together to rectify and complete my return. They both were nothing but friendly and understanding working with me seeing my receipt and UPCs match but a system issue with actually processing it. They were able to figure it out and help complete my return. Customer service is not commodity that is easy to find these days. Jordan and Sandy both were nothing but friendly and extremely helpful. Thank goodness customer service still exists. Not only is this location the most convenient, but having such amazing customer service reps at the return counter who know what they are doing and are so easy going - makes it a double win! I also have to say I usually get Nancy at Customer Service and she is 110% amazing there as well for friendliness and knowledge for returns. Love this location read more

Love Walmart. Especially this one. The lines are always fast and I seem to get in and out quickly. I am a baker so they have such a nice large selection of baked goods as well as a party selection area. The only thing that is pretty bad is the produce. Walmart has the worse produce and I usually run elsewhere to buy it. I also needed something-very specific (food prep gloves) looked down almost every isle and could not locate. So I went to dollar store. I'm sure they had them But couldn't find and associate to point me in the right direction. Still recommend this Walmart. Then we called the pick up number and that number went to a voicemail box that wouldn't allow you to leave a message. So we drove all the way back to the store. We called the pick up number 775-527-4577 posted in our parking spot. clerks were laughing when they answered the phone. and eventually passed off the phone to Rico. After I informed him what happened, Three clerks came out to my car to investigate. At the same time, the lady next to us was also claiming she got an incorrect order.
