    I rarely shop at this Walmart location because it's kind of out of my way but when I do find myself in the neighborhood, I pop in just to see what they have because as uniform as most Walmart inventory may be, not every store carry the same items at the same time. During this visit, I picked up some pork soup dumplings on sale (I love soup dumplings) and one of my guilty pleasures: frozen, pre-packaged White Castle sliders. We barely had any interaction with the employees except for the one lady who directed us to the self-checkout lane and even then our interaction was minimal; so, this shopping experience went off without a hitch; we came, we saw, we checko

    I took my Mom to get a few things at Wal-Mart in Lemmon Valley and as you know how that goes, I also got a few things! We walked through the store gathering our items for our home, our animals and of course...new pj's, since Wal-Mart has the softest pj's ever!!! I just wanted to compliment our cashier LINDA on check stand 27. She had a kind personality and handled our new PJ's and merchandise we chose, with loving hands and care. She asked us if we wanted the hangers and we said yes! Thank you again Linda for caring about our treasures and having such a great personally in your job! Mom and I will see you again, next week...haha. Shopping!

    Nice spring day with a tree blooming and pretty blue skies. Parking spaces reserved for law enforcement are something new for me to see.

    Thankfully not all of the self service registers are closed off... There are a couple of rows closed at the ends of the aisles, but today a clerk guided me to a row of self serve registers that were open.

    Great layout, amazing staff who are friendly and wanting to help you, but the problem with this particular store is the lack of care in ensuring that their store is stocked, ready, and clean for daily business. It's a shame that this store with its close knit community that it's supposed to serve is so broken, management doesn't even realize it's own faults. You can tell this store wasn't ready at 7am, noon, or 5pm like it should! If a Regional VP were to walk this store, heads would roll or at least, many many long hours spent fixing the issue. One other good plus, the personal shoppers are friendly and usually pretty accurate, too. If items aren't found, they use their autonomy to get what's closest, even if it costs a little more originally, you pay what you intended. That's customer service! This store is hit or miss. Today...huge miss Update - it's Monday, the madness of the holidays is over and look...diary is empty! Outs all over the store but these were highlights of just the larger eyesore in a very busy department. It's obvious that 7-Day Ordering is not happening or the telzon and UPC departments are not in sync as they should be. Solution? I could tell you but you would have to pay me to fix it for you and I know how having experience with the chain and associates inventory issues within a store that eats this one and Kietzke for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If this store is to remain successful, it needs to get a grip on the obvious.

    Keep in mind when you look at the photo of the poke bowl, today is June 27. They have expired food that they've already been notified about. Two days ago, we received a delivery of a Poké bowl with the same expiration date, which one of their employees picked to have delivered to a customer, in this case, me, then yesterday, my daughter bought one without looking at the expiration date, she shouldn't have to look at the expiration date, as long as she's eating it either the day she bought it or the next day, and when she went to eat it today, it expired on the 13th. If you don't feel like doing the math, that was two weeks ago. I guess that's my sign that Walmart poke Bowlz are just not in our future, or you may not have a future if you eat one from there! Want summer sandals for your kids? Too bad if you don't want flip-flops, unless you have a little girl. Good luck getting through the isles, because Walmart employees stop in the middle of the walkway and angle their carts so that nobody can get through while they shoot the breeze, not work related. A little hard not to hear. The corndog that I got was the last one in the case so I should've been leery, but I wasn't, I thought somebody actually did their job and made sure that they were OK, but it was so hard on the outside that I had to peel it off. Not crispy, hard! If I threw it at somebody's head, it would've knocked them out. My daughter's hotdog bun was dry and hard as well, and the popcorn chicken tasted like it had been there for over a day. This store needs some serious help, before somebody gets sick or worse! I am blind and I was about to eat the Poké bowl that had expired that was delivered to my house, and my daughter happen to see the date before I ate it. Walmart needs to realize that just because their employees aren't doing their job and getting rid of expired foods doesn't mean that all of their customers can read those labels! What would have made it worse is I have a compromised immune system.

    Kind of a weird Walgreens. Seeing the building from the outside, without knowing it's a Walgreens,…read moreyou'd think it's something special, like a mini stadium or something. They have a fully painted parking lot, which is something I've never seen, bars preventing large vehicles from entering, and the architecture of the building itself is out there. It also looks from the outside that it's the largest Walgreens in history. However, when you walk in, it's exactly what you expect from a typical Walgreens, which isn't a bad thing.

I have only been almost squished about 3 times in the last 10 years. Not bad for Reno. CONVENIENCE: They are no longer open 24 Hours. The Pharmacy window is only open 9:00am to 8pm with a half hour closure for lunch. The rest of the store still cares a huge collection of stuff. Items that apparently are "shoplifting magnets" ie most beauty products are now in locked shelves. ATMOSPHERE There seem to be fewer "dodgy" patrons than in the past. Shelves are better displayed and don't seem as cramed. It is clean and well lit. SERVICE: Still pretty slow, and staff has been drastically reduced. I have had no problems with either the pharmacy or the front checkout, it just takes a while. On the plus side, staff are friendly and professional. My insurance no longer covers prescriptions from Walgreens. I just learned that Walgreens is not affiliated with the large third-party Pharmacy Benefit Manager. So the convenience and location have been major factors in me continuing to shop here.

    I don't know how much of the fiasco is this location's fault and how much is the corporate system's…read morefault. I do know that it took 4 days and multiple communications with my 2 doctors and the pharmacy to get a refill on my prescription that has been on file with CVS since 2014. There is no excuse for requesting the refill from the wrong doctor or having a phone number on file that hasn't been used in over 12 years or giving me instructions that I followed that were wrong. Finally, there is no reason for my doctor to have had to submit the new Rx via fax 3 times before they finally got it, I haven't decided whether or not to change pharmacies only because,as I said at the start of this review, I don't know who is to blame. I do know we all have to be careful with our prescriptions no matter what pharmacy we use. One last note...despite being told that I would start receiving text messages from CVS regarding the status of my prescriptions I did not receive any notification.

When I stepped to the cashier, Rochelle, she patiently listened to my request and earnestly accommodated. The transaction was quick and pleasant even though she was handling both the manual and self-check out sections. Overall, our interaction was positive and professional.

I ran a Google Maps search for Walgreens locations near me, and this location popped up. I figured I'd try calling, and it was a Christmas miracle because there was NO hold wait! I usually have to sit on hold with other Walgreens locations so long that I don't even bother calling anymore; I just show up. Not this location! I got immediate assistance on the phone, and not only was she able to accommodate me for the 2 days of medications I needed, but she also applied a coupon that made my out-of-pocket expense VERY low. Not a normal Walgreens-- this location is JUST the pharmacy, but it is a lifesaver with awesome service!! Thank you so much to the awesome staff here for an all-around job well done!

    Worst experience ever!!!! I had just had dental implant…read moresurgery (5/20/2026) and this Walgreens has never treated me so badly!!! My doctor sent the 5 prescriptions in a week or so prior to my surgery. It was made clear to Walgreens these meds were for surgery purposes yet I had to wait over 24 hours and then another 20 minutes at Walgreens because they DID NOT HAVE MY MEDS READY!!! They did not text me when my meds were ready. They did NOTHING but waste my time. The old lady behind the counter completely ignored the fact I was standing there with a swollen face and crying my eyes out from the agonizing pain of dental implant surgery I was becoming very angry. If you people don't want to work then don't get a job in the medical field!!!! If you don't care about people don't work in the medical field!!! It's clear these people have no compassion for anyone. I won't be using this pharmacy again if I don't have to!!! They quoted me $60 out of pocket for the medications yet when I got there they charged me almost $80!!!! They're becoming another Walmart and I refuse to be subjected to such incompetence.
