For the last 2 months there Return center for returning merchandise Has been closed I truly believe they're doing it intentionally so that we're not able to bring something back. I work graveyard shift and wanted to pickup a few items before I headed home. The target next to me doesn't open until 8am so I looked up Walmart and they were open!!! Yay! But I looked at the reviews and wondered why they were so bad. I was appalled to learn about the killing of innocent animals. I am not really a cat person, but I do respect all forms of life. Killing is never the answer. I can not walk into this store anymore unless they change their policy about the feral cats. I will not spend my money here to support the mistreatment of animals. The remodeling of this location did wonders on improving my opinion of this store. It seems every point in my last review was amended and now I don't mind visiting this Walmart. The store is cleaner and well organized, the staff is friendly and helpful, the main street alongside the building is no longer effected by the Walmart traffic, and they doubled their parking lot security so now I don't feel like my car will be violated while I shop. My only issue is the new produce department. It seems they don't turn over their produce often enough, many times I have attempted to buy produce only to give up on that idea after finding that over half of their produce is moldy or rotten. read more

Ummm yah, good times.... I ACTUALLY say "excuse me" all the time and get NOTHING in return but dirty looks. Wow... AVOID going after the first of the month if you know what's good for you. The price difference between a 39" TV and a 42" TV? A whopping $100, and they did not have the $300 39" one, only the $400 42" one, so dunno why that one Yelper down this list was getting off to the whole TV experience. I got the bigger TV but wasn't happy about the $100 extra for THREE inches. $100 for three more inches?? That is NOT a hot date in MY book. No matter how few things I want to get, they are ALWAYS out of one thing I need. Forget getting help here, if you need paint mixed, be sure to plan like two hours to hike around to find help. Seriously I don't even know why I bother. Writing a review on Walmart is like voting republican in California, it just doesn't matter. Simply put I tried to price match some Crest whitestrips from Target's website. The manager at Walmart told me they didn't price match online prices and would only price match a physical ad. When I pulled up their policy that states that I don't need to provide an ad and they do honor online prices. The manager told me that every store is different and essentially said no. I then went to the Target 13 minutes away and told them the story. Not only were they nicer but they told me they would price match any of Walmart's prices online or in ad. *UNEDUCATED EMPLOYEES W/ NO COMMON SENSE* I placed an order of 4K blu ray for Avengers: Infinity War today and received a confirmation e-mail saying that it was ready for pick up. The customer service rep told me that they didn't receive 4K version of the movie but they have the regular blu ray available for me to pick up at the same cost. 4K is more expensive. Why would I accept regular blu ray rather than 4K? They also offered either Avengers 1 4K or Avengers 2 4K as replacement. They are completely different movies and they have different values!!! They shouldn't have confirmed my order and said it was ready for pick up. If they didn't have it in stock, why couldn't they just cancel my order and issue refund? Even if you aren't familiar with movies, you CAN do research and find out they're different movies with different values, no? If you purchased an apple watch series 3 and they didn't have it in stock, would you accept apple watch series 1 at same cost? read more

First off almost every Walmart is horrible but this one in Riverside is definitely the WORST!! I don't even know where to start with this place. The customer service is by far the worst I've ever experienced anywhere in my life!! The few times that I have actually HAD to go there, because it's close to where I live, I've practically had to run out because of how horrible it was. The last time I went there was to return something and the lady practically yelled at me telling me that I wasn't allowed to return things there anymore according to HER. I've given this location two chances to get it right and is blown them both. Customer service poor. The service guy behind the counter left and said someone will be along shortly to help but no one ever did. Since the door to the outside service bay was locked I had to walk out to the service area through the garden area. I finally just flagged down one of the workers to help me get keys and check me out. My car was finished twenty minutes past the estimated completion time. It could be because the three workers in the oil changing area were messing around. The rest of the store was great! If you want Walmart to change your oil go to the other Corona location or Chino Hills. Hopefully Walmart management will see some of these reviews and make some changes, I hate to see anyone fail. This 5 star review is for Julian...Wifey and myself were in the market for a new flat screen tv...We were also interested in one of those tv stands that hold up the flat screen...As we are shopping, one of the electonics guys started helping us. I forget his name....but he points us in the direction we were looking for. We get the tv, and a sound bar (sound bar sounds like shit) and our cart is super full!! So one of the asst. managers, asked Julian to go get a flat cart and help out us. Kinda felt bad for him, because we weren't done shopping yet, and here he is following us around the store...lol....Finally we found our stand we were looking for, and I asked him..."Are you okay with following us around the store? Or do you have something else you have to go do?" His response, was the best one I have EVER heard "Nope, Right now, I am helping you, customer service is our #1 goal, I am here for you!" This wal mart sucks. I can't even get around the aisles with my shopping cart or without running into someone who is blocking said aisle. Nobody moves out of your way, the garden center gets packed with a line of people waiting to check out instead of going to the front end cashiers like normal people. I know it's wal mart but it's just so ghetto. I went in to get pricing on my prescription for glasses and was told 119$ at the cheapest when my friends have gotten their glasses at other wal marts for a whole 60$. WTF? Our family bought a pool online and I went into the store to pick it up, it took 30 minutes before someone helped us and then they only had one guy to load it up in the van. Get my total but I don't have enough no one was behind me coo so I take off some items the woman that helped me had to call over a manager to fix the issue. When you come to an issue which you try not to and need an issue resolved try not to have an issue to avoid this bs with workers thinking they have some right to get snappy with you. The same store I was at the self checkout putting it lots and lots and lots of change when this old rude woman worker is behind me and remind you there was like 10 other shoppers checking themselves out this rude racist old woman is standing behind me watching me put in a this change for my items I bought. When I turn to leave she rudely tells me "let me see your receipt" I said why?
