Haven't been here in years. Open late. Stopped to get some fabric and staff were very helpful. Press the call button for assistance in the department for fabric cutting. A wide range of fabrics available. First time shopping in this section I was glad I found what I needed. Large parking lot with two intersections to enter. Very convenient when the traffic is heavy around here. Mc Donald's in same parking lot.

    Long lines

Always lines. The customer service is horrible. Ask them a question and they don't understand.

    Online Order for pickup.

I bought an Apple Airtag online that comes with 5 offers from Apple which would be Music, Apple TV+, Arcade and other Apple subscription stuff for 4 months. I picked it up last Jan. 28, 2024 and up to this day I haven't received any code from Walmart. I did chat with CS and Danielle was the CS representative that chatted with me and her response was to call Apple about it. My purchase states it "comes with" not "I have to call Apple", so I guess Walmart really doesn't care. I had bought similar items from Best Buy and I did receive the free stuff from Apple for 4 mos thru email immediately after my online purchased from them. Walmart = -5 Stars BestBuy = 10 Stars

Average Walmart. Easy to get in and get out. Less-than-thrilled employees. Good place for the necessities.

I just got so busy doing so many things but again he went above and beyond in helping me get what I needed done to try and make a long story short, I went in there to buy all the vegetables and fruits. Things that I needed for the week. I was making ceviche for the first time my family, and I have arthritis in both of my hands, and I asked him if they could help me out by having the limes squeezed for me, I also offered to pay for them to do it for me. He was so kind and helpful. He says no not needed and he asked his manager on that day who was running the store I apologize. I did not get her name, but she gave the ok for them to do that. Also I would like to thank the workers who took care of it. A young lady I know they usually do not do this, but you really helped me out so much I appreciate it. I really did not know how many limes ‍ it takes to make the juice for the Ceviche. It was 10 lbs. It really goes to show how much this Northgate really goes above and beyond to help the people of this city in that just by asking that they are willing to help if they can and go out of their way to do it. So Northgate thank you so much for your awesome team of people you have working for you. You have incorporated good work ethics in the people you have working for you. It shows how much you have showed them about team work and how they enjoy working for Northgate because every time I've gone there they're always very nice, happy and helpful. And I will always recommend this Store Northgate for coming to get the produce, groceries The cakes, desserts and the food in this place is so good. The managers are always happy and they keep their store very clean and the people are always so friendly and helpful. Thank you again.

From the outside, the historic De Anza building already gives the store more personality than the average health market, but the real surprise was how much they carry once you start walking through the aisles. I originally planned to look at a few supplements, then found myself browsing specialty groceries, frozen foods, teas, natural personal care products, sports nutrition, and several gluten free and vegan options. The selection feels carefully chosen, especially for people who read ingredient labels or need products that are difficult to find in regular supermarkets. The supplement area is large, so it can be slightly intimidating when you first see all the choices. Thankfully, the staff were friendly and actually willing to explain the differences between products. I appreciated that they did not make the interaction feel rushed or overly sales focused. After shopping, I had coffee with a hazelnut PROTABAR, which has become my favorite protein snack to pair with coffee. The whole hazelnuts, dates, quality egg white protein, and touch of cocoa give it a natural, earthy flavor without the artificial sweetness found in many protein bars. The hazelnut flavor works especially well with a warm cup of coffee. A few honest notes: downtown parking can take a little patience, some parts of the store feel compact, and certain specialty items are more expensive than what you might find at a conventional grocery store. I would also recommend allowing enough time to browse because this is not the easiest place to rush through. Overall, Clark's feels like a genuine Riverside institution rather than just another health food chain. I left with useful products, a few new discoveries, and a much better understanding of what I was buying. Definitely worth visiting if you care about nutrition, clean ingredients, or simply enjoy finding healthier products that are not available everywhere.

I had a relative with me who told her I consumed energy drinks often which was irrelevant as to why I was even there. I was getting the scan for more insight on an my unexplained chronic urinary problems that I've had for about a decade. Whether I drink energy drinks or not, my symptoms stay the same. I am well aware this is not the best health decision anyone can make but Serene looked at me as if my relative told her I was doing hard drugs or drinking alcohol daily. The reason why I consume energy drinks often is because I suffer from nocturnia due to my ongoing urinary problems & I have a very demanding life being a single mom with endless responsibilities. I feel it is very easy for someone who doesn't have to deal with a certain problem on a daily basis to judge someone else who does. She then started to blame literally anything & everything on my results on the energy drinks including my nocturnia that is 100% caused by my urinary problems NOT anything of my lifestyle decisions. This isn't accurate, there are many factors that contribute to one's health. Mind you, she didn't even know what my health problem was at the beginning of our meeting but by the end she was acting as if she had all the answers & was one to speak on my issue but she was wrong about everything. It is important not to give misinformation in a setting regarding someone's health but she felt she knew everything. In the beginning of our meet up she mentioned that the scan is not a diagnosis so she also needs to remeber she is not a doctor.

So, it wasn't until the other day, that I realized I could fulfill my Korean dream meal another way, a homemade meal. Of course, it helped that my daughter had already announced that she was making bbq beef, Korean style, and that we were invited over. That got my salivary glands going. What could I bring? This mom and pop market popped up on Yelp as being nearby, and happened to be a place I had driven by and ignored for too many years. They cater to Korean tastes and appeared to have exactly what I needed, unlike another, oversized Chinese-based grocery nearby where I manage to get lost, confused, and lose all focus, while trying to communicate with hand gestures to elusive store personnel. Usually its comic and I am a complete failure. I was totally unprepared for this, but I think I fell in love with Saet Byul the minute I stepped inside. The lovely lady at the cash register (owner?) spoke impeccable English and was so friendly and informative. There was limited but fresh, quality produce, items that are traditionally used in this type of cuisine. There were multiple, large freezers that lined the walls, full of ready-made appetizers, ready-to-eat frozen soups, and ready-to-cook, thinly sliced meats. Shelves upon shelves of exotic Asian sauces and so many other canned, dry, and preserved ingredients. The more I wandered, the greater my excitement. Towards the back of the tiny store was a small kitchen setup where another woman was busily working. On what, I can only guess, but she might have been assembing more packages of the freshly rolled kimbap (the healthy, Korean version of sushi) that were sitting on the cashier's counter. In one refrigerator cabinet was a wonderful variety of ready-to-eat banchan, each carefully labeled and dated. The banchan was exactly what I was looking for! I chose a container each of freshly made seaweed salad, pickled radish, kimchi, pickled cucumbers, snatched a tub of green tea ice cream, and a bag of super fresh bean sprouts that would eventually be anointed with toasted sesame oil. Then tossed a tray of kimbap in my cart (Imagine getting two full rolls,18 fat pieces, for a mere $7), plus a bag of shrimp crackers for good measure. Oh, and don't forget a large bag of toasted, seasoned seaweed sheets for snacking. The banchan was outstanding, but don't take my opinion as gospel. This came from my son-in-law who usually turns up his nose to such "time-wasters" as vegetables, especially things that look spicy. The pickle cucumbers and pickled radish coins were particularly addictive, but all were so wonderful. I am thrilled over this discovery. The only shortcoming, but not really, is the lack of a butchery section and fresh seafood. For that, the big markets are still the place to go. For the rest of the necessities, this is a real gem.

I won't be able to go back to who I was 10 minutes ago before I ate that piece of poetry. The dill in the tuna complemented the salty and fish essence of said tuna, and brought refreshment not only to my mouth but to my soul and whole body in this monstrous heat. The lettuce was crunchy yet silky and the tomato was sweet and perfectly ripe yet still could hold its shape and didn't fall out at all. For how packed the sandwich was I was very impressed with how well it held up between the multi grain bread. I feel renewed and redeemed after eating that #4 tuna sandwhich. There are managers specials frequently, as well as discounted prepared food often available in the late afternoon. I'm fond of the kale and apple salad, and there's a black garlic shrimp platter that is delicious as well. If you can catch them on sale, I'd definitely recommend picking them up! One thing that was super tragic is that they've discontinued so many of their refrigerated vegan products. I was happy to pick up a ton of vegan protein for cents on the dollar the one day I caught the massive clearance, but my stock is finally running low and I'm sad I won't be able to find a lot of the same stuff here anymore.
