I went into Walmart to pickup my one hour photos and I ask an employee where the photo department is. She said that they didn't have one and I found it myself. It literally was three aisles away. Once I get to the photo department, I'm standing there waiting and there is a group of about five employees just talking. One made eye contact with me, but still did nothing to help me. Finally I went over to their group and interrupted them. Walmart should educate their employees on their store during their orientation and training. Also they should hire people who are more focused on customer service. read more

I'm always given a reason to hate this store. Even though they offer cheaper prices, I hardly shop here. Seriously, like maybe twice a year. And every time I give Walmart a chance, they mess it up. Bad management. I've gone there multiple times only to have to leave with out buying anything because of the managers policy. First, I went to use my cash back dollars on the walmart app. The cashier tells me the "manager does not allow us to scan your cell phone".it must be printed out. What? The app literally says show phone to cashier to scan. So I left out of frustration. Another time I went to price match a grocery store add. Again "the manager does not allows us to price match superior grocery store ". How does a manager get to pick and choose which stores his walmart can price match. Walmart advertises they will price match . I don't think it should be up to the manager to determine if he wants to accept certain sale ads or not. So unprofessional. Today was my first time at this walmart and it was disgusting. I'm still itching as I drove away. I picked up a pillow and a roach dropped from the pillow and scurried to the wall where it proceeded to crawl up and hide in a hole somewhere only roaches can find. The staff was inappropriate in front of customers arguing with one another. The female employee went off in the male staff, and the male staff positioned his fingers in way that mirrored that of a gun pointed to the back of her head. Wtf!! Stay away from this Walmart. They are currently trying to remodel but you can put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig. The aisles are incredibly cramped which makes no sense given the random spots of empty concrete throughout the store. Their inventory is lacking. This has to be the worse Walmart I've ever walked in to. I needed help finding a couple of items and 5 different employees sent me to the wrong isle and 1 said "I don't know where that item is!" I like this wal mart, it's a huge wal mart that has groceries and everything you need for your house stuff. It makes it easier to get most of what you need. I give it three stars because check out is always slow. I had the rudest customer service I've ever had in my life. I've worked many years of retail and I understand being "over it" or having a hard day. But this response was unacceptable. I tried to be patient, pleasant, and polite as I discovered the package of detergent pods (from a locked cabinet) I was purchasing was opened and missing product. When I was in the requested a replacement for the item I had already scanned in self check out, They informed me that the 2 of them did not have a radio; and could not leave. I referred them to a nearby co-worker who had a radio and the female rolled her eyes at me. Whilst waiting 20 minutes for someone to bring a sealed bag, the female working in the self checkout came up to me and asked if I could go get it myself. I told her it was redundant of me to have to go back to a locked cabinet that I would need help to get opened and I did not want to leave over $100 of purchased items near the other go-backs they had. When she said, "Our uniforms used to say 'Happy to Help' They don't anymore." I was livid after this response. I asked her to watch my things, walked all the way to the back of the store, and asked ANOTHER employee to open the cabinet for me. Thanked them for opening the cabinet and returned to my cart. Upon my return the female said," Oh great you got it" and waved me off. I will not be returning to this location. I can understand having a bad day, but this was beyond unacceptable. It didn't help that shelves were messy, and no one else seemed helpful. Truly a horror story of customer service. read more

Currently under remodeling so expect low stock, frequent movement of items and bad service! I only shop here for certain items I can only get here otherwise I'm shopping at Target. I especially dislike that they're constantly stocking their shelves during business hours, so you find yourself constantly dodging employees moving large pallets. Oh and management needs to enforce the no smoking zone around business entrances, you often find customers smoking right up by the main entrance. read more

I was impressed with Walmart's price matching policy, and I've taken advantage of it several times. The good: I'd (until today) never been questioned when I told them about a lower price, and I've never abused the system. The bad: Today when I asked for a price match, the female clerk, Angelica, said that she'd have to check the ad. She did, and couldn't find the item. I asked to speak to a manager, and when the manager came over, she explained that they require that the item be found in an ad, but that they would give me the price "this one time." She then looked at the (El Super) ad and found the advertised item, at the price I'd requested, in about 5 seconds. While I don't expect all Walmart employees to be geniuses, I would hope that a clerk would have enough common sense to find an item so clearly marked. What miffed me so much, though, is that I felt that I was being accused of stealing. Was I suspect because I'm an African American shopping in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood? I don't know, but I certainly felt uncomfortable about the whole situation. I happen to be a licensed security professional (and the uniform shirt I was wearing indicated so). My feeling is that if Walmart doesn't want to honor their price-match policy, they should drop it instead of embarrassing honest customers. By the way, in the past 48 hours, my wife and I have spent nearly $300 at this store. Next time, I'll just go to the competition! read more

I never ever want to come to this store just because it's under construction and waiting time can get frustrating but if you come at later hours it's the best one to shop at . First of all I went out of my way to Corona to get the Kid Trax Dodge police car for my sons and they were out of almost everything while this store had two available . Christopher was the gentleman that helped me to load the super heavy car into my suv and I don't know what I would have done without his help. Also I walked in this store 5 min before 12 am which is closing time and they allowed me in. Most stores close their doors 15min prior to closing time . This Wal-Mart is always so busy. A quick trip here always ends up to be an hour long journey. The service desk is especially ridiculous, probably since there is never more than two people working it. The only experiences I've had here is with the Pharmacy and I will tell you that only one of the women workers is great the rest are rude and seem to be on tattooine far away from there. They always delay and make it seem as if it's your's or the Doctor's fault. This Walmart needs to clean up their act soon. Soo I l don't have any actual problems with the stocking and I love their clothing selection but today I was there and it was ridiculous jesse who I lm guessing is a manager was in a huddle with 2/3 other employees and he was talking shit about another employee (Gloria, possibly) and he was being completely unprofessional and sooo loud and saying how her area is a mess and her pallets are still there imagine how her house looks? This Walmart sucks! It always smells like sewage and the customer service is awful! We came in earlier tonight and we're going to purchase a pizza from the deli. At any other Walmart I've been to they will cook the pizza for you so, we asked if they could cook it and Sulma was very rude and said I'll have to scan it and I told her I didn't need it scanned I wanted it cooked and she said I can't do that so I asked why she couldn't and she just walked away and went to help someone else so I waited for her to finish and once again tried to ask why she couldn't cook the pizza and she once again walked away! So we put the pizza back and went to purchase the rest of our items where we encountered Thomas the rudest cashier I've ever dealt with! He was throwing our merchandise around and complaining about how he has to do everything at that store and how you can never get a manager when you need one and how everyone there expects him to solve their problems. He asked us if we wanted bags and we said yes and he just randomly picked what he was going to bag and what he wasn't. He never directly spoke with us. He just bitched about hating his job the whole time! I also won't be purchasing cosmetics at this store anymore.
