If you ever call to the pharmacy they will answer the phone, listen to your question, and then proceed to put you on hold. I am on hold right now and have been for 15 minutes. When you go to pick up your prescription you have to wait in a line to pay for it and once you have paid for it you then have to wait in another line to consult with the pharmacist. Isnt this what my doctor is for. It takes me at least 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. This is also a non narcotic prescription. Its a fertility drug. I am switching to Costco. Wal Mart continues to disappoint to the point that I am willing to go to Tom Thumb or Kroger and pay higher prices read more

Dropped my car off for an oil change at 9am and told them I would be back in a couple of hours. Went to pick up my car at 1130 and was told they did not change my oil because they did not have the filter. Couldn't they tell me this when I dropped it off or at least called? read more

I literally hate this walmart. The check outs are the most understaffed I have ever seen. Thirty registers with 2 open. Lines are usually 5 to 6 people deep. There are lots of employees all over the store, they just aren't checking people out. We started using the Forney store instead as it seems to be run by competent managers. The selection and check out lines are much better. I dread having to walk into this one even for a few items. read more

I will never shop at the Rockwall Wal Mart again. I arrived at their store at 6:30 pm. I needed a battery. Their auto parts/shop is open until 7. I had been stranded for two hours waiting for help to jump my car. I am now stranded again, as they refused to help me. There was no other option on a Saturday night to purchase a battery. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My expectations for Wal Mart are very low, but this is beyond even their worst day. read more

The Cashier Rico was very rude and smelled like he had not showered in days! He spent the time singing loudly rather than greet me and my husband, there was no communication until he very dully stated me to swipe my card, he didnt even bother to wish us a great day after we checked out. i very much recommend him to be re trained or better yet fired! the store is a wonderful experience but im rating it a 2 star purely because of his attitude. read more

Wow, I could'nt disagree more with the previous two reviews. I moved to Rockwall about a year ago and this is by far the cleaniest and spacious Wal-mart store I have ever been in. The employees are knowledgable and have went out of there way to make my shopping expierence great every time Im there. I went into walmart this morning planning to do a little christmas shopping and using the layaway. I was in Electronics looking at a Wii. I asked the guy working if he could help me and he said in just a min he was helping a phone call. Well I waited for 10 mins and he was waling around with a female manager looking at TV's. They are standing in the same aisle I am looking at the Tv's while I am still standing in front of the Wii case whole time they have their back to me. I stand there listening to them talk about the TV's and how they have a 70 inch coming and the manager(female) tells him when the 70 inch comes in Let me Know First I need a new tv and how much will it cost. They cont to talk about the TV's and how the TV would be used at her house. This went on for 10 mins and someone kept calling a manager on the walkie talkie and she kept telling them she was busy and couldnt get there they would have to wait on her. When they started walking off I followed and the guy took off to the back and she walked off towards the front and saw me and asked have you been helped I can call someone. I said No I have been waiting and I will go to another walmart. I could NOT believe how I was just ignored and how 2 employee's were just chatting and how it was a manager ignoring calls for assitance for a truck unloading. This is the 2nd BAD experience I have had within a WK of shopping at this store. This is my grocery store of choice in Rockwall. I always find helpful, courteous customer service, very rarely do they not have what I'm looking for, and the department help bends over backwards, going out of their way to help me locate what I need, or answer my questions. I can't tell you how many times I've had the produce guys go to the back room to find something for me, and they're incredible about it every time. I love this store, I love the prices, and I would tell anyone to shop here. read more

Don't buy anything that you will return if it doesn't! Bought an air conditioner needed to take it back because it wasn't cooling. Had it a week. They refused to take it back. We juzt wanted to exchange it.i will never buy anything else from here. read more

If I could give this less than one star I would. Daughter and her friend went shopping there yesterday. After her friend, who is black, checked out she was stopped and asked for her receipt. She was the only one asked. She misplaced her receipt and she was accused of stealing. They went to the cashier who "couldn't remember her" from five minutes previously. Long story short, they finally went through security cameras and saw her paying. My daughter then went to the car and checked her receipt. She found she was charged fifty dollars for an item she didn't get. She went back into the store and she was accused of stealing! They went through security cameras AGAIN and saw she did not get what she was charged. Racists? Ignorance? Stupidity? Not even an apology! I have tried to contact the store manager but have not had the opportunity to speak to Jason. His employees don't even know his last name!!!! read more

Extremely poor customer service. The employees never smile, in fact they seem angry. I'm almost afraid to ask for assistance because, it seems I'm bothering them when I do.The bathrooms are disgusting, the aisles are cluttered, rude unhappy associates. I'm thinking management must treat the employees poorly, because no one ever smiles ! I get that they do not earn a high wage, but even so, normally if employees are treated with respect they are somewhat satisfied.I went in the store on July 3rd to get some things for the 4th celebration. The store was packed as it usually his on a Holiday, I went down several aisles and I slipped on something wet on the floor. It was clearly someones package of meat leaking. I wasn't hurt so I continued to shop. I went to the pet aisle to get cat food, and boom, I slipped again on the same stuff ! My left foot slipped and I almost went down, I braced myself with my right foot, when I did, that foot slipped also and bent my great toe all the way back. It was VERY painful ! I saw an associate, and I said "Ma,m, there is something on the floor over here " She literally stood at the end of the aisle, with a p*ss*ed off look on her face, arms in the air and said " What is it". I repeated "There is something on the floor and I slipped". She stood in the same spot, really looking irritated and said "Well, what do you need"? Today my toe is swollen, bruised and painful and it is difficult to walk without pain. I'm a Nurse, I know even if it is broken, not much can be done for a broken toe. But, I do love to jog and the same day as the incident, treated myself to a new pair of running shoes. I was so excited to use them !
