Poor customer service, road hazard warranty on tires is a joke. Took almost 3 hours of my car actually being in a bay and "being worked on" to replace 1 barely used tire under road hazard warranty. The other front tire was installed backwards by them and according to them so I had to wait for that to be fixed as well. At the end of the uneccesarily long wait, I get charged a 3rd the cost of a brand new tire for the one "covered" under "warranty" and it was barely used. On top of that, not so much as a sorry for the one they apparently installed wrong. Dont buy tires from Wal-Mart, not because of tire quality but because of policy and people quality. read more

Went here for a money order. JUST a money order. I have them a paper with detailed instructions given to me by the person in need of the order. Two women at the counter with 15+ and 20+ years with Trashmart could not figure out how to do it, managed to charge my debit card $400, then thank god reimbursed me. I went for an oil change and asked for the basic package. There was no other cars in front of me that I saw. I waited 2 hours, then was charged the wrong package (49.00 vs 29.00) The person at the counter was new and said they cannot reverse or credit me. I went here today around 11am to buy a backpack. I had this one item to check out with and wanted a fast lane. I am pregnant and due in two weeks so I can walk or stand very long anymore. The only lane that did not have a super slow line had a spill behind it but the light was still on and two people were in line. The worker cleaning up told me I could not stand there because of the spill that was almost fully cleaned up. One lady was stand in the spill but me the pregnant out of breath one has to go stand in some long ass line. Had to wait 3 HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation, apparently they send all workers to lunch at the same time, so my car was idle for a full hour for nothing. And, my car very unfortunately was randomly selected for quality check and had to wait at least half an hour for the manager to show up and do the quality check. Also, after they thought it was good to go, they found out that the tire rotation was not even done. Obviously, I will never be back here again. read more

This is by far the worst Wal-Mart in town. Today I came to pick up some online photo prints. The photo department also handles the "site-to-store" orders. There were about 11 customers in line, literally 5 customer service reps behind the counter and only 1 person working a register. I don't know what exactly the other CSRs behind the counter were doing - other than keeping the CSR working the register company. They were laughing it up having a grand time while us customers looked on and waited and waited and waited. Normally I hate going to any Wal-Mart other than the one near me in Pflugerville however I was desperate. My son and two of his friends were singing in the talent show at their school and needed Muppet shirts. I tried a few other stores and the only shirts I found were very clearly girl shirts. So as a last ditch effort before just sewing faces on the shirts, I tried this Wal-Mart and low-and-behold they had Muppet shirts! I once waited 1 1/2 hours for someone to open the ammo cabinet, just to see how long it would take and how many different people I would have to ask to be helped. Also, this is the only location within 16 miles with a Moneycenter Express ATM, and it is almost always off or out of service, forcing me to deal with the extremely slow/disinterested people behind the customer service desk, whose jobs are more efficiently and accurately performed by the aforementioned Moneycenter Express machine. This is one of the most poorly managed operations I have ever encountered, and I would never waste time here if another option was available in the area to reload my Bluebird account. As evident by how long I waited to be helped, I am a very patient person, but this place is just abysmal.Thankfully, I won't have to deal with Walmart anymore once Target's prepaid Redcard is offered in Texas. read more

I've been ordering pick up for a while from Walmart, well today I got a new surprise after receiving a text that my "pick up" was ready. First of all I couldn't use the link to get my pickup ready for when I arrived and when I tried to call the store no one in pick up would answer. So I drive to the pick up area, call and the guy tells me I need to use the pick up tower IN THE STORE to get my items. This defeats all the benefits of pick up! IF I wanted to go shop in the store then I would have, what I wanted was to order online and PICK IT UP (which means I drive up and someone brings it to my car). Unfortunately going IN Walmart now means standing in long lines to be checked out because they've chosen not to have enough cashiers to check everyone out to force you to check yourself out. Seriously, I am not ordering anything from Walmart again. BYE FELICIA!!!! I used to frequent this store often when living in Round Rock. Recently I was on the hunt for a shampoo carpet steamer/vac. In doing so I found some crates at another Wal Mart 2 miles down the road for cheap. When requesting that this Wal Mart price match, as they promise, I was informed that they only do that within their district. Ummm 2 miles is out of district? Whatever... I put my $189 steamer/vac back and told them they wouldn't get anymore sales from me. I also wrote Wal Mart to complain of their decieving price matching advertising. Haven't heard a word yet and this was over a month ago. Bad for Wal Mart... I'll be taking my business elsewhere. They aren't even the cheapest place to shop anymore.. Do not ever place a site-to-store order to this store! I received an email indicating my order arrived on a Tues and it is now Friday and the store can not locate my package. I have made several phones calls to the dept and either no one answers or when someone finally picks up, I am placed on hold for over 10 mins and no one comes back to the phone. I even called customer service to speak to a supervisor and not even the supervisor picks up the phone! On my final phone attempt, an employee was able to help me by going back to look for my package only to tell me the items are still being scanned in and to try back later. I'm sorry but my item arrived 3 days ago, how could it still be in the process of being scanned in. I should have just paid the extra shipping fee to have it shipped to my house. I enjoy shopping at this Walmart. The only thing I will say is that I hate getting water. They only have one water dispenser. The other day I waited in line for 30 minutes to fill up 3 -5 gallon containers and then it took an addition 9 mins per container to fill them up because the water pressure was so slow. Needless to say, I was very frustrated! You're better off going to another location that has better water pressure. read more

I already have low expectations for Walmart as a company but this store certainly stands out as one of the worst I've seen. My transaction was pretty simple. I went to pick up an online order and waited for 20 minutes. No one was behind the desk, the terminal you're supposed to touch to get an associate was dead and worse yet, 4 employees walked right by me without even looking at me. I finally decided to call the store (while in the store) and asked for help. They said they would page someone and still no one showed up for 10 minutes. Let's face it, it's Walmart. I don't come here with high expectations nor should anyone because frankly it's Walmart. We know what we are getting ourselves into when we come in the door but there are certain exceptions there are things in this world that should be included in the customer service experience but the store just simply doesn't have. Tonight I come in looking for particular product that I did my research and found online. Online and states the store has it in stock but I cannot find an associate to give me a hand in locating it. I cannot find an associate because the temperature dropped and help put on jackets and hoodies while baring their name tags. To make matters worse I can't tell because they restock the shelves using shopping carts for efficiency. So to me a person pushing a cart with no identifying marks is just another customer. So I do the next logical thing, I go to customer service and ask for assistance. Of all places to find a person willing to help a customer you would think it would be customer service. But if you thought that you would be sadly mistaken. I have been standing here watching them change shifts while one employee did make a valiant attempt to telling me that she would help me when she Kloxin but can do nothing to assist me until then I have yet to find the employee who can help me. So here I stand waiting for someone to feel the need to find out why I'm still standing here asking for help. read more

I hate going to Wal-Mart. But I need to buy my kid a cheap white T-shirt for a school art project. The store was dirty as normal. When we walked in something on my wife set off the alarm. The greeter laughed and said nothing. When we walked out about 10 minutes later thru the same door the alarm went off. The greeter came running up to use and stared at us. We told him the alarm went off when we came in and you heard and acknowledges it. Then he says "Show it to me" to my wife. I have the sack and the receipt mind you. She opens her person thinking he will inspect it. He doesn't and just says "Show it to me". She says I set it off when I come in. She says I must have a tag in my shirt or jeans I missed. He then goes "you would have removed it" Thats where we about lost it. I go well what the hell do you want us to do. He then became intimidated and goes "just leave". I'm a huge Walmart fan and frequent many different walmarts but Ive had it with this store. I went to buy a bike there and the bikes outside werent labeled, i went inside, cust serv was busy except the 2 clerks talking to eachother ignoring the line. I was sent to lawn & garden who insisted the bikes were all labeled. I had to write model numbers on my hand and found a bike. Tire was flat and cashier didnt know if they could air up the tire. Finally found someone to do it. Handlebars came loose so i took it back. Same flat tire, this time they refused to air it and i had to buy a new tube. Finally took it all back. Had to go back for a camera and they were remodeling. People in the front (old section that had the displays still up) sent me to the back (new section). New guy working back there said he didnt know where they were and wouldnt ask anyone. I went back to the front where the manager-type lady with no name tag chastised me because this guy was new. She said they were in transit so I said the cameras were probably in the store somewhere at which point she finally had someone help me. A guy named Paul who works in the back was really good, the rest of the store doesnt have 2 brain cells to run together. read more

Make sure you double check your items before you leave the store. I only bought 5 items this afternoon for my dinner. They were bagged all in one bag by cashiers. When I got home, I discovered my steaks for dinner was missing. Had to come back (took me over an hour) to get back there and talked to the person in charge. My point : how could you miss bagging only 5 items ( all for dinner) ?. Be aware of what you buy and check for everything before leaving the store. Unless you don't mind coming back and going through all the hassle of explaining things and get some annoying attitudes from the clerks such as " it is not a big deal " or " we are not sure that is the case". read more
