HUMILIATED, RIDICULED, THREATENED STOLEN FROM. Normally these aren't the type of words one would correlate with a shopping experience. Yet here I sit, shaking, rattled and trying my damnedest not to cry. This Walmart should be avoided like the plague and COVID-19. I had an associate kick me out threaten to call the police for criminal mischief { GET THIS- FOR PLACING ITEMS ONTO A SHELF THAT IT DIDNT BELONG TO. WE'RE NOT TALKING A HUGE AMOUNT OR A HUGE MESS SPRAWLED OUT EITHER. A HANDFUL OF ITEMS AND TWO SHIRTS 0N A HANGER THAT I NEATLY PUT ON A EMPTY SHELF BECAUSE I HAD CHANGED MY MIND REALIZING I HAD LEFT MY MAIN BANK CARD AT HOME] I've never seen or heard of such and absurd reaction from an employee ANYWHERE in my ENTIRE LIFE. So after humiliating me I just said F it and walked away. It's beneath my IQ level to argue back and forth with someone who is obviously taking his disdain for his current status in life or something personal in his home life carrying over and spewing into his professional life. When I realized I had left my phone in my cart I turned around to retrieve it at which point he tried to block my access to it told me I was a criminal once again. So I looked at him and I said okay are you accusing me of being a criminal cuz you think I've stolen something from you. He said no I don't think you stole anything and I never accused you of that but you cannot disrupt my store by putting it back on the Shelf it doesn't belong on and once again I was just beside myself a simple dude I'm getting my phone you can't keep me from getting my phone he said oh yes I can I'm calling the police on you right now and come back tomorrow and get your phone or speaking 11:00 at night I'm not driving home alone without my phone are you serious, and he literally used his weight to bully me out of the store dude and I'm in my forties a female and have a noticeable disability walking with a limp he stood behind me heckling me the whole way out saying I needed to hurry up and quit shuffling along really dude you can tell I have a limp from a disability like how rude. Walmart need to put some serious money into helping to train their employees Better In conflict resolution and sensitivity to handicaps. read more

I ordered 4 tires from Walmart*com last night, and scheduled installation online during the checkout process for morning after predicted delivery, 10 days later. Then I get a call this next morning saying the Salem Oregon Turner Rd tire center location will be 4closed for remodeling during that time, and can not install them as I had scheduled online with no problems indicated at that time during checkout and payment. I was also then told to just come get them when they arrive and arrange installation elsewhere, if I wanted. So I call the next nearest Walmart store with a tire center to schedule installation for the same time, but Walmart will not alter the original order to have them delivered to the Dallas Oregon location instead due to their snafu. So I'm then told that I must go across town to get them from the Turner Rd store and take them myself to the Dallas store 30 miles in the opposite direction for installation. Any cancel & re-order with stated delivery to Dallas location is double billing and just delays delivery date and installation as Walmart sits on the original purchase money for several days before refund is issued making it possible to re-order. Local employees are no help, and so far nor are the reps at the 1-800 number telling to wait for an email nearing the date of delivery for current status of the order. read more

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Walmart loves Venezuelan migrant workers. They are allowing undocumented Venezuelans to steal and deliver your Walmart grocery orders!! Isn't that just grand?? You'll get a nasty Venezuelans immigrant posing under the name Michelle and a dude comes a delivers your groceries. Half the time they will just outright steal your whole grocery order and Walmart won't even care. They even stole my mom's order worth over $300 in groceries.This has been going on for 3-4 years now and is showing no signs of stopping. Loser Venezuelans in and out of the Supercenter all day using stolen accounts. Management doesn't seem to bat an eye or even care. At this point Walmart is complicit in the widespread scamming and fraud going on at their store. It's mind blowing a multi millionaire dollar company can't get their stuff together and get rid of these scumbags. This isn't just the Turner Rd Walmart. This is all over the nation. loser scumbags loitering in there parking lot all day ready and willing to steal jobs from the legit American delivery drivers. I come in every night to return bottles and cans when it's cool off so my dogs don't get sick from the heat. The machine was still on and I will still doing then until the Manger name I think was Neil came out and started freaking our on me saying he wasn't going to pay for the Cans we already put in and said that we were out of luck and next time we should know oregon state laws about bottle return. I explain to him I have elispisy and I can't be under stress our I have set. And he said ok what about it. I end up having 2 of them while I was there. His excuse was all the registers were close and every had put their money away that was a big lie I have video of people coming out of the store after hw told usbtht not true at all. People buying tvs clothes and other things. I have video of the people coming out of pj's. We have been shopping there since the first day you guys opened. We also have been accused ogle shoplifting which my wife doesn't ahop at all. It IS a Wal*Mart in Salem, but less trashy than the one on Lancaster. I smelled burning chicken upon entering. The clearance aisle was in awful shape. I also didn't understand why one complete set of doors are closed, pandemic or otherwise. That's just lazy on their behalf. They also ran out of carts, like, how the hell does Wal*Mart run out of carts? People were waiting at the only open doors for them. I have likely made my last visit to this store. read more
