I usually love doing my own shopping as I always get what I need, but when ordering online, I've noticed that the employees are just being lazy and saying that the item was out of stock, when in fact we know it was available. They just don't want to go out of their way to wait for another employee to unlock the cases! We needed both AAA and AA batteries @ $10 each and they'd rather lose money then make it, then they expect a good tip? Are you kidding me? I also asked the our groceries be bagged and instead the kid that brings our order out says they were out of bags in front but he has some bags he can bring to us, which he does but then expects for me to bag them, I'm disabled in the back seat and tell him this is why we decided to do our online shopping with you guys but you won't even bag the items for me? Then tell me you were out of stock on 3 of the items we needed, including a box of gloves which I saw they had plenty of! unblievable. never again. I'll take my business to Stater Bros or Wincos' instead and use Instacart with staters again! They never disappoint! read more

Andrew is the DUMBEST "assistant" store manager in the world. I drove in for a battery, it took TWO HOURS to get it installed and when I looked at my bank statement they had overcharged me $12 plus tax for a core charge. It took so long to get in touch with the automotive department that I called HQ and they had Andrew call me back. He acknowledged that the clerk was new and made mistakes. I drive an electric scooter because I am handicapped and this idiot expected me to drive back to the store to show him the receipt where I was overcharged $12 so he could give me the credit. Andrew is so stupid, so incompetent that he couldn't walk and chew gum at the same time. And, I get a printed receipt from the Walmart's McDonalds that says buy one egg mcmuffin, get one free so I order that. Only that is good only for drive through McDonalds, not in store Walmart McDonalds. It is no wonder that this is the first time in over a year that I have been to a Walmart and it will be a long, long time before I go back, I'm sure that will make Andrew happy, he doesn't need customers that don't want to do every stupid thing he demands. read more

This store is the pits. It is hot and uncomfortable, they are often out of the most odd things, like distilled water. Upon requesting why other items were not available, I was told, "well it's just after the weekend and we were very busy". OMG! My husband took our car here today to have a tire that was going flat repaired. He was told it would be about 40 minutes until they would be done with the tire. He waited for an hour before checking on it. He was then told that they fell behind and it would be another 30 minutes before they could get to his car on top of the hour he already waited. Running late at this point to pick up our son from school he asked them if they could just put air the tire. Halfway down the street the tire started going flat again so he took it back. He was then told it would be two hours till they could get to the car because he lost his place in line. I had to leave work to pick up her son and the car never got fixed. This is not the right way to do business. It has caused a lot of stress on my family today and we will not be returning. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Worst experience of my life never would i ever go back if Lisa the service store manager works there she was totally very rude,disrespectful and most of all very angry my thought of a manager treating a costumer with the upmost ignorance. I would like to share my moment as a last time customer. Having self check outs is one of the fastest way to get in and out of walmart dealing with long lines and slow cashier no need at the self check-out i had coupons and paying for my items i scan my coupons and it accepts no worries there. After scanning my last coupon it ask to speak to an assistant (the only thing That slows me down) i dont remember her name but if it helps she was and older short mid age Asian woman. Comes to assist me after doin so she notice my coupons were expired. Note (walmart policy just paraphrasing says if it scans we accept!) After noticing she tells me "we dont not accept expired coupons!" Ok thats fine but why are your machine accepting my expired coupons? Kinda contradicting dont you say? So she continue to say im going to have to call a supervisor..(aka your going to be here for a very long time waiting) my items was ready to get paid for so i pay for them and got my receipt and put it in my hand and told the asian woman nicely i have to go im not goin to wait for an hour on your manager i have my paid items i would like to leave the expired coupons with you, and you can talk your manager yourself. She ask me well im sorry im know its going to be long wait so why dont you come follow me to find a manager? So i said ok..(worse idea in my life) so we find her (lisa the service store manager) she was pretty look nice age maybe in her mid 20s .. So the Asian woman explains the story and she says the same thing we dont accept expired coupons.. Well i told her i paid for my items and its your guys machine that accepts them im leaving she ask me if she can just return the items and give me my money back (after searching for everything in the store for an hour i think not) once i said that the little cute girl got UGLY as i was walking out she calls security to assist her. why? I dont know she jumps in front of my basket and says your not leaving please turn around ... I was very upset and felt very disrespected for her not letting me go like i was trying to steal i said no lisa im leaving please step away from in front of the basket she stayed there gave my a couple of feet to Maneuver my basket around her she Immediately grabs ahold of the cart and very violently shoves it into the metal detecter almost knocking me and the cart over gets in my face and yells ( are you trying run me over?) ok first of all let me set something straight when i moving object is in motion are you (A.) jump in front of it or (B) get the hell away Continuing on lisa is in my face and as she was in my face she reaches over and tries to snatch the receipt out of my hand .. Are you kidding me, why? Anyways to security or should i say employees grabs ahold of me and pushes her back as if i was the attacker. immediately i told them to get your hands off of me i have to receipt of proof of purchase they let me go.. Another manger came along and ask what was the problem again same story same results but this time he says let him go he paid for his items we cant do anything just next time dont bring in expired coupons.. Ok i was fine with that so i told him dont mislead your costumers on thinking they can come in with expired coupons and leave happily if your machine is taking them then you need to upgrade your machine and or get rid of them.. Long story short i get to leave feeling very harassed by lisa but still have my items thanks to... The manager i guess if i go back into that store and see her working there i would be very uncomfortable just because she did not have to behave the way she to not just me but any costumer that is going to in my situation.. This Walmart is the most unorganized and inattentive store I have ever been to. My father and I were waiting 30 mins just to get help opening a, locked cabinet,and after that we asked directly to multiple employees for help only for them to sent us back stating, someone with the keys will help us out. It wasn't until 20 mins after we went back were we helped. In the end, we waited 50 mins, almost an hour, to get hair gel from a locked cabinet. read more

My gd you would think driving from one Wallmart (Murrieta) to another 40 minutes away wouldn't be like going from one planet to another but...I wanted to see about the phone "trade in" promo and was told in Murrieta that the San Jacinto location was participating and could go there. So I drove about 40 mins to see about the trade in value of my cell phone. Well lets just say I NEVER found out the value. After waiting almost an hour around the phone area I eventually had to just leave before going insane. There was just ONE guy who I was told could help me and he was with another customer. He didn't seem to care that I was waiting around to be helped. In fact no one seemed to care. The employees all seemed to be ninjas hiding everywhere. This was a straight up Twilight Zone Wallmart. I have shopped and worked at Walmart's across US and this is worst customer service oriented. I shop online or go to other store because of this. Associates have better things to do than help customer like putting "go backs" away or finishing a conversation w/other associate. If asked where item is, they say over there somewhere. If I ask for help in a department, I have waited 10 minutes for an associate then asked for help, again, only to wait and finally give up and leave frustrated and angry (thank you Tyler for trying so hard to help). I waited in line for 15 minutes in returns while I watched as person left to go do "go back" cart. I check my receipt because prices on shelf do not match or items are not even priced so it deters me from buying. I end up running back to shelf with camera to prove price and item because associates are too busy to assist. I understand business needs to be done. I have managed major stores. But the priority is customer! We pay your paycheck. We make it possible for you to pay your bills, eat and play. We pay you to treat us with courtesy and respect this is why you walked through the door at work, today. I have talked to assistant manager and people doing walk thru about care given to store and customers... I have seen no change. I would prefer to pay more to be treated well. 2 star only reason they get 1 additional star is because the are clean and for most part well stocked. But lacks customer service and cashiers. Jewelry cashier han no people but 15 ppl in line for register 2 registers open . I asked if she can check me out she sai no only jewelry and max 5 items. Wow when she was doing nothing it took 15 minutes to check out for the 10 items i had. And also had an oil change done and they messed up my car. They put the screw too tight and mess up the threads to my oil plug they had to send me to a mechanic to fix it . They did not replace it they tried to fix it now the plug requires a washer and if its not done right it leaks oil my car was newer now having to deal with this for year. I walk around to the next department and finally track someone down. She tells me she will call someone over to help me. I go back to the paint section and wait. Bad customer service. I bought a vacuum and it did not work properly. With receipt on hand I return item with box and everything else it came with. They offered to give me a gift card when I paid debit. Due to managers discretion that's all they can do for me or I was told to try my luck at another Walmart. I asked for even exchange and after 2 managers one finally agreed. But the catch was that I would have to wait in line again. Once I came back to customer service the line was ridiculous, I waited 30 minutes to do an exchange. Once I got to the line I was 4 dollars short the amount. I asked for the money or even a gift card at that point and I was told no it's an even exchange so you have to get something additional for 4 dollars. It's upsetting that even when u purchase with your own money you have to be treated like you stole something. I've spend so much money in this store and never once return an item due to the hassle. Supervisor Renee was very rude and gets only ONE STAR. She was called over to assist me with an item that was missing a tag and just walked away from me when I was trying to ask her a question. She turned something that could have taken 2 minutes to take care of into a 15 minute ordeal, because she just refuse to help me. The employee at the register (I wish I remember her name because she was very sweet) was just as confused as I was because Renee just threw up her hands and walked off. The cashier paged some one else to help me and he was very helpful (I forgot his name as well, but he was younger guy with brown hair and a beard). I stood in line for 20 mins today (with only 3 people in front of me) at the auto service center. This was after waiting 2 hours for an oil change when only 2 cars were in front of me. My husband always had problems with them saying they didn't have the tool to take off his oil filter and now he only goes to the Hemet Walmart for service. This is one of the better Walmarts that I have been too. Its been open now for a little over a year. The location is near my house which is a plus. I usually shop here because the prices are cheaper than other stores. Some of the brands may be lower but it still works. I was able to buy my shoes here....woohoo. I'm often dissatisfied with big box stores like walmart due to their lack of customer focus. Probably because their prices are unbeatable and so people will still shop there no matter what, so the company doesn't have to worry about how their customers are treated. When ever I go inside, I use the self checkout because I can bag my own things quicker/safer than the employees. It helps us to get in & get out. My 4 stars is for the CURBSIDE pickup they offer. I've been doing curbside alot lately due to the pandemic requirements for entering stores & I have to be honest, walmart has the BEST curbside pickup I've used. I also work retail for over 14 years so I understand how things go. I can order my products the day before from the app, select if I want substitutions or not & select a pickup time. I get notifications on any substitutions and can agree to them or not. I get a notification, usually 15 minutes before my selected time slot letting me know my order is ready. I select "I'm on my way" drive over & park in one of the dozens of curbside parking slots #rd. I select what color car & # I'm parked in. The associates come out quickly, greet you nicely & go over any discrepancies with your order. Then they load up your order, sign off the pickup and thank you. I honestly was shocked the 1st time I did a pick up. I thought it was a fluke because I've never, at ANY walmart I've been to, been helped so quickly/efficiently while being welcomed & thanked. But every time I come back, it's the same level of customer satisfaction they deliver. I will almost never actually go inside to shop now unless I absolutely need to. Please pay the associates performing curbside at this location well, because they are doing an awesome job! The only reason it's a 3 is to account for the experiences while shopping in the store read more
