It's sufficient, especially for Walmart. Walmart is amazing at mediocrity. I haven't been at this store for years and it hasn't improved. I got a couple of things and went to self-checkout. Looking at all of the lines, it appeared that Christmas was near, even though it was January. Self-checkout wasn't too bad and people were paying better attention than they do on the streets when driving. There weren't any hiccups with the machine and the attendant was agreeable. read more

This place is horrible. Placed a curbside pickup. They asked me to text when I'm on the way and text when I'm here. You'd think it'd be a quick process. All the orders should be ready and lined up. The store may have things locked up but the staff are very helpful. It's is go to place if you're looking almost every thing under the sun. The tech offer is a but outdated. They have free Wi-Fi. There phone service there at to get pre paid phone. The cashier lines are long. They are currently hiring for more people on the floor. The store is very bright but one Downside is the air conditioning some is working very well and some days it's hot as heck. They have photos services and they do passport pictures in one hour. They also have money center if you have to pay bills but lines are long. I do hope they hire more people. It's a good Walmart. read more

I ordered a tv to be delivered to my house. I choose the option "leave it at my front door" because I was home and could see when it was delivered. The delivery driver, "Stephen" decided on his own that he didn't want to leave it on the front porch, and left without delivering it. Hey Stephen, I was in the shower, I got less than a ten minute notification that it would've been here. If you would have left it LIKE I REQUESTED and not decided for yourself what was best I could have easily picked it off my front porch when I was ready. We don't have a Walmart where we live so whenever we are in the South Bay we make sure to visit. Sometimes, their prices are better than Target's. This Walmart is stuffed with merchandise. I wish their craft section was better. It used to be bigger. They also don't have a lot of craft merchandise on the floor. Everything is locked up. They don't seem to have a bell to call a clerk. You have to hunt one down to open the cabinets for you. That's the only bummer. read more

I ordered an item online specifically to avoid the hassle of waiting for someone to unlock the in-store cages. However, when I came to pick it up (already inside the store), an employee told me I had to go back outside, get in my car, and locate the pickup area--something that wasn't clearly marked and was difficult to find. I then had to navigate a chaotic parking lot and wait another 10 minutes in the scorching sun before someone brought out my order. The employee who delivered it didn't verify my ID, even though Walmart claims they do this for secure pickups. When I opened the bag, I found the bottle was poorly resealed with packing tape, and the plastic hygienic cover that's normally under the lid was completely missing, and cream was clearly used. This is a product meant for your face--how could anyone feel safe using that?! The staff should have know that this item was in no condition to be re-sold. This review is for the Bakery department only. I recently ordered a custom cake from the Bakery department at Walmart. I placed the order online a few days in advance and signed up for text updates, but I didn't receive any updates apart from the confirmation of receiving my order. You can also check the status of your order online but I noticed it wasn't updated in real-time as my pick-up time was set to 1pm and when I checked at 1pm, it still said it was not ready for pick-up. When I arrived to pick up my cake, the worker was super nice and the cake was ready for pick up. I saw people customizing Walmart cakes on social media and knew I wanted to use Walmart for my next cake for my next milestone. I got a six-inch custom cake with white icing and a white shell border. I planned to decorate the rest of the cake myself for that Pinterest aesthetic I've been seeing online. I was thrilled with the outcome! Tastewise it was good, the icing was pretty sweet but I liked how the cake inside was soft and moist. I recommend giving the custom cakes a try for your next event. read more

This location is always busy and congested. A lot of the items such as hygiene products and motor oil are behind locked glass cases. Parking is hectic and it is best to park further to avoid someone parking super close to your car. read more

This location in spite of my paying the $5. Express delivery fee, agreeing to pay the driver $18.98 tip and that the store is WOTHIN 1.4 MILES FROM MY ADDRESS returned to the store. They sale an item with no tag price and even customer wait in line for long time to check out they said no tag price for this item, you can't check out at all and no other staffs can help to check the price. While I've definitely reviewed retail businesses in the past, they've always been of the smaller variety and/or some beloved sort of place. There's never really been much of a point when it comes to big box retailers; you're going for a reason, you know what to expect, and a Yelp rating isn't going to change anything. However, I need to vent and in the only way a Yelper knows how - by writing a therapeutic one star review. When it comes to me and Walmart, our relationships has never been one of love. Rather, the majority of my visits have always been more out of function and convenience than an overwhelming desire to peruse the aisles. Without a doubt, they carry a wide range of goods and their prices are generally very cheap, which makes them a terrific one-stop shop for whatever you need. At the same time, the quality of some of the stuff they sell is just as cheap as their price and the vibes always feel so sad and dreary. The one thing that I've never had issues with are the store associates, who I've generally quite found to be quite friendly and helpful. That is, until my last (and last) trip to this location... After making the drive down here from SF, I wanted to relieve my bladder of my morning coffee and followed the signs to the restroom at the front of the store. As I walked up, I could obviously see a worker parked outside the door to the men's side with a cleaning cart, waiting for the last customer(s) to finish. Since I wasn't familiar with this particular store, I wanted to ask if there was another restroom in the store that I could use or if I should just wait... Me: "Excuse me, is this the only bathroom or-" Worker 1: "The bathroom is closed." Me: "Oh I understand. I just wanted to ask-" Worker 1 (in an annoyed, louder tone): "Bathroom is closed for cleaning." Me (frustrated): "Yes, I can see that. I'm just trying to ask you-" Worker 1 (tersely): "I don't speak English." Me (also annoyed): "I'm just trying to find out if there's another one." Worker 1 (dismissively): "Okay." To be clear, this worker's English seemed perfectly fine (her attitude was definitely fluent). However, even if she didn't really speak English... Me: "Excuse me, do you guys have another restroom in the store? The one in front is closed for cleaning." Worker 2 (looking up from his cell phone): "Yeah, it looks like they're cleaning it, so you can't use that one until they're done." Me: "Yes, I know...I'm just trying to find out if there's another one in the store." Worker 2: "Well, if you want to use that one, you'll have to wait." This is about grocery delivery. You cannot count on this store to find a driver to deliver your food sometimes. They have assigned 4 drivers to my order this evening and none of them have showed up to pick it up. Why even have delivery drivers contracted if you can't get one to deliver the groceries. I put in my order at 2:00 p.m. today with the delivery window of 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is now 10:05 p.m. And I just got the second email that my delivery is delayed. We've had driver steal orders they were supposed to deliver. We've had drivers get in front of our house and then take it back to the Walmart store. And now I can't even get my groceries that I ordered at 3:00 p.m. today. There's got to be a better way for Walmart to do this. read more

Why every time I shop here do you never have bags? I spend over $250 every shopping trip. At least if you can't figure out how to order bags then sell reusable bags or have produce boxes for people. I'm sick of it though. I work at Safeway and if we come even close we drive to another store and get more bags. It's such an inconvenience for customers. This Walmart is very close to my place so I come here to do grocery shopping often. It's pretty spacious. It's not super clean like Sprouts or Whole foods but not too bad. Acceptable. Price is affordable, cheaper than Safeway. For the most part, produce is pretty fresh. I'd recommend going in the morning to have more choices. The deli department probably my least favorite. It usually takes forever for someone to help you and people work there are not really friendly. Besides groceries, this Walmart also has Pharmacy and other stuff so it's convenient to go to 1 place and get multiple things. read more

I recently visited the Walmart store to take advantage of their "lowest price guaranteed" policy, expecting a smooth transaction. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but that. I had found an item on Walmart's own website (not a third-party seller), priced lower than in-store. Confident that Walmart's price match policy would apply, I approached the customer service desk. However, when I explained the situation to employees Elizabeth and Paloma, they refused to honor the price match, citing two conflicting reasons: 1. The item did not show up in their in-store inventory. 2. Therefore, they were unable to price match the website listing. This was frustrating and confusing, as Walmart's own policy clearly states that items sold on their website (excluding third-party sellers) are eligible for a price match. I had already verified this policy beforehand by calling Walmart's customer service hotline, where I was assured that my situation qualified. When I explained this to Elizabeth and Paloma, they remained firm in their refusal, which contradicted both the policy and the information I had received from customer service. Their unwillingness to even attempt to resolve the issue or escalate it left me feeling disappointed. As a loyal Walmart customer, I expect better adherence to policy and professionalism from the staff. The lack of consistency between online policies, customer service representatives, and in-store employees reflects poorly on Walmart's commitment to its promises. I hope Walmart management takes this feedback seriously to improve training and communication for employees like Elizabeth and Paloma. Customers should not have to fight to get a policy honored--especially when it's printed in black and white. Walmart Photo Center I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this Walmart photo center. I had to go to the store in person to upload my photos because their website didn't work. Tam told me it would take about an hour. I waited, but when I came back, I was told the machine had shut down because it was past 8 PM and they were closing for the day, and I would need to return the next day The next day, I came back and Tam said only 100 of my photos were ready because the printer had broken down. They gave them to me without a receipt and told me to hold on to my original receipt for when the rest were ready. A few days later, I received a call saying the full order was ready. I went back to pick them up and found that they had reprinted all of the pictures including the 100 I had already received and paid for. I told them I didn't need duplicates and didn't want to pay for them again. They refused to separate the order or let me take just the remaining photos. I even asked if they could shred the duplicates in front of me since I didn't want to pay extra they refused to do that too. I spoke with Joseph, and Michael. Not one of them was helpful. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to resolve the issue or even acknowledge the inconvenience I went through. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had, and I will not be returning to this location for any services. read more

Just a heads up. Lots of mobile order shoppers crowding the aisles and scanning items for mobile orders. Lots and lots of employee carts down the aisles stocking inventory during store hours resulting in limited space for customers to browse the aisles due to being blocked by large carts. Mobile shoppers pushing and not being able to wait and crowding the aisle for regular customers. Long lines, cashiers don't keep the line moving. In addition to that NO bags at all in the store. We were told today Walmart will no longer be providing customers with bags. They need to bring their own. read more

This is the standard Walmart in the area. I usually only stop by pretty quickly if I need to get something. There's actually a pretty wide selection of items, but I always feels like it's too crowded and some kind of chaos happening. I was surprised to see that they have quite a bit of premade food and groceries. The pizzas that you can cook at home are a pretty good deal. The customer service is lacking and one of the managers I've interacted with was rude. It's interesting that even with self checkout, an associate has to give the one checking you out. read more
