So annoying i came here around 8 pm and all the dam rows were filled with these metal restocking rolling carts, employees were restocking shelves at the customers inconvinience. Alright soooo I went back to Walmart for a quick trip. I'll admit it wasn't my first choice but oh boy reviews make a difference!!!!! They had such a large staff I think I saw one in every other aisle. It was clean like omg clean and trust me the parking lot was a hot mess since there were so many people there. I'm giving a 4 since I was so amazed that they cleaned up but the waiting time at checkout was crazy. :(.........20 minutes+ I was so close to calling it quits but I didn't give in. I know that holiday staff has done an amazing work. Please keep half the staff if not more because that place can't go back the way it used to look like. I love the change so much I've gone shopping 3 more times since then. All we need is more cashiers!!! XD I'll update after the holidays to see if things get better or if they got worse. read more

I visited the customer service department for an exchange on a electronic item I purchased on Dec 23rd, 2017. I brought my receipt. Once it was my turn in line I told the lady what i needed. She asked when did you purchased it? She didn't even bother to see my receipt, I said Dec 23rd. She then said, that the time frame had expired on Jan 4th 2018 for black Friday deals. I said huh??? then she said you can contact the manufacturer they can give you another one. She didn't have any intentions on helping me out. I was waiting to return an item at the customer service line, and an elderly lady stepped up asking for her more elderly mother to be paged since she couldn't find her she was worried almost at tears she asked Kristina "support manager" more than 5 times to help her, she literally ignore her... she almost broke down to tears... I just couldn't believe the lack of empathy this woman was showed.. an other associate Maria at customer service luckily walked up as her shift started, she helped her in less than a minute after she had stood there for almost 15 minutes and the "support manager" was walking around like miss bad ass I don't care snobby "manager", disregard my run on sentences I just felt for this lady, my heart went out for her, being the daughter of an elderly woman, and the mother of a special needs 6 year old boy ... i just couldn't believe my eyes. read more

This place is getting ridiculous. I kind of understand not allowing merchandise to leave the electronics department, but now they are not letting you take makeup out of the cosmetic department!! This "convenient store" is becoming less and less convenient. I am not going to WALMART to make 3 different purchases. I want to take my items to one register, with less the a 30 min line, and get out. Not hopscotch from department to department making alot of small purchases. Today I was helped by Coco in customer service.... there was a super long line and people just kept coming. She was the only one on the register. She was calmed,and helped every customer as fast and accurate as she could... line moved fast - but most importantly she was knowledgeable, helpful, and w a big smile - big 10 for coco!!! read more

I was so happy that they were opening one so close to home but now I avoid it like the plague. It became sloppy so fast. I don't blame the employees, I blame the customers. Who leaves their (full) In N Out cups on top of merchandise? Like, who does that? And if you change your mind about something, just put it back! Especially perishable food... Otherwise, pretty nice restroom, and they have a 24HR subway inside. They do seem to run out of stuff a lot faster than every other Walmart. Tip: Don't even dream about parking near the entrances, just save yourself the headache and walk a little more. read more

Horrible service by managers ! Other staff are very nice and helpful but when it's comes down to managers they think they got it good and they don't do nothing ! I asked for a Minnie Mouse bike I was told to take a pic of the barcode and pay first, so I made a long line paid for just the bike and went to wait for them to hand me the bike 3:04pm 20 min passed manager comes and open the lock gives one black lady a Minnie bike without purchasing it first as I was told and then they decide to give me a broken one and I told them I didn't want it so they said we will go get you one from the back, 10 min before 4 they come and say sorry we have no more bikes we can give you your money back after not only wasting my time but also they give you an attitude. Super rude ! Also they don't answer costumer service calls and when they do they have you transferred like 10 times and I was told they had Minnie bikes on stock, Walmart needs to train they're managers better to get the job done well! read more

The manager was super rude I waited at least 20 min to get help because I needed paint that was behind a locked glass and you have to press a button and I was pressing it numerous times but no one would help me or the ppl around me and she said "STOP PRESSING THE BUTTON ITS INTERRUPTING THE WALKIES" and rolled her eyes and walked away and didn't help us. Never had a problem at this Walmart. I always find what I need. It's way cleaner and more organized than other Walmart's. I just don't like the fact that Walmart hires people who clearly don't care about their job and you can just tell. I asked 2 young ladies for an item I needed and they both gave me different aisles and neither aisle had it. When I asked another gentlemen he said he wasn't sure. How can you work at Walmart on the floor and not know where merchandise is????? Not only that but As he walked away I stood looking at him and he was just walking, he stopped and started chit chatting with another employee. So you can't help me find the merchandise I need but u can go and chit chat. I finally asked another gentlemen and he was very polite and kindly took me to the aisle. This guy deserves a promotion!!! Worst Walmart I have ever been to. We waited 30 minutes in line because their managers and staff are incompetent. They cramble around asking each other the same question and don't bother to help other customers that are waiting patiently in line. The "20 items or less" line is a waste of time. It's actually SLOWER to get checked out in that line. Overall a terrible experience. They are clearly understaffed and should open up more cash registers. There's a very disrespectful "manager" name Dominque that seriously needs to take customer service classes with her disrespectful attitude. We purchased a toy that was priced incorrectly over seeing the receipt we noticed that it was priced three times more than what we thought it was going to be. I already knew this place was shitty but today they went too far. The Cashier, Maria, gave me the wrong change and now I've been waiting for over 30 minutes for my correct change while they "review the cameras". Really?? I didn't even leave the store before I noticed my change was wrong. Not even a minute had passed. Not a big Walmart fan but since it is the closest to my home I rely on that to go most of the time. Horrible experiences they are always out of stock on everything we need. Always hygiene products What store does not have soap are they that cheap that soap always finishes and they dont have it in the back. This location is a true nightmare. Everything is out of place nothing is orginezed, and if you go past 7pm a lot of the aisles are blocked of by pallets of stuff. When you need assistance there is no one to ne found and when you find someone they tell you im sorry this is not my section are you serious if you work here you should be able to help or at the very least find someone who can. Then where the dressing rooms are you find packs of emplyees all together talking about their lives and laughing like they are at a party no wonder no one can help customers. Prior to coming to this Walmart, I had already checked to see if a cable I was looking for was in stock, which said it was. After looking and looking, I couldn't find it so I asked an employee. He just said that if they weren't there then they ran out. He couldn't even guide me to where they could be at or anything else. I began my search again and what do you know, I found what I was looking for. Thanks for nothing! Never going back to this store again! I went to pick up my stuff at site to store I was in line for over an hour then the customer in front of me got out of line and went to pick up her items and she said she used the app (Walmart app) and that it took an hr for them to have her stuff ready. I decided to use the app and it said they would call me when my stuff we're ready. Then we walked around for another hour and went back to the front at 9 (been there since 7) I waited and waited and while I waited 3 other customers were angry and told them off since they couldn't find their orders so they were asking for refunds. Anyways at 9:45 I went up to the counter and asked how long did I have to wait and they said they were behind on the app so they were just getting the customers who were in line so they wanted me to go back in line! I told them I wasn't going to go back in line because it's not my fault they are "behind" on their app orders. Finally a nice girl got my order number & she went to look for it & came back around 10:20. She apologized but the other girl who was making me go back in line right away said "yess she's gone" (referring to me). Never again am I going to order or go to this Walmart. Don't do site to store unless you're willing to wait 2-4 hours for your items. read more
