    I came to this location for an oil change. The signage clearly states that they're open from 7 AM to 7 PM but they are all closed off. I got here and it was only 6 o'clock. This is false advertisement.

    This is Kevin the employee that didn't even acknowledge me or my question.

    I went in today to shop for some women's clothes and I strolled to go look at the women's shoes as well, while browsing I needed to use the restroom and since they had a restroom near the tv section I went to check if they were open. As I neared the restroom I saw a Walmart employee exiting the back doors and I politely approached him and asked him if the restrooms were open and if not to ask for a code. He walked past me even tho he clearly saw me as we were the only ones there, maybe he didn't hear me i thought and went after him and said excuse me but he walked away as if I didn't exist! Found out this employee works at the front as a cashier talking to people and ringing them up , his name is Kevin, he's a white male w a large figure and very little hair. He completely ignored me and my question made me feel very invisible and uncomfortable.

    I, my one year old and 5 year old (African American) was harassed and racially profiled (by your older Asian employee) at your SuperWalmart in Stockton, Ca (11/18/2023 around 18:30). Your employee screamed at us, called us black as if we don't know that we are black, called security on my kids for looking at toys, I had to ask an employee to get a manager. GIANT crowds of customers watched as your employee continued to yell at me in front of managers!!!! 7 managers instructed her to leave and she refused and continue to yell at me and my kids! She yelled at us in front of the whole store and said we are DRAMA! She was stealing company time on her phone scrolling on Facebook! My baby was terrified he didn't want to get down or look at anymore. My five year old kept asking was we in trouble and was scared to look at more toys. I will be contacting a lawyer and will be going to the news this is the holidays kids wants toys she should not be working with KIDS AT ALL! This is not right I managers had to stand in between us because she became highly aggressive and I shouldn't have to be in fear when we are shopping to spend money with YOU! I am appalled! I wish I could give a negative rating this is disgusting!

    $2.34 product and I am forced to buy it in cosmetics even though I have other shopping to do.

She was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful--truly one of the most caring individuals I've ever spoken with in customer service. My pet depends on these eye drops because he doesn't produce his own tears, and we weren't scheduled to return to town until July 14. Marie went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of during a time when most wouldn't even return a call. Thank you, Marie, for thinking of us and for going above and beyond. There doesn't…read moreseem to be too many options to fill my specific prescription in California, not within over an hour drive for me, but they're usually able to fill it and ship it to me within 1-3 days of receiving it from my doctor, overnighting it for a reasonable extra charge. I'm not familiar with their broader selection, but they had what I needed and their website will offer more insight into the other compounded medicines they offer! Thanks Donald! - Natalia, Juana, & Gina (And others whose names don't immediately come to mind!) Edit: I forgot to mention, they also offered my prescription between $20-50$ cheaper than the other three pharmacies I reached out to when comparing pharmacies.

    Before opening an account, I had a number of specific questions that neither the receptionist nor…read morethe pharmacist had the patience to explore with me. The receptionist interrupted each attempt at discussion and then put me on hold for a pharmacist. He also frequently interrupted - either to get me to transfer the account - talk later / or, give him a specific prescription to fill. When I attempted yet again to detail my needs, he hung up! (mind you, no unpleasant words, criticisms, or doubts - just wanting to be sure that Calmont Pharmacy would be a good match in filling my needs) In short, 25 minutes (mostly on hold) wasted. Sadly, Calmont Pharmacy seems to offer no greater responsiveness to their customers individual needs than their big box brothers. The majority of pharmacies can manage a smile and prescription processing. I sought out an independent pharmacy based on my individual needs which had been so well served by now defunct independents in past years. Being knowledgable and local means little or nothing when they lack the patience to hear out a new customer's needs. To interrupt for the sake of expediency or hang up when the customer is not going to fit into their call management routine leaves me frustrated, but forewarned. Brusque, automated processing of my prescriptions is something I can find at any of their competitors, including those online. (At least the latter usually allows for e-mails in which one can clarify their needs and expectations.) For those seeking better service and a measure of human responsiveness, I hope that you too will discover, sooner rather than later, that Calmont does not provide that exception.
