I never heard of return without a receipt will only give you half of the product price. I hardly buy things from Walmart, but we went artificial Christmas tree run before Christmas and bought this foot bath hoping this will replace the lost one we had before. Unfortunately, the foot bath is defected and not holding the temperature. So we decided to pay a visit and get my refund. When I paid for this, my card got hacked and had a replacement. So the cashier scaned almost all my cards and none of them valid, just because my replacement card did not registered in their system. I told her that and she said without receipt, she had to card me and then gave me half of the original price. Dude, we all know, they resale tje return priducts regardless. I am so disappointed. She gave me this in-house gift card with the half amount credits. I decided to use it rather than keep it, just because I will lose it. So at the self check, I scared the gift card, it counted as I am buying it. Then the lady took a long time to come help me. Then I have to pay the remaining balance. This center was the first Walmart Super Center in Northern California. I loved it when it first opened since it was open 24 hours but it's no longer that anymore. You can find just about anything here. From food to auto parts to sports accessories and more. Probably the best for a one stop shopping experience. It can get very busy in here and the lines can be tedious so I recommend coming in here when it's not as busy. read more

I went in today to shop for some women's clothes and I strolled to go look at the women's shoes as well, while browsing I needed to use the restroom and since they had a restroom near the tv section I went to check if they were open. He walked past me even tho he clearly saw me as we were the only ones there, maybe he didn't hear me i thought and went after him and said excuse me but he walked away as if I didn't exist! 11/5/23 - I had a little emergency and had to find an eyeglass place that was open on a Sunday. I knew of two places to try, so the first was not opened, then I thought to look up Walmart. Walmart was the winner!! I hurried to get out the house because my 1-year old grandson some how found my eyeglass case, took out my glasses and broke the left arm. This all happened Saturday evening and I didn't find out until late. I don't wear my glasses in my house; no need to!!!! So that's what happened! When I walked in the clerk said that she could help me. I still had that tiny screw with me. So within minutes I was on my way!!! I was a happy camper and their was no charge. If I had waited and went to the first place I am more than sure he would have charged me $40.00 & !! But unfortunately, the screw was not in their tight enough, but I could see something blocking my view while driving. I took off my glasses and I could see it wasn't in tight enough. I took them back to Walmart Monday afternoon and I was helped very quickly by another customer care rep. She took them screwed it in tighter and put some kind of glue on it. Now, that's service!!! Again, no charge!!! Thank you Walmart (Eyewear Department)!!!! I have spare glasses, but they are very blurry. I had to cancel my credit card because Walmart saved my credit card number without permission from an online order, despite specific instructions NOT to save it, because someone ordered something on 19 June 2025 using MY CARD. I found the box on my front porch on 22 June when I came home from church. I returned the stuff at the nearest store, had the money put back on my card, and canceled the card as soon as I got home again. Ok it's Walmart and it's huge but it's really crowded maybe I visited on the wrong day / time of the week it was a Sunday about 1:00 PM parking lot was packed lines were long moved fairly quick for as long as the lines were. People now do not look where they are going and everyone would just parked themselves in the middle of the aisles or blocked the entrance way completely after saying excuse a few times people would finally move. Main thing I could not believe was how dirty the parking lot was garbage everywhere I will say we came in for a few household items but left with groceries instead never made it through the entire store husband cannot handle crowded Walmarts we did pop over to hardware section to pick up shower head which we almost didn't go over to search for one since an employee told me they do not have shower heads at Walmart he said he never saw one there so they don't have them. Wow, what has happened to this location? I've been to the Trinity Parkway Walmart and I actually like going to that store. This store for many reasons obvious and not so obvious is dramatically different. When you have employees that have to escort you to the check out due to an uptick in theft it raises a lot of red flags. Is the recent uptick related to covid? The economy? The number of homeless near this location? Is it Stockton in general? Is it because a lot of people seem to boondock there? Also, when your employees are complaining about management right in front of you and a transaction that should take about 15 minutes takes about an hour you really take a hard look at what constitutes customer service these days. This was my first time to the store. I only used the pick up option from the online app. They had my order within two hours ready. I got a notification via email. When it came time for me to pick up the order I let them know through the app. When I arrived in the parking lot, I got a phone call from Walmart asking if I was at the store? Rushed over after work to do a return as today, a Wednesday, is my only time to do so due to work. I get there at 7:50pm and they turned me away and told me they were closed. This review is for Khang in automotive service dept. I came here today to resolve an issue with an oil change I received at another Walmart as the warranty states to bring your car to your nearest Walmart auto center. I had an oil change and fuel service done on my car 2 days ago. The following day my car's check engine light came on. When the oil was checked it showed it was nearly empty and the oil filter had not been replaced. The manager Khang was very attentive and didn't take my stressed/ temperamental attitude personal, instead he understood my concerns. Even though the service was not performed at this location, he attended to it as though it was. I really appreciated his attentiveness to my car and my safety. He was able to resolve the issues of the check engine light and he did a full oil change and corrected the issues. You do not receive service like this especially when the issue presented was not a result of their work. Not only was this matter resolved but I it was handled immediately as I arrived and spoke with someone about the issue. Thank you Khang! read more

This review is for the front end supervisors/managers. They had crates in two sections of the stores advertised for $1. I grabbed 6 of them yet they all rung up for over $5. The cashier called the manager over and we waited over 10 minutes for the manager to arrive. She gets there with an attitude and modifies the price for only one of the crates. The cashier tells her that it's six of them and the manager just says no and walks away with an attitude. Walmart's need to be more consistent I came here twice in a row and the garden center has Been closed both times this time I missed closure by a mere 16 minutes I have drove out Of town on a hunt for left over Christmas decorations and paper but I cannot even explore the selection because they have decided to place it in the garden section which closes at 9 pm. Every Sunday my husband goes to super Walmart on hammer line in Stockton and this cashier Terry and her manager Meena don't know how to count items. they told my husband that the onions he bought has to be counted one item each for all 4 onions . which is in one bag it should be counted as per pound. it was so embarrassing to stand and listen to their BS . my request to Walmart is to hire professional and pay them good also please hire people who can speak English . This has been the worst experience I have ever had at Walmart.i bought a pair of shoes by Fubu.and after o ly 2 months the soles started coming off. I talked to customer service before I took them back. When I got there, the lady at the counter said they would not take them back ! I was telling her the sole of the shoe was coming off and I just wanted an exchange. She again refused. My wife and I don't drive so we us Walmart delivery for our grocery shopping. Deliveries are on time and we usually get everything we ordered. Our main complaint is that the people who gather the orders either have no common sense or don't care about what they're doing. We order two potatoes for baking, one will be large and the other half the size. Often, the fruit will be bruised, the vegetables old or way undersized.
