As an honest paying shopper I find it extremely disrespectful to be treated like a criminal meanwhile actual criminals can walk out of the store with full carts worth of products. Unacceptable Treatment Toward My Husband…read more I am writing this review on behalf of my husband, who was treated extremely poorly by an employee named Patrick. When the register kept giving an error, my husband suggested moving to another machine. Instead of considering that the register might be malfunctioning, Patrick insisted the issue was my husband's card and spoke to him in a dismissive, unhelpful manner. A short time later, another customer experienced the exact same problem on that same register -- clearly showing the machine was the issue, not my husband's card. To prove it even further, another employee stepped in and rang him up on a different register, and the card went through instantly with no issues at all. There was absolutely no excuse for the way Patrick treated my husband or for refusing to simply try another register. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
