She is a cashier, named Kelly, I am not sure of her last name, but she has lighter hair, middle aged, and she gave me the best check out experience. Very disappointed. Looking for an item asked Alberto for assistance. He appeared very disinterested in helping and gave the impression I was a bother. Then asked Tabitha for assistance. She also was no help. Just looked lost like she didn't understand and kept saying no. No I don't know. Excuse me Walmart? Don't you teach your employees that if they don't know where an item is find another staff person that does!!!!!! Don't just ignore the customer. I ended up going to target and guess what? The first employee that I came across asked me before I even asked said to me if they can help me find something. She physically walked me to the item. I've been back to Walmart twice since and get that same attitude with all but the Lady Ann. Walmart is lucky to have Ann. She's the only floor staff that knows how to treat customers. Maybe they should have her teach a class to the others on how to treat customers. read more

There have been a few occasions when I've made a huge grocery run at this store, only to get home and discover the "Use or Freeze By" date for chicken or steak expired 1-3 days prior ... or it expires on the date of purchase. I will take my business elsewhere ... even if I have to pay more to ensure the meat is fresh and well within the expire date. read more

It's Walmart... You never know what you are going to get. You may get an uneventful shopping experience. You may see a variety of characters in various states of mind! Of course they have a HUGE selection of everything at decent prices. Yes, their customer service sucks...but you know that going in! That's how they keep the prices so low! Me and a friend were in Zion National Park Utah last weekend for some hiking, canyoneering and jet skiing where we ended up losing our GoPro and decided to go to Walmart to buy a new one. The next morning when we opened the package to head the the no trains and start recording we realized that the seal on the package was broken and this was a defective GoPro that was once returned to the store and instead of them sending it back to the manufacturer, they decided to put it back on the shelve and sell it to us. Best part is that when we tried to return it on the way back to LA they were giving us a hard time..... Very disappointed! read more

I've been shopping here for years. And then one day I happened to be vaping. I wasn't aware that laws had changed rather recently about vaping in doors. I take one drag from my ecigarette and suddenly, as we're already going out the door, receipt in hand, an employee blows up in my face like a freaking lunatic. It doesn't matter if she's right. You don't treat your customers like shit. I told her I doubted there was a law about vaping in doors (which I was wrong about) but I also proceeded to inform her that I have a personal rule that if my vaping makes anyone uncomfortable, I won't do it in their presence or on their property. She continued with a bitchy attitude. I reminded her that I took one drag and the ecigarette was now in my pocket. We have a receipt in hand and our things are bagged and we're ready to leave. I asked her if that was okay (as if I needed her permission. I would have bulldozed over her if I had to). I came home, called the Walmart and filed a complaint. The conversation with the manager didn't give me confidence about how employees should treat customers. A polite: "I'm sorry, a law has been passed which prohibits you from vaping in here. There was a company wide meeting about it recently" would have done just fine. It's not like the customers attend your meetings or hear about new laws immediately after they've been passed. All the manager talked about was the legality of vaping and how the old "no smoking" sign serves as a "no vaping" message as well... even though the image is of an actual cigarette. Oh well. I understand. I was wrong. I was also accommodating. And I got a relentless bitch screaming at my face. If I ever get treated this poorly from them again, I'll be just as fucked up as them. read more

The women who work in the self checkout section at night here are quite possibly some of the most rude, socially inept people I've ever had the misfortune of running into. I can only assume that the reason why they work there at night is because they would scare away the larger amounts of customers that come through during the day. If someone is using a self checkout in the middle of the night, then hey, maybe they're not interested in being bothered for no reason. Someone having a conversation with someone else is NOT AN INVITATION for you to butt in with your loud, obnoxious voice and start practically screeching questions. Also, stepping in "for a second" while a customer is trying to make a transaction and then shutting down the whole register without bothering to actually SAY that's what you're doing shows an incredible lack of awareness for anyone other than yourself. Unfortunately I am not referring to any single person, but multiple people, and this has not been the first time I've had a run in with an Over-Vigilant Self Checkout Night Harpy at this Walmart or even an Over-Vigilant Harpy there in general. If you all completely lack the ability to not be so utterly fucking rude to customers then I suggest you do a little research on how the average cave goblin learns how to interact appropriately with humans. The Night Stockers have better social skills and I've never even interacted with a single one of them. Heck, the Night Stockers are my favorite people in the whole store. 10/10 for the Night Stockers! You go, Night Stockers! I consider myself to be a feminist but despite that I would still 100% support there only being men working at the self checkouts at night (Frida Kahlo forgive me for I have sinned), because the men who work at this particular Walmart apparently actually know how to do their jobs and show basic respect. The people who work the self checkouts during the day, however, seem to have social skills for the most part and I have no overt complaints regarding them. read more

Worst standard oil change ever. Put fluids in the wrong area. Then needed to drain them out after finally looking at a manual and seeing what they did wrong. Come to find out, they didn't have the right tools to undo the plug and drain the fluids. Wait time was originally 30 minutes, ended up being over two hours. read more

What can you expect from Walmart? I'm not expecting much to begin with, but how about NOT a group of creepy employees smoking near the front door, how about NOT trash throughout the parking lot. I know they dont have control of the people going there, but this one in Washington feels like it is on D Street in Las Vegas. Creepy, dirty, and 12 register lanes and never more than one or two open no matter how many people are lined up. I avoid going there and drive to the one in Bloomington that is much cleaner with out all the creepy. read more

I called this store looking for an item. They bounced me around, then an employee came on the line telling me they have no idea when it will be in stock. NOBODY asked what the product was, so how can they even know what I am looking for? Another local store looked it up and saw that it was in stock at this store, but I kept getting passed around from dept to dept and nobody was helpful. This place is a joke! read more

Do not expect to order online and pick up anything. This is not the first time. The processing system is not current, nor the in-stock proclamations. The customer service people are nice however, but the convenience is not convenient. I end up spending an hour sitting around for people to make phone calls and track down merchandise. It used to be a pretty good store. Their shelves are half empty often. Trashy! They need to keep it cleaner. I do think that they have good help. If you can't find something they will walk you right to where you need to be. The people at the self check out are very helpful and usually get to you pretty fast if the machine quits working. Just get back to like it used to be. Keep it stocked and with a good variety of stuff. Keep it clean, inside and out. One last thing. I had to come down a little later than normal. I was nervous about being there that late. The parking lot was well lit and there were enough employees and customers out in the parking lot that I always felt safe. I gave this store a bad rating. Few years ago for so many reasons. A new competitors superstore opened a couple of miles away and they have really changed. They are trying to keep their shelves full, the store is more organized and cleaner, the help seem to be a little more content because there isn't the chaos there used to be.
