The parking lot of this particular location is always super busy and quite frankly dangerously chaotic. The patrons at this location tend to be in quite a hurry to get a spot or leave, so you need to drive with a lot of caution. The store itself is nice. Clean. Organized. Has a grocery store inside. I see why the parking lot is packed at nearly every hour its open. Today... the visit was to return an online order of big huge heavy dog crate. Box was big. Box was heavy. Very hard to push. Parking lot was full so no handicapped spots. Nore were there open online order spots so I parked as far away as you can imagine. I smartly started my return on line to make the return easier. I dont think that made it any bit easier. However: The return center at this location was super organized and clean. The person working it was very nice and good at his job. all I had to do is scan a barcode off an email. That printed out a return tracking to get the package from Walmart to manufacturer. However, I learned that I dont get my refund right away. This I did not like or appreciate. I learned today that Walmart justs acts as a shipping agent between me and the manufacturer. once it gets at manufacturer I get my refund. Not cool. Im not a fan of that. I bought it thru walmart. Transaction was initially between walmart and myself. I strongly feel if I got this thing thru Walmart and Walmarts website (not from the manufacturers website which I could have easily done) walmart should refund my money and deal with the manufacture themselves. Which is why they didn't get five stars (due to return policy) Also getting this heavy steel, oversized boxed item inside was beyond challenging. Coming inside to store I was pushing a large hundred pound boxed dog crate that was balanced on my cart as it didnt fit inside the cart. There was an employee outside who just finished gathering carts and was returning to the outside. He watched me struggle with this thing didn't bother to ask if I needed help (I looked like I could of used it and would have appreciated help) Then going inside thru the entrance I was nearly run over by three different walmart employees leaving the building. Not only did they make entering difficult they didn't even say excuse me... nor did they offer assistance. The greeter didn't say hello. She did smile but i had to ask her where customer service was. I felt pretty stupid when I saw it was directly to my left. Lol. She at least was nice and smiled and pointed to it. All together, for something that is billed as an easy return... this was not as easy as it could have been. read more

The staff member on the loud speaker 1/23/26 was incredibly demeaning and rude. This same staff member was yelling at customers and talking to them like children, yelling "uh uh turn around" at a hard of hearing customer trying to get necessities before a nationally covered ice and snow storm. Walmart's staff speaking to customers this way is an obvious disregard of Walmart's core values that include respecting the individual, serving the members and customers, and striving for excellence. Very disappointing, shop locally. Editing to add: this staff also yelled at a woman in a wheelchair and an elderly man to move faster. I didn't know being ableist was a part of the hiring process with Walmart. The more you know! read more

I'm not a fan of Walmart in general, but I do come here for standard items, like my refrigerator water filters and other pharmaceuticals. The water filters were a higher price in-store, but I showed customer service the online price and they adjusted it for me. The customer service is always nice to me. I picked up an online order today, and the employee was friendly and promptly got my package. There are 16 online pickup parking spaces which is impressive. The downsides of this location are the dangerous parking lot which makes me very wary and cautious, and the self checkout area. I think going forward I will do online orders only and save myself the stress of going in the store. read more

All self check out. It is a mess. The store is really not that convenient either. I guess I am just Just not happy with my experiences here but felt it needed to be represented in a review. I have also ran in many times just thinking I would grab a few items and always leave disappointed. Especially over the last year. The visit before last they were completely out of the blue bags for all the self check out registers. How does that even happen. I ended up just loading from cart to car. This visit, they didn't have what I needed and it was something they discontinued carrying at the store, or possibly a supply and demand issue. Doesn't matter, I don't care to go back unless there is no other option. I have now walked out of the store twice in the last 6 months with nothing. It's a pretty store but no longer a fan and personally all the self checkouts only need to go and it's kind of ridiculous. read more

Customer was horrible! I was in line and I knew I had money on my food stamps I confirmed before I went into the store. So I got a few things. I separated the two items that were going to be paid cash and my HSA card. Get to pay he claims my food stamps says 0.00 but no paper came out of the receipt saying so I said can you validate how much bc I know how much is on there and I didn't spend more than I have available he told me no. At this point I told him to ring it all up and I would call my dad to come pay. Very frustrating. read more

There was a man working by the food probably stocking it or something I came to this Walmart for 1 thing and 1 thing only. Moon pies. I checked where the snack cakes are, where the cookies were before even asking for some help when I walked up to him I asked if he knew where the moon pies were his response was "I don't even know what those are" my heart was absolutely crushed. He followed it up by making my sick 4 year old get out of the cart "no one is allowed inside the carts" be real! I was never much of a Walmart fan but when Walmart was the preferred pharmacy for my Medicare Plan D prescriptions, I started shopping here a bit more often when picking up my prescriptions. The store only has 2 manned checkouts and they're not always open. They relie on 15-20 self check out stations and it seems to work well. I would recommend both the Walmart pharmacy and the store itself. read more

Here's an amazing business model: make parking, shopping, and especially check out so infuriating that it makes the customers want to kill themselves. I can almost never find an available disabled parking spot, making me park at the back of the lot. Followed by standing in line to check out for half an hour after walking around the store to shop. I end up in extreme pain after every shopping trip here and bringing a mobility aid to help with this just gets you laughed at and treated rudely by the scarce employees you see. I was a fan of this store until their employee (male) took $1400 out of my social security check to sell me a money order. I only wanted to pay my rent but he made up 2 checks and then they told me I'd have to wait 24 hrs, to get the money back. When I did go back the next day they claimed they didn't know how to give the money back. As if that weren't enough I was then informed it was my fault since I didn't check his work to make sure He had done what I originally asked him to do. I was so put out with all of them that I just left, because I am a christian and my religion wouldn't let me say what I truly wanted to. I could have gotten ugly but that only shames me and brings me down to their level, and I refuse to be so lowly. Luckily for them my Bank was able to correct their Mistake. Not sure why this is called a supercenter as it's the size of Wal-Mart stores before they started doing the mega store format. Not a bad store with it being a smaller one selection is hit and miss compared to the bigger counterparts. I purchased a car phone holder at this store. The following day I realized it was for a Smart phone not an Apple IPhone which is what I have. Anyway when I tried to return it two days later I was told they did not do returns on that item. I asked for the manager and he told me the same thing And YES I had my receipt. It was ok but the bathroom was terrible. I had terrible diarrhea and realise that demon was out of me. It was so bad I was merely naked clenching on the toilet paper converted to Catholicism asking God to help me get this out of me. My dukey was long thick and a relief luckily it flushes used up nearly half of the toilet paper after being done with that exorcism and thanked God. I try to avoid Walmart. So does Sweetie. But we were out and about today, and needed something that we had to get at Walmart, so we sucked it up and went. This one isn't too bad. On a Sunday, Superbowl Sunday, with storms coming, the first of the month, it might have been crazy. It wasn't. We got a decent parking spot, didn't deal with too much craziness out there, and made it through the store okay. Found what we needed, GTFO. Checkout was reasonable, though the self-serve lines were full, and everyone had problems, so we went to an aisle with a cashier. Made it out alive. Phew. read more

I've been to this newer Walmart Supercenter a couple of times. This time I'm more impressed because I had my eye on something I wanted to "beautify" my home with. The employee up in the auto area was very nice and directed me to the clocks section. While this Walmart may be hard to navigate, with the way things are organized in the store, it has just about anything you really need. I'm always adjusting to new stores and figuring out the structure of where everything is located at. Then when I went to check out at the self service the lady was very nice and helped me out. Overall, this store is not too bad, because I know when people think of Walmart they always have this bad image but really Walmart is the same thing as Sam's Club just without the bulk items. read more

We usually go to the Walmart Supercenter in Westerville because I feel safer and it's kept cleaner than the one on Morse Road. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a smaller Supercenter but you can find just about everything that you are looking for. The Pharmacy staff is friendly and helpful and usually have a good sense of humor to help you find what you are looking for after you have stood there looking at it but just didn't see it! I'm happy that the store still has a small fabric area and artificial flowers! The price of white roses was a wonderful deal! The store has many craft necessities including scrapbooking "parts". The restrooms are usually clean and not too messy (speaking only the women's, can't say anything about the men's!). The grocery area is usually pretty clean and well stocked. I try not to go near the first of the month because of the increased number of children running loose while the parents are too busy to keep them in check. John has been almost knocked over by kids running everywhere at least three times! Safety is a necessity wherever we go! read more

This store has converted to all self checkouts. And none are listed as fast, or ## items or less. So when I go in for 1 item I have to stand in the only line that services all the checkout, behind the 15 people with full carts of groceries for the week The when I go to purchase my 0.5 oz tube of super glue, it's apparently an age restricted item. I have to wait 8 minutes for the 1 associate whose responsible for 11 checkouts to finally get to me. And, being 50, with gray hair and wrinkles, I still have to dig out my license to prove I'm 18 for a 0.5 oz super glue. Ridiculous checkout process, stop being cheep and hire employees. Add fast lanes. And don't card for such ridiculous items. read more

We live nearby & I've always liked Walmart. But this one is horrible. I don't often ask for help, but when I did here I was ignored. At the register I was hassled because my onions didn't have a tag on them. I told the young woman to keep them & that I didn't need them, so she weighed them and rang them through. When I said, fine, I'll pay that price, she stopped the transaction and began waiting on a manager to come... no apology or acknowledgement that she was ignoring my every request. When I became angry that she wasn't listening to me she asked me not to "disrespect her". I honestly don't know what this means... so I asked if my transaction had been cancelled & I left. I won't be back. To be thoroughly ignored and then told I'm disrespectful for pointing it out, lame. I won't be baited into some pointless argument when all I want to do is buy some groceries. A Walmart is pretty much a Walmart where ever you go. However the newer stores, like this one, have an updated look. This is a Walmart Supercenter which means it's got grocery items, vision center, pharmacy, garden center and photo center. So just about everything you need. I shop at Walmart for home goods and toiletries. I don't buy produce there anymore. I have and in my experience it wasn't very good quality. Maybe this store will be different, on my first trip I didn't check out the produce. You can also do one hour photo printing here, order prints online and pick up in store. Checkout lines can be long. I was thankful to see 7 Self-Check stations, that line moved very quickly. Don't feel like going in to shop? You can shop online and then pick it up in the store. I enjoyed my experience at the Walmart on Schrock Road. I had a good experience, the produce is fresh, the shelves were stocked, and there were many different brands to choose from. Another thing is the fact that the store is kept clean. Also another great thing is the fact that the price is lower than most stores. The reason why I took off a star is because the staff didn't seem to be so attendant to their jobs and also the fact that it's called a "supercenter" when it's just an average sized Walmart which just doesn't make sense. read more

Not a bad location. It's a bit cleanlier than a few locations in the city of Columbus which is terrible to say the least. The location is a bit smaller than most so be prepared to see a smaller selection of items but still being able to find just about everything you need. The workers in this location are very rude and honestly you can tell they don't like their place of work. Reese in the technology department is a rude and disrespectful person. Now I know he's probably miserable considering he's middle aged and makes the same amount of money as a 17 y/o, but it's still not an excuse to take out his frustrations because his wife didn't give him any. Every time me and my friends walk in that store in the back where he is he constantly follows us and then blames us for opening packages in the back. It seems that he only does his job when we're they're because we don't open anything and leave it there. Recently my friend wanted to buy a gel blaster and he asked Reese if he needed to be 18, Reece then replied " yeah we've been through this before." This Walmart happens to be 4 miles closer to my house than the one on Morse Road (but it doesn't really seem like it). I had to come here the other night due to needing a few more items for cake pops. I like this location a LOT more than the morse road location. It's cleaner, and employees seem to be friendlier. While the store itself is smaller, you can still find almost everything that you need. The only problem I had with my recent visit was with the employee who was in charge of the self check outs. While I am checking out (which I was at the one closest to him), he was saying some pretty nasty things about those about to be in line, or getting ready to use the self checkouts. I thought it was a bit rude of him. I would recommend better signage to indicate which one are available for use, as this seemed to be his issue. read more

First off, I would like to say that I despise Walmart. It's not because of the size of the store it's because of the amount of employees (or lack there of) they have available to cash people out. I actually love the vast selection of items (yes, I am one of those people who like to have 100 different lamp shades to pick from) and their low prices. Anywho, my son starts school tomorrow and of course I have gotten 0 school supplies (except for the backpack) so we pass this Walmart on the way home from football practice so we decide to stop in and take a gander. I go to the section of the store that has a HUGE sign above it that says, "Back To School" (or something to that effect) on it. THERE ARE ONLY TWO AISLES OF SUPPLIES. Are you freaking kidding me? Two aisles? AND, not only are there only two aisles of school supplies that 100 people are trying to shop in and can't because of all the carts, MOST OF THE ITEMS ARE GONE!! I left my cart right in the middle of the store and took my happy butt to the Walmart on Morse Rd. They obviously do not have much common sense. Two aisles of supplies right before school is not enough. Seriously Walmart on Schrock Rd. Get it together! *I will say their grocery depat does not such as much as their back to school dept does. As a disabled person, if I could leave less than one star I would. I came to this Walmart this evening expecting a much less ableist shopping experience. I walk in the front door with my cane, and my girlfriend and I walk over to where the motorized shopping carts were being held dead, not plugged in, and with random items thrown into them. I was struggling with back, hip, and knee pain and this was a HORRIBLE shopping experience. I wouldn't let my dog shop here. Very disappointed, will not be returning, and will never shop at Walmart again. We are never ever getting back together. read more
