I have loved Trader Joe's since college but I didn't Yelp back then so I feel like it's time show them the love they deserve. I typically frequent the Sawmill location but I was at Easton anyways and it's pretty much the same if not slightly bigger. There are so many different things I love to get on a regular basis but I will highlight a few favorites in my pictures. The staff are always so friendly despite crowds and lines on weekends, and the prices are always on point. You walk in and the flower section is overflowing with fresh bundles that look way more expensive than they are. I've grabbed plenty--mums, thistles, lilies--and they last longer than anything I've picked up at big chain stores. Even a $5 bouquet makes the week feel brighter. The layout is easy to navigate without feeling crowded, and the staff are always kind if you need help. You'll see everyone from college students to grandparents to parents with kids shopping, and it never feels intimidating. There's a low-key community vibe, too. People will chat about what's good, especially if you look undecided in front of the freezer section. I've ended up trying things because someone insisted I had to--like the Watermelon Cucumber Cooler. A stranger was raving about it, so I grabbed a bottle, and she was right. I'm partial to their bruschetta sauce and the hot fudge, which somehow doesn't taste like the usual heavy fudge. The lemonades are usually the reason I come here. The Jalapeño Limeade, Spicy Mango Lemonade, and classic Limeade are always in my fridge. Refreshing without being too sweet, and perfect for mixing drinks. Prices are fair enough that you can try something new without feeling like you've splurged. Whether you eat vegan, gluten-free, or just want to try something different, there's something here for everyone. The freezer meals can be hit or miss. Some need a little extra seasoning, but the Chicken Shawarma Bowl is a solid quick lunch. If you have an air fryer, grab the Jalapeño & Cream Cheese Crispy Wontons--they turn out golden and crunchy every time. Their sauces deserve a shoutout. The Peri-Peri Sauce is fantastic on tacos or eggs--tangy, smoky, and way more flavorful than you'd expect for a $3 bottle. And while you're in line, don't skip the greeting cards. They're 99 cents and surprisingly cute. Trader Joe's even has an Instagram and a podcast with recipes and ideas, which is fun if you like feeling part of the community. Overall, this is the kind of store you walk into for groceries and leave with a few treats, something new to love, and maybe a bouquet. Trader Joe's has been my go to spot for years but their produce has really decreased in quality especially bagged options. When I get home there are multiple times that once I open the item it smells awful and/or it rotten further in. They have also reduced some of the vegan items they have which is super disappointing because it was a key reason why I started shopping here. The staff of the Easton location are friendly, attentive, and helpful especially if you need suggestions or recommendations, or just trying to find something in the store. They have an large variety of food, snacks, and beverages and is well stocked and organized. You can get everything from wine, vitamins, household cleaners, toothpaste, and even flowers. Solid recommendation on food quality, customer service, and value. Parking can be challenging during busy time with traffic and amount of spaces but generally find a spot after a couple of laps around the lot. read more

This was my first time in a Trader Joe's in Columbus, and it was a nice experience on the whole. First, the parking lot is small and the store entrance is near the corner of where the cars enter the lot, so It was slightly harrowing crossing the walkway/lane. Once you cross over safely, there's some absolutely adorable topiary shrubs that I had to take a picture of, much to my husband's chagrin. The shopping carts are outside and easily accessible. The first thing I was greeted by was a wonderful display of Brussels sprouts on the stalks. We are so used to seeing packaged foods, so it's nice to see them like that, it takes you back to nature. This store has EVERYTHING! And good prices too. I got a meatless turkey loaf and served it to my vegan friends. They said it was delicious The store was very crowded for a Monday afternoon, so I conclude that it is always busy. The staff are well trained and we got through the checkout with ease. Went to Trader Joe's yesterday for a few things. I picked up some premade pizza dough , Trader Giotto's is the brand and it's phenomenal for making homemade pizza's at home. Keep it the fridge and take it out for 15-20 minutes, stretch it out and you're ready to go. There pizza sauce is nice and smooth tasting. Also picked up a Southwestern Salad kit, so easy to put together and enough for 2-3 people. Tasty fresh ingredients which makes for a great salad. On to the employees, everyone is super helpful and looking out for the customers. Definitely fun place to just walk around and see what's new. read more

This is a pretty standard TJs with all the things you could expect from a TJs. Always a great selection of cheese and produce, seemingly a great wine section. Their frozen section always has some fun stuff in it. They get you through the line quickly and with a smile. The stores are clean and always in easy to access areas. This one is no different. I love Trader Joe's is my favorite grocery store. As previosuly noted by me and others - this is not a traditional grocery store - they don't carry much in the way of meat and have a limited selection of some fresh food items. What they do have is an good selection of fresh produce, a nice variety of frozen entrees (their "orange chicken" and their frozen onion soup are both great). They have an excellent wine department and a limited selection of craft beers - no beer from any of the big breweries like Miller-Coors or Anheuser-Busch. They have great fresh salmon and a decent selection of frozen fish. We like coming Monday thru Thursday - during the morning or early afternoon hours when it's not as crowded. The store is very-well staffed and the staff are outstanding. They are ALL pleasant, very friendly and always willing to help. I've never encountered a staff member that wasn't pleasant and helpful. Most of their products are store brand - Trader Joe's, Trader Jose's for their Mexican line, etc. This is a fun shopping experience. read more

Love Trader Joe's except when it comes to their to go items, I should know better, but I grabbed the chicken salad wrap and once home opened it up to see very little chicken salad and a huge portion of soggy, brown romaine. Not ok! This was over $5 and they package it so the salad is pushed towards the front of the container. Once you take a bite it's mostly soggy romaine! Really TJ's? I love me some Trader Joe's! This location is average sized for TJs, but small for a grocery in the midwest. They primarily stock their own house brands, but I would say they have something for everybody. The cheese section is fantastic. If you want to put together a good charcuterie board without breaking the bank, this is the place. Most blocks of cheese are at or around $5, and there's charcuterie, nuts, and fruit to go with. Fun note - they don't have scales, so all produce is per pack or per each. The produce section is generally pretty solid with decent prices. Personally, I get lost in their frozen food section. The food is good quality and good priced, and they have lots of interesting international kind of frozen dishes, as well as plenty of frozen fruits and veggies. Don't skip the garlic naan! TJ's has a great wine and beer selection with pretty good prices as well. And don't forget to hit the cut flowers and plants on your way out. These don't necessarily last as long as from a florist, but for the prices ($5, $10, and up), they are beautiful and you'll definitely enjoy for about a week. read more

It is almost impossible to shop at this location in the weekend. If you can get a parking space and muscle your way into the store on a weekend, you are one lucky soul! No matter the day, you will find a spic and a span store that is usually fully stocked. The workers are so friendly and eager to help you find whatever you need. I always spend way more than I planned to spend because the workers recommend products and they have a generous return policy. I never return products, but it's nice to know I can. Eli is my favorite cashier. She is so incredibly friendly and cheerful. Even though I'm just another customer, she makes it seem like I'm Customer of the Year. I'm not a big fan of small talk, but I turn into Chatty Patty when I go through her line. Weird, huh? This store has new items to try each month. Trader Joe's I hate this though. Why do they make their own? They don't have the brand but I want.

So I went in for a list of items recommended by a friend that was specifically made by trader Joe's and I was in the area so I paid them a visit. I believe I've only been to trader Joe's maybe 1 other time a very long time ago but I'm so happy I went. There was quite a few people in line waiting to get in but I'm sure I waited no longer than 5 minutes behind about 15 people. They were wiping carts down as people left. Once I was in, not knowing where to start, I asked for help locating a few items. I asked 3 people all at different times to help me look for items and they assistanced immediately even though some of them were in the middle of stocking! I just wanted to get in and out since I knew there was a consistent line outside. The checkout was a breeze. Will definitely try and come more often. read more

I LOVE the Trader Joe's at Easton. I have never had a bad experience there with the location itself or the employees. It's truly such a fun place to shop and they have lots of organic produce for a great price! They have pretty much everything you can find at a regular grocery store, but without all the different brands. The layout of the store makes sense as you walk through - produce first and ending with the best choices of alcohol. I love their bread - you can tell they make it fresh and it doesn't last long because they don't add too many additives to it! Their frozen and snack section? Don't even get me started! They have fresh pasta and fresh cheeses that are a good price too. If you have a gluten or dairy allergy, Trader Joe has lots of decently priced options for you! The store is extremely clean and kept up. Before Covid, they'd always have little samples of their foods/drinks. The employees always have such a great attitude and ask you about your day. I remember one time I told an employee I had just moved into a new apartment and he gave me free flowers. SO sweet. read more

What's located down Easton and lingers down the street? Trader Joe's store! I came here making my rounds doing some walking and shopping around Easton Mall. Which has found itself at the very cusp of Christmas season the music is wonderful but the decorations are beautiful. That tree is immaculate. I came to Trader Joe's because it was very convenient to have a store in the actual Plaza of the central Easton Square. And it wasn't a hassle to find as it was pretty obvious where it was judging by the signs and the red window hangs. I walk in I was greeted by workers and I was just getting a couple items. I found some gyoza on sale for 2.99 which were delicious for dinner, a baguette of ciabatta bread and some cereal. The prices were pretty low I ended up spending only $7 yes. I found some kids who needed to get change and I told them they can get cash back from Trader Joe's. Which is essential for people catching the bus and just not having cash on them. I've found that the best time to go is early on the weekends and mid day during the week, less crowded and plenty of parking. Another place I'm surprised I haven't reviewed. Is my memory failing, or did the review get deleted? Anyway, been coming here for years. My first TJ's experience was on Sawmill Road, and when I moved to this side of town and they opened one at Easton, I was excited. It's not the kind of place I do my regular shopping, but it certainly is nice every month or so, to get some unusual items, generally healthy stuff. It's usually pretty busy, and I was leery of going on a Saturday night, but our visit was fine. Lot was half empty, store was bustling but not jam packed. We got the few items on our list, plus some freeze-dried strawberries (a new Baby K favorite.) Service was great, prices were a little high but appropriate for the quality, and we got out reasonably quickly. Oh, and Baby K liked her pint-size shopping cart. Produce is great. There are prepared salads which are usually tasty. the meat and cheese section is big for the store's size. The beer selection is great. Frozen foods, which we passed on this time, are diverse and enticing. You really could do most of your shopping here, but it's a little expensive for that and while the selection is decent, it's just too small to have everything. read more

Worst place to buy groceries. Lot of fake positive reviews. Some of the items have incorrect expiration date and selling spoiled items. Some of the staffs don't have any clue on anything. They restocked the cart without checking after shopping for more than 40 minutes and never apologized for all their faults. Waste of time and money. Will never shop again read more

I visited this location recently for the first time. It's as good as any Trader Joe's there is. The parking problems at Easton are a pain especially on weekends, but it has its own lot. It makes it easier to bring out loads of groceries with your car right there. The prices are pretty good on most items. I like there's a good amount of selection here without there being too much. They have so many things you never knew you wanted. I'm talking about speculoo cookies. These are European and they pretty much will dissolve in coffee. These are also not too bad of a price at $1.99. Of course the hummus selection here is the best. They have flavors like beet, cilantro, edamame, spicy, tomato, and white bean. It also has many vegan frozen treats. A large container of soy ice cream is $2.99. The produce section is small but is good prices and quality. I can easily fill up my cart, then sometimes will spend only $20. There's always new products coming in each week so watch for them. I think Trader Joe's is a better value than Kroger. The prices are comparable and the food is much healthier. You will find something you like and not pay a lot for it. read more

We shopped here today also and found a few plant based food items vegan burgers , sausage , and also dairy free pancakes can't wait to try them . The only thing I was not happy about they don't have expiration dates on some of their frozen products that are their brand . I find that not a good idea and no real explanation was given from the worker when asked why? But overall staff is friendly they didn't carry dairy free cookies so that's something we asked about they never looked but just thought they didn't carry them . We will go back but they are over priced on certain items especially the produce in my opinion. read more

I love TJ's!! I've reviewed other locations but I figure I might as well review this one too because I just love it so much! If you haven't crossed over to become a TJ's shopper, here are three reasons why you should: 1. The employees are so joyful and friendly. Every time I come I think that it must be a blast to work here! I've had employees go above and beyond to check ingredients for me when I've asked about allergies, etc. They'll also let you taste things if you're unsure about buying. Just trust me, they're the best. 2. The. freezer. section. Enough said. So many delicious frozen things that are actually made with quality ingredients! The Chipotle Vegetable Quesadillas and the Bambino Pizzas are two of my all time faves and I always have them stocked in my freezer for emergency meals. 3. The flowers! Ah! For $3.99 you get a gorgeous arrangement that actually lasts. I've had TJ's flowers last for 3 weeks+ before. This particular location is great. In fact, the last time I was there they were playing Apple Bottom Jeans over the speakers. No joke. It was a complete party. I'm so glad this place exists! read more

I love trader joe's. Hands down my favorite national-chain place to get groceries. I fell in love with in when living in Tucson where there are trader joe's everywhere. I was so happy to find that one of the two only trader joe's in columbus is within 2 miles from where I live. I probably come here at least twice a week. The staff are incredibly friendly (seems to be a nation-wide thing). The produce here is almost always fresh. You can get cheap but decent drinks. I love greeting cards. I buy a box of costco assorted greeting cards yearly. So I'm excited that trader joe's seems to have started expanding their greeting card collection. They are all 99 cents, and are original designs printed on recycled paper with soy ink. They only carry their own brand (plus a few random brands). The selection is limited to the more "healthy" stuff. So you won't be able to find for example, cream of mushroom soup or sweet condensed milk. My favorite section is actually the freezer section. They have a lot of pre-prepped food, and they are all delicious. You really can't go wrong with their pre-made frozen entrees. I'm Asian, lived in different countries in Asian for half of my life, and I do buy Asian dumplings from trader joe's. I like them better than the ones from the Asian markets around town. You can tell how popular their orange chicken is because it takes up 4X the space as regular items. Like all trader joe's, the meat can get pricey, even for the non-organic ones. Plus it's a great place to get flowers. To keep the cost down, they only carry seasonal flowers. But they always have roses as far as I can remember. read more

This is a smaller Trader Joe's, not as small as Boston but much smaller than San Francisco. Still they stuff lots of stuff in this store. Try unflavored Kefir on your cereal for a Scandinavian experience. I love their sampled. Often they mix various products and present them in ways that wouldn't occur to you. And so many varieties of cheese. .yum. It is not the same old same old when you shop here. Love their frozen food selection. Good crisp apples and red peppers. Rathbone, my basil plant came from here. I would give them 10 stars if they would carry their bacon jam again and let's have Kringle year round. Be sure to pick up a box of maple cookies. Columbus didn't use to carry them. And don't forget the cheap wine. In these divisive times, we need to DRINK. read more
