    I am disabled therefore I count on grocery deliveries that are carried to my third floor apartment. Twice this month deliveries were dumped on the front porch rather than brought upstairs. The problem is the random delivery services Walmart uses with random people that do not read or care anout personal delivery requirement. Therefore I have canceled my service. Delivery instructions were detailed in my notes from the beginning as well as individually to the driver. I have always tipped my delivery people well.

    I don't even know where to start. I ordered on Tuesday, 5-9, for a delivery between 4-6. Received an email that they were running behind and I would have my delivery by 8. Received a call after 8 that they were closing and they'd get my delivery to me as early as possible the next day (Wednesday). I left work early so my items wouldn't sit out in the sun when delivered. I tried calling ALL day. From open to close. I tried pick up/delivery, operator, deli, bakery and electronics. Not once did somewhere answer. My order was not delivered. After about 50 calls this morning, I got a hold of a manager who worked with an employee in the pick up/delivery department who said they would have this delivered today. I finally received my order (the fault isn't on the driver that came today at all unless he was the one who picked out my items) and it only had maybe 15% of the items I ordered and half of them were wrong. I went in and selected substitutions for every single item and not one substitution was something I requested. The website shows my whole order delivered minus two items out of stock but the vast majority of it was not delivered. I tried calling again for hours. 4 or 5 times someone in the order pick up/delivery department picked up and hung up. Finally got a hold of someone after a solid 50+ calls who asked what happened and said they'd get me a manager, I waited on the phone for 50 minutes on hold. No manager ever came. Tried calling again with no answer for another 30-50 calls. Finally got a hold of someone again, asked for a manager, the person said "hold on one second" yelled "Greta!" to someone then left me on hold and a manager never came. I have never ever had an experience like this with a store/service/purchase in my entire life. The idea that it is impossible to get a hold of a human being after 2 straight days of calling from open to close is unbelievable. Now I have a order that was over $300 that is missing almost all of the items and a store that does not answer its phone all day in any department. I don't understand how a business can be this unprofessional. There is no excuse for the items I received. No one even attempted to fulfill my order correctly and this is after a TWO day wait. Absolutely mind-boggling.

    Dirty, unproperly stocked, rude employees, not enough registers open. Did I say dirty? I meant disgusting.

    This place is not a dump. Very clean and organized. All the employees were very nice to us and provided the best customer service.

I went to Worcester Wares to order some custom shirts for my small business. I paid the full price up front (mistake on my part) and patiently waited for the project to progress. I promptly sent in all of the graphics needed to make the various shirts I had ordered. Months into the project I was informed the the owner was dealing with some personal matters, which I was understanding and patient about. She did deliver some of the products I had ordered, and indicated that she was working on the remaining products. Some of the shirts had a defect, which she said she would rectify. The hoodies that I ordered were supposed to feature a large logo on they back, which the ones she delivered did not. After that visit, it was radio silence. I sent several emails and messages inquiring about timeframe for delivering the remaining items, but did not get any response from her, or from anyone at Worcester Wares. I began this process in early December 2025, and paid for my items in full at our initial meeting. It is now May the following year, and I have not hard anything from the owner since February when she dropped off a few of the items I had ordered, despite several emails and phone calls. Unfortunately I would not recommend Worcester Wares to another business. I am now out several hundred dollars and have only a small handful of the shirts that I ordered, some of which were not made as ordered. Very disappointing.

Each time we were given a date for review of the artwork, or to see a mock-up, we NEVER heard from her. Texts, calls and emails went unanswered for weeks and weeks. We went back to the store several times and were only given excuses. This was a special project that we were excited about and it never happened. Interestingly, she told us that "small businesses value every nickel" spent, and then, nothing!

The tag clearly said $90 and the woman helping us told us it was $90 when my aunt tried it on. This is false advertising. This is a disgrace. There was no manger for us to speak with at the store. The manager was called, but nothing was changed. So unprofessional. We are all still in shock. Beware of this business and they're deceitful practices!

Two years ago, I was diagnosed with a debilitating nervous system condition that has completely changed how I engage in fitness. But being the stubborn "gym rat" that I am, I have refused to give up lifting and sprinting. My condition has caused major changes in my gait, proprioception, and running mechanics, which have been causing me a lot of silly injuries. A close friend recommended Sneakerama, theorizing that maybe "the right" shoes could help. I was skeptical, but decided to pop in to see what all of the hype among my avid runner friends was all about! When I walked in, I was welcomed with a friendly greeting and immediately jumped into a conversation about what my goals were. When I explained my wild healthy history, Alex listened empathetically and almost immediately knew what I needed - a minimalist shoe with a wide toe box to help correct my over-pronation and balance issues. He came back with four different styles, each with unique features which he explained thoroughly and allowed me to take for a "test stroll"! I ended up choosing a very cool pair of Altras - a brand I had never even heard of before! The next morning, I tried out my new shoes at the gym and I was THRILLED! I felt much more stable and was able to better engage targeted muscles while lifting. These Altras are a GAME CHANGER! Not only do they have me feeling better supported, they've also given me my confidence back! :) Sneakerama is a hidden gem! I grew up in Worcester and had never. been inside... I wish I had discovered this place earlier! I would not have found these without a staff recommendation, and I am still amazed. I got the right shoe at a decent price. I also wanted to support a small local business who is involved with the local running scene. I would be surprised if I buy running shoes from anywhere else after this experience.
