    *DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH* I mean... it's Walmart after all. Basics are there as usual. The people working there are doing their best. Please be kind to them (and to each other) Come with patience and plenty of time, seems there are fewer employees than usual and things are sometimes all gone or in places you wouldn't think to look. Walmart... it is what it is :/

    Omg. This Walmart is terrible! Go to United. I'm from out of town and they don't even sell meat.

    Terrible customer service, for the most part. There are a few good ones, but most employees seem like the happiness was sucked out of them.

While I was waiting, I had an Amazon return and my niece had informed me that they accept those here. I went up to the front cashiers and asked them if they did and there were two cashiers on duty and the one that answered my question did not look happy about it (she stated that they are an authorized agent) & I said ok, I have a return in my car and I will go get it. Upon returning with it, I informed the cashier (chubby gal with glasses wearing a Nike shirt and no name tag) that I did not know the procedures for the return and she just rudely glared at me and mumbled to a CSR on duty something about being able to return it in the same pkg. The CSR was fairly nice and said yes, then proceeded to go to the other counter and tossed some strapping tape and scissors on the counter to me and walked away. I began taping the pkg and I asked the cashier where do I affix the label and she proceeded to tell me again rudely that they are just an authorized agent and I told her I understand that; however, I have never done this before so I do not know the procedure(s) and returning for someone else. The lazy cashier then mumbled something under her breath and I told her she didn't have to be so damn rude and she responded by telling me that she wasn't being rude and "WTF is wrong with customers today, they're all being bitchy!". I responded back if you don't like your job then don't work here and that she was the one being rude! She quickly went to a corner and hid. When I returned to the counter another young cashier took the pkg and I asked her if that was all I needed to do and she said yes and thanked me very coldly. I will also be filing a complaint with CVS corporate as the is unacceptable, but typical of customer service in Espanola!

    I was told to pick up my prescription today, then Anadina, at the register, says: "weren't you told…read moreto come later this afternoon? No? OK, wait 20 minutes". Then a technicien, Amanda, tells me that I need to come back in 2 days, that it is not time to pick up the prescription yet. I say: "Why did your employe tell me to come today when I called last week?", her response: "Did you ask for her name? No? Well, if you don't ask for a name, how do you expect us to train our employees properly, you need to tell us who you talked to." Hum... Am I supposed to participate in employee training? In a second, the responsibility of the error became mine, and I was scolded. Both Amanda and the pharmacist, Stephanie Martinez, told me to go to another pharmacy if I weren't happy with their services. I think that we should be able to resolve a problem rather than part ways, but perhaps this is an old way of thinking. All a client needs is the correct information, then we proceed accordingly. We all have busy schedules. More was said in our exchange and I really hope that things get better, I wish for a good and efficient rapport in the future and, if it is the case, I will re-evaluate my rating to reflect this change. Note to self: always ask the name of the person on the phone or in front of you. Must carry a special name notebook...
