I found this out when I was recently in Taiwan, Japan and Hong Kong. When selecting clothing I want to buy, I don't buy Made in China items but heavily favour Vietnam, Cambodia and Indonesia. The cotton used feels and wear so much more comfortable. Anyhow, customer inquiry/service is great. While I was there in store, I was asked by at least 3 different employees on the floor to see if I needed help - whether I needed a fitting room or any help with sizes. They were very complimentary with the shoppers in the store offering praise on outfits and wishing people well as they were entering and leaving the store. There were a lot of sales going on at the time but they still had areas with new arrivals. I liked that the clearance items were labelled well so you knew how much everything was up front.
