Went to wlmart today to pick up a wireless keyboarfdand mouse! I went to where a man, a Walmart employeewas sitting in the electronics department and ask o open the package to see the contents. He said I couldn't, even though he could see everything that was going on. Got home and oppened package and found that the mouse was missing. I tried to call Walmart several times, no one would answer. now I have to go back and get a package with everything that soppose to be in the package is there. Went to Walmart today to pick up dog shampoo. I was shocked to discover that so many things are locked up (Advil, flea meds, dog collars, all makeup, detergent-to name a few). I was also shocked that there were people standing and waiting for employees for several minutes without anyone coming. Also I was shocked that there were no prices listed on the deodorants. After trying for over 4 hours to get through to pick up department,being transferred all over the store and no one answered in pickup was transferred to customer service and a nice young man transferred me to a cellphone of Lourdes, who was in pickup department she answered my questions and helped me with information about on line order I placed. Walked me through how to find the answers I was looking for. She had wonderful customer service skills. She was patient,kind,understanding and very polite. Here we go again. I needed a cold wrap knee brace that is locked up. I had to search for an employee who didn't have a key and now he is looking for the key. The funny part is they have the shoulder cold wraps that n the same locked cabinet that are much more expensive but then they have the extra stock on top not locked. This Walmart is the shit!! Literally! I just came here with my sister to charge her car and use the restroom. When she got back from the bathroom she was warning me about the first stall which has a clogged toilet with a turd in it that has been in there since Friday afternoon (it's now Sunday night). On the walk there I almost stepped in a squashed tire turd wrapped up in toilet paper- grodie. The bathroom has obviously not been maintained in a while, it's just Nasty. I did not take a picture of the other fecal matter because it was just one of those things you can glance at once and your breath will instantly stop as a reflex at such a sight. read more

This place is a F'n joke. I came in with my 17 year old son's drivers license to get him a fishing license. They refused to sell it to me telling me they aren't allowed to sell me a license for someone else. I looked up and attempted to educate them--per fish and game, they ARE allowed to sell me one for my spouse or my child. But apparently it's THIR policy that he would have to be present. They said if my son was younger then 16, they could sell me one but not if he's 16 or over. Well first off, if he was under the age of 16, he wouldn't even need one... idiots. I continued to get into it with them, irritated as hell. Then they brought in their big bad manager, who proceeded to tell me I was no longer allowed at Walmart. Oh no, what ever will I do? I left, and as I was ALREADY OUT of the store, walking into the the parking lot towards my truck, this little security guard chased me down and got in my face telling me I'm trespassing. Again, I was already outside of the store walking towards my truck. This dude literally ran after me. So we get into it and things escalate. I told him several times to get out of my face. I'm not that guy you want to get confrontational with. They better do a better job here training their little security fellows on confronting people they don't know. He literally got an inch from my face and I was very close to knocking his ass out. What a sh*t show this place is. I then went to Big 5 and bought my kid his license. Guess what? This location has not changed. I came in to shop for some essentials, I needed some pants for work. I was standing alone good looking at some pants and a worker comes folds one pair of pants and stands around me. Smh. Lurking. I go to look at the socks, still being watched. Why am I mentioning this? Oh they're doing their "job"? Maybe because when I went to woman's feminine items (which are locked up) and waited not 10-15min for someone 25 freaking min. Smh. We were traveling from Sacramento to Fresno when we had a blowout on the freeway. After putting on the spare tire, we pulled into the automotive department to have the tire replaced. We arrived at 10:30am and didn't leave until almost 2pm. Mahier was the only person working along with one other person. It's extremely ridiculous to have only two workers with the amount of cars that come in on a daily basis. I don't recommend anyone come to this Walmart if they need a quick service regarding tires. If I ever have another blowout, I'll definitely go elsewhere to have my tires replaced. read more

5/25/2020, I've been looking for a Brother embroidery machine for a while with no success. The Walmart App stated they have the machines available inside the Turlock Walmart store, I drive 30 min, arrived to the store at 0630 AM, half hour before it was even open. There wasn't any sewing machine available, empty shelves. I was told the Walmart App doesn't update on time. The store was half empty, very depressing, many products not available or locked up due to theft. Very sad situation. read more

Went to return an air fryer. I was cooking steaks in it the previous day & it ended up breaking on me (defective). I went back to walmart.com to process a return. I decided to drop it off at the Walmart 45 minutes away instead of mailing it in. I went & the returns lady said it was dirty...yeah, it's an air fryer & it crapped out on me in the middle of cooking steaks. I was pretty upset & boxed it up. It's not like it was dripping oil all over he place. When I processed the online return it said zero about it being spotless when I returned it. The lady said I couldn't return it until I cleaned it. Now I've worked returns for 10 years. I was an RTV clerk which means RETURN TO VENDOR. I know that the product is going to be returned straight to the Instant Pot vendor & destroyed. It was double boxed up in the original box & shipping box & all the attachments were clean. The box was clean, no oil, no food, no water, not even spider webs. Once they take the return they are likely never going to open the box again. They're just gonna pop a sticker on it & send to the vendor. The manager said even if something has water on it, they can't take it. The only reason I can think of them wanting it so clean is so they can resell it. Then when I said I would get some wipes from my car & clean it they said I couldn't clean it in the store(the returns cashier & manager). Honestly, at that point I felt like they were beinpg racist. I'm not cleaning a toilet or leaving hazmat. I left & cancelled the return & mailed the return in instead. I would steer clear of this Walmart. I dislike Walmart. It never feels super. It almost never even feels okay. The only one that felt reasonably good was 45 minutes from their corporate headquarters in Northwest Arkansas. This location was interesting. It's a layout that I've only seen in St. Augustine, Florida. I can't say that it's bad or good, but it is confusing. My buddy and I found many things we were trying to find, but the men's department made it quite difficult to find anything. However, there was a helpful associate, who did her best to find items for us. Checkout was friendly. I didn't see any self-checkouts, so it seemed a longer wait than need be. read more

I never had an issue with Walmarts receipt checking policy they do before exiting, however this past week I went in and my husband and I spent over $100 on cleaning supplies and a few necessities. As we were walking out we stopped to show conseulo our receipts because we had different transactions and my husband misplaced his receipt and told that to consuelo and she made us stop and held our cart until we found the receipt. While this was taking place a lady with no Walmart bags in her cart and only her personal bag with merchandise in it said she didn't have her receipt and conseulo and Edna let her go. Not sure why it was okay for her to go but until my husband finally found his receipt in his back pocket was when they looked thoroughly then let us go. If you're going to have a policy put in place then it'd be best to stay consistent with all customers rather than picking and choosing. read more

Waited close to 30 minutes for the auto dept because there was a customer having issues. I had to let other people who just simply bought a few items since I needed the auto shops help. I usually come here and have no problems but it just seemed the employees were not very helpful or knowledgeable enough. Didn't get a acknowledged or even a pardon for the wait. Jessica in the auto center was extremely rude on the phone. My brother in law had my wife's tire replaced yesterday and when we got home to put it on her car, we realized they charged us for the correct size tire but gave us the incorrect size. I called this morning and spoke with Jessica and she sarcastically said "well I guess you should bring that in then". First off, there was no reason for the attitude at 8 am, I know it's Saturday but you work in customer service. Coming from someone who has worked in various roles of CS, a simple "so sorry about the mistake, go ahead and bring that in and we'll get it fixed for you" would have sufficed. Walmart automotive department sucks... 3 Weeks ago I purchased all for tires for my vehicle.. yesterday I got a flare tire... came in today to have them fix or replace my tire... I was given a time frame of about 2 hrs.... I sat in there waiting room and watch the service men work on other cars while wait for mine to Be brought in the shop.. while waiting there where others also waiting for the vehicles patiently.. I saw some mechanics on the cell phones talking and others standing around doing nothing but chitchating.. then while Iam in the waiting room patiently waiting for my car I hear a lady complaining of what pigs work there and how tired she is having to clean after them.. Worst customer service ever! Ryan or "Bryan" whoever the manager feels like telling you he is today is a complete a**! Instead of helping me find out where my jewelry has been for the past month, he wants to have an attitude and say he cant help me. It would probably help a little if you hired some smarter people. Problem solving should be a part of the job requirement and 9 out 10 employees lack this basic knowledge. I kept calling to talk to Janet in jewelry and she was never in!
