    Lady in front of me and us being ignored by staff.

    Always a disappointment. Today I decided to take a picture. I called. Of course you cannot reach a person. The automated system said my prescription was ready. I went in. One lady in front of me. Three pharmacist technicians standing at the counter, ignoring us. When I finally got to the person, my prescription was not ready. I asked her why the automated system said it was ready. She said I don't know. And told me I had to wait. The service here is horrendous. There wasn't even anybody in line. When I left there was. I only go here for an emergencies. I would suggest you do the Same

    This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst . Long lines long wait times. I will be changing pharmacies. Not sure the problem if it's staffing issue but I dread coming here .

    Expired medication expired October 2020. That's about a year and two months expired. Shame on you Walgreens

    Slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. There's only one person working at the pharmacy while 4-5 other walking around stocking hairspray.

Tiffanie took time to review my medical history and to discuss my goals and expectations. All questions were thoroughly answered. She explained the procedure and made sure I was comfortable during each session. I purchased a full package and scheduled subsequent sessions at the recommended intervals. All the instructions they provided me with, I followed to the T. I am very happy with the results. It's great not having to worry about unwanted hair and my only regret is that I haven't done it earlier. This is also a place where I have been getting my Botox injections for quite some time now. Always with Gifty, who is great! I am a physician myself and have pretty high standards and expectations when it comes to medical/cosmetic procedures. Definitely recommend!!

    I placed an online order for one can of hairspray for in-store pickup about an hour before…read morearriving. I assumed the order was ready, but when I got there, it wasn't processed yet. I had already paid online and was traveling, so I planned to quickly grab it on my way. When I went to pick up my order, the manager was extremely rude because I didn't have the barcode pulled up, even though I had waited in line and explained the situation. She told me I would need to wait at least two more hours for the single item to be processed. I explained that I was traveling and asked if I could simply grab the hairspray myself and have her check me out. She gave me attitude and said that was "not their policy." She then told me my only option was to cancel the order, go get the same hairspray myself, and then wait in the long checkout line to repurchase it. Again, I tried to explain the situation, letting her know that I was traveling, and I really just needed to pick up the hairspray that I had already paid for. As the manager was getting ready to hit the cancellation button -- at that exact moment, I received a notification on my phone that my order was ready--and another employee was literally walking down the aisle bringing the hairspray to the counter. I did end up getting my order in time, thanks to the other employee. However, the manager's behavior was unnecessary and unprofessional. I'm not leaving her name here, but corporate should really focus on customer service training. This was all over one can of hairspray, and I even offered to grab it myself to make things easier. Very disappointing experience due solely to poor customer service.

She took the time to show me which products would work best and how to apply them properly for the look I was going for. I usually feel so intimidated walking into these stores... like ULTA and Macys beauty section. Usually just get ignored and the employees look annoyed whenever questions are asked. But Shelly R. made me feel comfortable and was more than willing to answer my questions and show me step by step how to apply the products I purchased.
