The Center convinced me to buy glasses even though I really only wanted contact lens. Then when I told them that the glasses were blurry they would not replace the lens. They wanted to charge me for another exam. What a rip off. read more

Don't know why there's bad reviews the employees and doctor are all very nice and helpful. Made an appointment over the phone for an eye exam and Dr. Stephany Vong was super sweet and helpful. She actually tells you about your eye and how it works unlike some optometrists who just tell you prescription and leave. Karen, one of the employees, helped my mom and I find how much our insurance covers while being funny and helpful! I came back a second time to get a different pair of contacts since my eyes weren't liking the ones I first got and Dr. Vong helped me find the perfect pair! read more

Lili needs contacts :( sadly I'm getting blinder and blinder over time, and my old contacts are not strong enough to see everything around me. Soooo after hearing a recommendation I went to Walmart Vision & Glasses without an appointment. They took me right away (Yay!! I didn't want to go back later) and did the preliminary tests, the staff is really helpful and caring. Dr. Vong was great! Very nice and careful with my complicated eyes. The contacts that she prescribed me were perfect because she payed close attention to my "eye-needs" Parking is kinda easy (like in every Walmart), access is really easy because is next to the entrance. I had a great experience the other day. The doctor was very thorough and gave lots of great advice on caring for my eyes. The assistants were also extra nice. They made me feel very comfortable. Im surprised since this is inside of a walmart . I dont have insurance but the price was very affordable as well. read more

I was so pleased by the Costumer care I was given to by Ariana. She amazing she really took her time with me . She has a great way of helping people like me that can't make up there mind. She was truthful and you could tell she really cared about what looks good on you . Ariana was so helpful with working with me on a budget. She went above and beyond to make me happy . Dr. Vong was spectacular! made me feel very well taken care of. Had my eyes checked by her and she contacted me a few hours later to see how everything was going(rare). Had a follow up appointment a week later and I expressed my concerns with the contacts she had given me and immediately she knew what the problem was! In about 5 minutes she gave me a different brand of contacts and everything has been so nice and clear for almost 2 weeks now. Highly recommend this place solely because of Dr. Vong!! read more

took glasses to get one lens replaced took 2 weeks for only one lense by itself. then when i go today to get it replaced after it came in i get home and they gave me back my glasses full of fingerprints could even have the courtesy to clean lenses before putting them back into case gurls who work here would fit right in at mcdonalds with their simple customer service doing only what they have too. not again byego real optometrist with this new prescription read more

Best Optomitrist ive been to. I actually took my mom over here after a not so good experience at the Walmart in Orange by the mall. I will be going here from now on. I eneded up getting some glasses while I was waiting for my mom. She does follow ups on contacts just to make sure your comfortable. The receptionist is awesome too... The optometrist was really sweet on my first visit, but the rest of the staff, let me just say worst customer services, they apparently don't know how to greet or make you feel, welcome. If they had explained why my appointment was late I wouldn't have minded, and it's not like I'm upset. I just feel like as a customer there should be better customer acknowledgement. read more

went for the first time today to get my glasses adjusted. they were mailed to me so they were perfect except that they didn't fit quite right. so excited that this location adjusted for free! get home and there is a criss cross of 15+ scratches in the middle of one of my lenses. honestly, i have no idea how the chick working here even did that. even though i have insurance on my glasses, this is a pain to get fixed. annoyed and will not be letting these employees touch my glasses again, that's for sure. read more

I called today and asked if this was the Wal-mart vision center or the actual optometrist. Receptionist was VERY rude and didn't answer my question...just keep saying were connected. I asked to make an appt for today...she put me on hold and then came back to me asking if I wanted an appt...pretty sure that's why I called! I made an appt for 4 today...but I will not being going...I found somewhere else that was pleasant and helpful. My advice...fire your receptionist and lower your prices...114 for an exam for contacts and glasses is outrageous! read more

These people are nice on the outside but really just a--holes. They don't work with 1-800 contacts and refused to confirm my prescription. No one carries the ones I need (8.5) so I was basically left on my own to find them. The 1-800 contact people said they would go out eventually (I paid for overnight shipping thinking the doctor actually cared enough to confirm). Well, the demos they gave me expired before the order arrived. I'm still waiting for it as I write this. I asked the people at the doctor's office how I could get my script sent out before I lose my job and they didn't have an answer (I've missed a week so far). They keep insisting they aren't walmart and they don't work together. The lady also said that 1-800 contacts goes through corporate walmart. So how the hell is the walmart office going to confirm if they don't have my script? AVOID this place. You will spend money and get NOTHING. If you wear anything higher than 6, you're better off going without clear vision. For the record, getting contacts from the VA was easier. read more

Terrible customer service!! When I made the appointment and gave my insurance information I was told I would get a call back to confirm my benefits. I had to call them back two days later because they never bothered to call back. The girl who checked me in on the day of my appointment was rude. Only plus side to the whole experience was that the optometrist was professional and kind. When I finally decided on a pair of frames, the girl who attempted to help me was brand new (at least I hope so because she was so incompetent she couldn't do any of the steps without assistance). When she asked another worker if she had my insurance information she literally scoffed, said no, and put her head back down to work. They told me the date my glasses would be arriving, so I called that morning to confirm, and was told they would be coming in with the FedEx shipment between 12 and 2. I get there at 6pm, and when I ask to pick them up, she asks me if I've gotten a call that they were here, I said no, luckily they were actually there. But really, they've been sitting there for a minimum of 4 hours and they weren't going to bother calling me before they closed at 7? The cherry on top was when I tried them on and same new girl asked if I needed them adjusted and I said yes, she went to another coworker, and then came back to me saying that if they were damaged in the process Walmart isn't held responsible. I took them from her hand and left at that. I will NEVER return, the staff is unbelievably incompetent and has no idea how to handle customers. Train people before you put them out on the floor. I regret using my insurance benefits here. read more
