The optometrist here is Dr Clark. I DO NOT recommend him. Buy your glasses here if you like but find a different eye doctor.

Subject: Commendation for Outstanding Patient Care Bullhead…read moreCity Office Re: Corrina To Whom It May Concern at Western Medical Eye Center, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care I received at the Bullhead City office of Western Medical Eye Center during my recent visit. When I arrived, the office was extremely busy, and I was a walk-in patient experiencing significant pain and visual symptoms. I had been struck in the head with a crowbar approximately one week prior, and I was dealing with severe headaches, light sensitivity, and issues with my left eye. Despite the circumstances and how full the schedule was, Corrina went above and beyond to ensure that I was seen by the eye doctor. Corrina was thoughtful, professional, calm, and compassionate. She listened, understood the urgency of my situation, and made sure I did not fall through the cracks. Her demeanor immediately put me at ease during a very stressful and painful time. She treated me with dignity and genuine care, and it was clear that she takes her role and patient well-being very seriously. Because of her actions, I was able to receive timely medical attention when I truly needed it. In today's healthcare environment, that level of attentiveness and humanity stands out, and it should be recognized. Please extend my sincere thanks to Corrina and know that her professionalism reflects extremely well on Western Medical Eye Center and the Bullhead City office as a whole. With gratitude, LeRoy MontoyaDOB: 12/14/1965 928-577-8135

I must tell the world about my Cataract surgery experience at Physicians Surgery Center. I really…read moredid not know what to expect about the surgery or this business. My eyes at age 81 had reached the point where glasses could no longer correct my eyesight satisfactorily, so I decided to see what could be done. On my first visit, I was assisted by one of their many professional employees who took some preliminary tests on my eyes. They also explained the surgery in both words and diagrams. I then met with Dr. Glesmann, who further answered my questions and provided more surgery details. He also explained that I had a choice of new lenses and eyedrops. I chose the standard lenses and single eyedrops. He also took some measurements of my eyes so as to select the lens size required. At this point, I was sold and made arrangements for my surgeries. I scheduled each eye surgery four weeks apart. I then met with the appropriate scheduling personnel and was given a "kit" containing several types of eye drops, an eye protector, and a pair of sunglasses for use after each surgery. On the day of my first surgery, I used the appropriate pre-surgery eye drops, and my wife drove me to the Center. The whole procedure took about two hours, and the actual surgery was about 10-15 minutes. After the surgery, my wife drove me home, and I returned the next day for the one-day follow-up. The doctor examined my "new" eye and said that everything went well. I returned one week later for the next follow-up. At this point, I must tell you that my "new" eye was seeing the world in a new light, which was brighter and sharper than I can remember in many years. I spent the next month anxiously waiting for my second surgery, which was exactly like the first. I now tell my friends and anyone else who will listen that I have the eyes of a teenager. The results far exceeded my expectations. It appears that I will not need glasses for distance and computer usage. I may opt for reading glasses for small-print reading. My overall experience at Physicians Surgery Center was wonderful. Every administrative and medical employee treated me with professionalism and kindness. Dr. Glesmann is a caring, dedicated doctor. He is both skilled and nice. My only wish is that I had opted for this surgery years ago. I had no idea that it could make such a difference in my life. I can now enjoy my remaining years with great eyesight. Thank you, Dr. Glasmann and your staff, for the experience and the results.

This was my first visit to the Bullhead City, AZ Auto Service Center! I scheduled my 2024 Buick…read moreEnvista ST for a oil change. I arrived early for the APPT so the tech had plenty of time to perform service. Service writer was friendly and helpful. I informed him my vehicle has a factory installed rear suspension watts bar and the tires PSI should be set to factory label on the door. front 35psi, rear 32psi and he recorded my request on the work order for the tech. I also added a tire rotation if needed! My service results were disappointing as I went through service that was performed. Tires were all set to 35psi as the tech disregarded my request!! Oil life Monitor was Not reset so I reset it myself which is very easy to do on newer cars. Next day I discovered rt rear valve stem cap laying on the ground in my garage so I checked all VS caps and found all were loose so I installed and tightened all caps. The Engine oil level was correct I did not measure the tire tread depths, but concerned they may not have rotated them due to the total service only took about 20 mins. Now here is the recap: I worked in automotive service for 40 years and I get it if a customer were to arrive for their APPT late, that some servicing will be rushed or over looked (not a good thing when it comes to safety of your vehicle) or the tech is having a attitude issue, Another service writer finished my paperwork and saw the tech set the psi all to 35 and saw the comment of set tires to front 35 and rear 32 per factory specs. They did not offer to have the rear tires reset to 32 so I did it myself. These are some minor issues and unfortunately I will not be returning there for service, I also have relatives that have their cars serviced there and I do not want them to have service done improperly either. Hoping the service manager will address the inportance of customer satisfaction and vehicle safety with the staff.

I told her I had it on my phone and waited for the Walmart app to load. She rushed me, ignored other customers, and refused to check someone else's receipt while I was still waiting. When my receipt finally loaded, she sighed heavily like I was stealing. Her behavior made me feel singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected -- especially as a mom trying to manage a fussy baby. I've never felt so singled out for no reason. Walmart needs to train staff to treat all customers with respect, because this was unacceptable. I want to speak to management about how I was treated, because Walmart needs to ensure all customers are treated fairly and with respect.
