We didn't know it at the time, but today was her last day with the retail optical chain and we were her last patient appointment. She was down to earth, witty and professional. Nathaly helped us pick out the perfect pair of Ray-Ban glasses while staying within budget. She was personable and her electric smile made us feel welcome. Completed my eye exam and I was told I had no changes to my vision. Good. So, they charge my deductible and that was it. Everything was smooth from there. However, when I was trying to order contacts from 1800Contacts (which I do at least 4 time a year). Eye Site Center refused to renew my prescription because I didn't do the "contacts exam"... They never even told me I either needed it or would like to do it in August. So, they were trying to have me come in and pay for another exam that was not needed. All they had to do was renew my prescription from last year's "contact exam" or use the results from the August exam and I will be able to order my contacts. Which I ONLY NEEDED TILL January since I will be doing LASIK. I will no longer continue to do any eye exams at this location! You've been warned!!!

I have a limited purpose FSA to help with expenses for vision and the team works with me to make sure I'm making the most of my benefits. During my first visit, I felt like the blue light blocker and anti glare were just add on options to increase expenses but I cannot imagine living and working without my blue light blocking lenses! First the office it really nice and up to date. Great location right off of Bloomingdale and next to my primary doctors office which is a plus. They do full eye exams and they have a good variety of glasses to choose from. They ran my previous prescription and was honest with me about what i person needed to maintain proper vision and eye health. Great place and people. Check them out if you are in need of a new place!
