This place is a disgrace. I cannot believe that they treat patients the way that they do. Honestly, They need to be shut down. I feel bad for the doctor that she has to have these people in the office work for her. They have no compassion at all and they lie to customers about the prices. They give you a price when you get there and then when you leave they tell you a higher price. And if you dont pay it, they take everything from you including the contacts in your eyes that the doctor gave you. I will do everything i possibly can to make sure this office looks bad to every customer. No matter what it takes! I wont give up either. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I came in this morning to have my appointment and they told me that they did not take my insurance and that if I stayed, it would be $69. There was also another fee of $39 to check for any type of Diseases which I would've thought that was included in the visit but OK I paid it. When I got done after being there for an hour and 15 minutes They wanted to charge me $270 because they said that the contacts exam costed more which I was not told that, and that was the main reason why I was there to begin with. If i had of known this i would have left and made an appointment somewhere else to get everything done together. So I paid for the glasses exam, and they literally made me take out the contacts out of my eyes before I walked out the door. This place Is unbelievable, like what are they going to do with those contacts? I guess they are gonna sell them to the next customer? I mean who really knows. You would have thought that because of their mistake they would have had at least some kind of considerateness. I won't be back and I will definitely will tell everyone about what just happened to me. read more

I went here for an eye exam to get new contact lenses. They sent multiple emails and text messages to remind me to be on time, however they did not see me until one hour after my original appointment. The optometrist who eventually DID see me (not the one with whom I'd made an appointment) told me immediately that they do not handle my type of lenses (rigid gas-permeables). They should have told me that when I made the appointment, or when I checked in, but not after I'd wasted an hour waiting. The optometrist also told me that to do a proper examination for RGP lenses I would have to avoid wearing them for at least a month prior. This is nonsense. I have been wearing such lenses for 40 years (longer than she's been an optometrist) and have never heard such a requirement. This is another strip-mall factory for overpriced glasses. If you want a proper optometrist, or even courteous treatment, I recommend you look elsewhere. read more

You can get the first appointment and there's no rhyme or reason they don't take people in order or they don't take people by appointment when you schedule it.... This is my third attempt coming here and they have more people waiting here for hours, but yet they schedule people..... this place is definitely mismanaged without question. Arieile H. was terrific today! Helping two small, Arabic speaking refugee children with special needs would be difficult. But Arielle took an incredible amount of time talking to the insurance provider and explaining the billing to us, all the while using Google translator for the father. In the US for less than 3 months, going into a store and getting fitted for a first pair of glasses was a momentous occasion for this family. First impression: office was very clean, smelled great, COVID safe protocols are still being followed very closely and the staff and doctor were very helpful. Let me begin by saying my appointment was on January 17,2024. I have vision insurance with Vsp. Even with the insurance I had to pay 250.00 dollars out of pocket. I had a contact and eye exam. needless to say they gave me 7 one a day contacts and they were expired. And they also wrote the wrong prescription.I went on line to order some contacts and the prescription on the box did not match. I then called the store and made them aware of the issue . She then offered me a pair of contacts . I requested a refund she denied the refund even though they were at fault. She said if I was refunded they would have to take my glasses back I then stated I purchased my own frames . The office manger called me and said she could refund me for the contact exam. But not give me a complete exam I am waiting for my glasses to come in .And I honestly dont know if the right prescription are in the lenses and its been such a inconvenience to me . I am gonna contact Cooparte because you can only use your insurance once a year and i need a SECOND OPITION. read more

It was surprising since the techs were busy. I like to acknowledge Marion and store manager Ebony. Their professional and courteous service was exceptional. I should have read the review ahead of time. The appointment times are ridiculous. They don't run on time and give an excuse, just like the Brandon location. Bottom line: they don't stick to appointment time. Expect to wait. Only one Dr. for the place and a waiting room of people. The lady Dr. was very nice and thorough in her exam. read more

Eye doctor was good but ran late. Only one person to help you with glasses so it took forever! my appt was on a Saturday, they need more staff to get people processed. No sense of urgency, would not recommend! read more
