The people who work there are very kind. They helped my brother with his glasses and gave us a very good quote. I highly recommend them

I am so glad I decided to try this place. Upon arrival I was greeted and asked if I was there for an appointment or to pickup glasses. We were checked in by friendly staff. The doctor I was seen by Dr. O(forgot how to spell) was so knowledgeable and friendly. She was amazing! And she took time to explain everything to me. Glasses were ready within the week and they also accepted my insurance and got an awesome pair of ray bans for only $40 out of pocket.

Without getting too much into detail, he was saying he couldn't find my coverage. I even showed him my vision insurance card and he didn't care. I called my insurance, and of course, everything is fine. On their end, something was wrong. So when my mom, who helps me in my adult years as I'm disabled, was asking questions to get clarity on why their system could be rejecting VSP. Not only did he laugh in her face, he then proceeded to mansplain my own insurance to her, which he'd just done to me. Guess being a woman means you don't know the difference between a PPO and an HMO. We just left because who is being laughed at and chooses to stay. Especially, when you're already getting glasses for medical issues that cause pain. Just no.

On this cloudy, chilly day the nurse was pushing my 78 yr old husband's wheelchair outside where she wanted him to wait for me. I was walking up as I heard him say, " Im not waiting outside." What kind of screwed up patient care is that? The after care instructions are vague. I think Medicare will be interested in the questionable treatment this facility provides. We're going to Scripps or Loma Linda next time and I advise everyone to do the same. The wait for the procedure is somewhat understandable. Somewhat. But the kicking him outside? The 3 phone call I got saying first, pick up in 30 min, then, oh hewont be ready for 30 more min, oh he's ready now...a new staff is necessary for both surgery center and eye center. We won't be back. Once we write to Medicare, I will not think of this place again.

Very courteous and understand you may be going through a hard time. Looks like I will be getting two eye surgeries. May 21st and May 28th. Please pray for me. The bad news is that it is expensive! The good news is they have a promotional service that if you apply for a synchrony credit card they defer the 32% for two years. I am really excited to be able to actually see normally again. One piece of advice to that young girl with the attitude in the office is this and please quote me "do not ever tell someone who has stage 4 cataracts to go visit a website if you don't understand something". Like really? Other than that it was great. I will update after healing

Dont get me wrong, there were other workers talking and I felt ignored but Deanna saw me and asked me if I needed help. I told her I really appreciate that and later she told me she was with the company fir many many years and she was the top employee. I can tell, she was very attentive and finally we found some frames for me. I'm sure National Vision has a great asset to the company. She was great from beginning to the end! Thank you Deanna!

This year we saw a female doctor, named Mrs. Miller. She was so rude and unprofessional. She talked to my son and I in a very rude and unprofessional way. She asked me if I could see at night. I told her I could she fine at night. She said in a rude way that I was probably squinting to see at night. I had PRK done three years ago. My vision is just fine. She asked me if my son wore his glasses often. I told her he said he can see fine without them. She said he can't see. She was acting like he was blind. My son isn't blind. His vision is 20/50. My son told her that he doesn't feel like he needs to wear them all the time. She said to him rudely, how would you know, you don't have a doctor's degree. I asked her if he needed to wear them outside of school. She rudely said if you want him to see. My son isn't blind. He is only 9 years old and has ADHD. She is lucky he didn't go off on her. I am reporting her to her manager on Saturday. That is not the way to talk to people. We couldn't wait to get the heck out of there.

This last incident left me stunned. Went in November of 25 to see about new glasses. At the time of the examination, I was told there was bleeding behind my eyes. At this time, I feel the examination should have stopped, instead, I was encouraged to seek frames. I picked 2 pair. A pair for reading and a pair of sunglasses. I went into the hospital shortly, and received a call to pick up. I picked in timely manner. But as the girl was fitting me, I told her I couldn't see out of them. She told me to try them for 30 days, and if it got no better, come back. When I went back, the doctor examined my eyes again and told me, there was more bleeding. I was seeing out of them at the time, and would have to purchase new glasses all over. Spoke with a manager, who advised me to see the eye doctor and make sure everything was ok. It took some time to get the doctors appointment. I spoke back with the manager, who began to backpeddeĺ, something about their 30 day warranty. I live on a fixed income, and dont have money to throw to the wind. I eel, I am not a doctor. Before collecting my money, the should've given me an option to proceed, or not.
