David, the office manager, is very straightforward, sometimes blunt, but always clear and helpful. There was a miscommunication with my contact lenses that left me unable to receive them for about two to three months. Luckily I had enough supply to get by. David was instrumental in resolving the issue, which stemmed from my vision benefits. He followed up diligently and handled everything with professionalism and persistence. They were running a little behind because I guess they were having computer problems, but they were super apologetic about it and I did not mind waiting at all because I had nothing else on my schedule for the day. Danny even offered me water or Gatorade with ice, which I gladly accepted. Jesus was super nice and knowledgeable when helping me order my contacts and glasses make sure I was able to find the right deals and make sure that I use my insurance too. It's full of potential so I really appreciate him for doing that. The store itself is located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The store is nice and clean and air-conditioned. The doctor was very attentive with my son and overall explained everything thoroughly. They close for lunch from 1-2 I believe but other than that the whole process was quick. We do have a follow up in about a month to see how he's doing with them but over all the whole process has been seamless.

They even preemptively chose the gold nose pad arms to compliment the frames (I didn't add specific cosmetic requests in my order). By Saturday 1/31, I gave them a call to ask about the status of my glasses which they let me know were shipping out that day. Today, 2/2, I received my brand new, perfectly fitting Miu Miu glasses and couldn't be any happier!
