And I would go here to get my frames tighten because over time they get a little loose. I went in today to get my sunglass frame tightened and the girl completely broke and shattered my lenses in place. I could hear her over the counter struggling and she broke them and I'm going to Las Vegas this weekend the one place where I NEED my sunglasses. Now they did place an order for new lenses for free however I won't get them until 1-2 weeks. So I will not be returning here after this. I placed an order/RMA on their website on 1/26/26, immediately received an email with a prepaid shipping label, and the. mailed out my new Miu Miu glasses on the same day. On Tuesday 1/27/27 I received email confirmation of delivery to their shop and a separate email with assessment options and prices. I paid $79 for the basic option of nose pad modification. They even preemptively chose the gold nose pad arms to compliment the frames (I didn't add specific cosmetic requests in my order). By Saturday 1/31, I gave them a call to ask about the status of my glasses which they let me know were shipping out that day. Today, 2/2, I received my brand new, perfectly fitting Miu Miu glasses and couldn't be any happier! I'm so excited to know that I can get more plastic frames now that I've found World Optic to add the nose pads for me!
