I placed an order/RMA on their website on 1/26/26, immediately received an email with a prepaid shipping label, and the. mailed out my new Miu Miu glasses on the same day. On Tuesday 1/27/27 I received email confirmation of delivery to their shop and a separate email with assessment options and prices. I paid $79 for the basic option of nose pad modification. They even preemptively chose the gold nose pad arms to compliment the frames (I didn't add specific cosmetic requests in my order). By Saturday 1/31, I gave them a call to ask about the status of my glasses which they let me know were shipping out that day. Today, 2/2, I received my brand new, perfectly fitting Miu Miu glasses and couldn't be any happier! I'm so excited to know that I can get more plastic frames now that I've found World Optic to add the nose pads for me!

The receptionist did tell me that I needed to change my appointment because it landed on a Friday. So I told her I'd call back after I reviewed my calendar. I was fortunate that I was going to be down in the OC area to have a get together dinner. So I called back to officially change my appointment to a Tuesday. I had my appointment in early June to get new contact lenses. Upon leaving they told me my trial lenses would be in within a few days. It's more than 1 month past now. I got an email saying they'd ship out July 15, so I called on the 16th to get an eta and they said WITH CERTAINTY, they'd be in within a few days. Well it's been more than a few days. I even doubted the person I was talking to but she seemed positive. Come to find out, they don't actually get arrival times, so.... I understand delays and feel I've been patient enough and really didn't want to have to write a review. But just don't say you know when you actually don't know.
