While there I downloaded a fax app and sent it right to her...she was impressed! Lol Maggie also provided suggestions about what would be most helpful while deciding on the types of lenses. She was very honest and provided her professional opinion. Overall, I would use Visionworks again... I can't wait to pick up my new glasses in a couple of weeks.

My past experiences at this particular Visionworks were always pretty good. They always took a great deal of time getting my eye glass prescription correct. Not this time. Dr. Moratti had the personality of a wet noodle gave the vibe of someone who didn't want to be there. When I received my eyeglasses and put them on I immediately became dizzy. I could not see anything and started getting a headache. Everything was blurry and completely off. My eyesight was better without the glasses. I took them back to Visionworks and requested another Dr. He gave me a new prescription and apologized for the mixup. As previously stated, everyone else was very nice. The store was very clean and there was plenty of parking. My main issue was that the Dr. obviously didn't know what she was doing.

He simply told me I was responsible for the $39 fee. That is fraud since these photos are elective. Also, they do not give you an option of a puff of air to your eye for the eye pressure exam. They simply say they are going to tap your eyeball with their device. That is mid-evil!!!

7/27/21 So by the…read moretime I picked out my glasses last time and received them, I was so pleased with the overall experience that I scheduled an appointment for my mom to have her exam. I liked how safe the experience was and that is always something I'm thinking about for my Mom. I have to say I am more than pleased with how both Lynn and the technician took care of my Mom. They were caring and gentle. My Mom is not in the best of health and the technician was SO patient with her. There was some trouble with the machine so the appointment took a lot longer but the challenges were communicated throughout with apologies. The tech did a much better job with addressing the issues I had for the first appt. Its almost as if she read my review! I love the prescription sunglasses I picked out which didn't even take a full two weeks to come back. My regular glasses was the first time I got progressive lenses. After two weeks of wearing them and not adjusting, I brought them back today and Lynn was happy to make adjustments. I would encourage anyone who wants no fuss with personalized experience to get their eye exam and/or glasses or contacts to come here. No waiting in a room full of people. The selection of glasses is limited but just fine for my needs.

Very impressed with Ted's knowledge of the product, the various specific use of the lenses (low-light, etc)... In the end, my head was swimming with choices, but I feel like I made the right one. I didn't really look at the other products in the store, but I will have to agree that most of the $$ in the store are on the high side. I am hoping these will last me a long long time and I don't scratch them or get them stolen. I pretty much came into the store with a purpose to buy these glasses that I had been ogling since the London Olympics, but the other staff members were super friendly and greeted me right when I walked in. They have expressed over & over how uncomfortable & less effective these extremely expensive contacts are but the Dr Reece refused to listen. My husband did finally get through to Dr Reece in person after months of "trying" them & proving to him that he preferred the others. However Dr Reece then refused to give him the written prescription for what they decided on when we decided to purchase elsewhere. My husband & daughter both took weeks, multiple calls, & multiple in person visits to get their prescriptions from the office & when my husband finally got his it was for the contacts that he had actually fought so hard to avoid. Therefore he had to go back two more times to get the correct prescription. Due to frequent insurance changes we have been to many different eye doctors. They have both been in contacts since childhood. We have never had any issues like this! They have always had success in contacts with no complications at all. There was no reason for any of this. Obviously patient care & quality eye care are not the priority here!!
